Yes facts matter. And the facts are that poorly managed penny companies can get their act to together and run 1000 plus percent. They can also become worthless. It's a gamble, but that's why I'm here in pennyland. Anything can happen. We've all seen both ways.

I've been in companies with 2.5 billion that ran to .005. No problem as long as they can support the market cap. All in all, I hope the dilution is done and they do something HUGE with the money to make that happen!
