'Geominex Resources Ltd
Company Incorporated In England & Wales Under Registration Number 05910812
(A Subsidiary of Grand Monarch Holdings Inc.)'
As is GSLM a Subsidiary of EEGC
From PR
Following relates to EEGC
'The Company has acquired the whole of the issued common shares of Grand Monarch Holdings Inc, a Delaware, fully reporting shell corporation'
Looks like Geominex wants to list.
EEGC will be priced efficiently now because of its holdings of Grand Monarch Holdings.(If Geominex valuation stacks up)
Following relates to EEGC & Geominex
'The Company (EEGC) will assign one third of the Eastern seaboard Tenement to its wholly owned subsidiary Grand Monarch Holdings Limited followed by a stock exchange agreement with Geominex Resources Limited, a UK private company, under which the Company will exchange 90% of Grand Monarch Holdings Limited for all of the issued and outstanding share capital of Geominex Resources. The Geominex Directors have estimated the value of their assets on a heavily discounted basis to be worth in the region of US$ 900 million. '
Been a little busy trading, still going through everything.
Personally, EEGC should be listed on the ASX or both if permitted.
US has higher PE for stocks than Aus, but the world has changed.
ASX more concentrated on mining, Chinese look at ASX for mining equities.
Problem is not just with EEGC, quote providers are currently experiencing an issue quoting penny stocks. They have been made aware and are working to resolve the issue. However, they do not have an ETA for a resolution at this time.
Just called down to the exchange and current price is .04/.045.
Not sure if I can post info, but for serious investors it is a small investment.

If financing has been raised without EEGC dilution, could the placement be canceled as it was originally designed to raise funds and to compensate all the pre Dec 18 08 investors for the dilution and commitment in the company ??
If the couple or so mill is raised now from a CSG deal to drill Blvw/Thndrblt and there is a strike, or Geominex/EEGC has a CSG strike, funding via banking will be easy to optain and no dilution for EEGC.
If so, and placement does go ahead, then this will be a real gift to the original share holders to increase their percentage in EEGC for US $0.07.
Sorry, here is pic of original size.
Was reduced in 2005.
Covered onshore and offshore.
Pure Energy Tenement in TAS SEL32/ 2003
Over laps EEGC tenement. SEL32/2003 was much larger and covered all of middle to eastern TAS but was reduced in size approx a couple of years ago.
Current in red. Original size I believe in Blue.
Also just posted

Relax, only fools rush in.
I like what I see for now. If EEGC has financing in place, they should grab what they can around them that currently is not in EEGC tenement & that also overlaps EEGC tenement before a large drilling campaign and a strike, as once a strike is made, everybody will be in on it. It should be easier for EEGC to obtain these areas that are available as they are currently onshore exploring Tas. Why shouldn't they.
An announcement for drilling should be made very soon to keep face.
Coal seam gas is a proven plus for EEGC.
Shell bought into Pure Energy not too long ago, 13.88 mill shares at $1.40 a 14.88% stake in OCT 08.Arrow Energy had a 20.59 per cent stake in Pure Energy also. BG Group completed its takeover of Pure Energy after acquiring 99.74 per cent of the Australian coal seam gas explorer in April 09.The British company bid $8.25 per share, valuing Pure Energy at $1.03 billion.
They have CSG tenements in Tasmania & QLD.
All testing was completed in Tas approx mid 08
In the Tas Tenement they have four main sub-blocks within the
permit that are attractive:
• Northeast Coalfields (in particular Fingal–Dalmayne area)
• Southern Midlands (Mt Vernon – Langloh area)
• Northern Midlands (York Plains – Woodbury area)
• Southern Tasmania (Catamaran – Ida Bay area)
The Tasmanian - Tenement Strengths for PE
• Prospective CSG area is virtually monopolised
• Over 100 years coal-mining
• Multiple CSG coalfield prospects
• Thick, extensive coals
• Gas presence proven
• Permeability proven
• Gas & electrical infrastructure in place
• Domestic energy market
• Tasmania now in NEM
There is no talk now about Tasmania's prospect on their new website qgc.com.au, just QLD. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM...
The above info was available last year when PE was after investment.
Just a little article on Pure Energy in Tasmania regarding Coal Seam Gas.

Fingal Valley is interesting though. Getty Mining Company has tested for Uranium there and another outfit not too long ago.
Tasmania is the only state in all of Australia that does not have any rulings or outlawing Uranium Mining.
This does add value to EEGC as Oil has not been proven onshore yet.
Does anyone know how to check with SEC as to how placement is going.
Also word on the street in Tassie is that lease has been signed at Bronte, some drillers have been called and Thuderbolt preperations have begun.
Weather this is old news to you guys so be it.
Wow.
You really like to mix things up.
I do not have my life savings involved so I would like to talk about what could really be happening. That does not sway from the fact that I don't have a large investment.
State Gov is involved as so are the investors. What dif does that make. Investors cannot afford to give any money unless they see progress and the Gov is not allowed to give money for exploration & drilling. They all want the same outcome. Oil & Gas.
Look, I have dealt with Chinese and there is no way that they can get tricked into coming back into negotiations. They want to have the last say. That in mind, you know how to deal with them.
I am also very familiar as to how financial institutions work. I deal with them every day.
I don't think you understand what I am saying.
Not talking about the Gov.
I hope I am wrong...
I thought Mr M C was the new Director of Corporate Finance. Why is Malcolm still doing all the running around. Surely if M C was legit all financing would of been tied up by now. This is pizza money for some of the guys he has been involved with, and firms(Shell). Mr M C has been involved with wild-caters before. They don't go away after they have made a strike, they get hungrier and thirstier. EEGC's data is fantastic for these guys and they dont look for collateral, just an investment (shares and options if they don't own the Tennament).
Can we trust a men from big oil companies who Malcolm has said they have caused him problems in the past. He seems to be connected well, and yet EEGC seems to be still having problems.
Has Malcolm been blackmailed again??
I don't like it. My past posts have shown his past involvements.
If all the intrigue and espionage is correct, you cannot trust any one.
What was that Sehsuvaroglu guy from Haliburton involvement in the past with EEGC. All these big oil guys getting involved and nothing hapening...Mr. Sehsuvaroglu was Country Director for Kazakhstan for Halliburton's Kellogg Brown & Root division.
A few people on the ground in Tasmania are saying "They won't let him get it out of the ground" (don't know who They are)
I hope I am wrong... Good will prevail.
MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
' Hardly worth the market maker manipulation you suggest don't you think? '
Well, scalping US$ 2.5K a stock across say 20 stocks a day = US$ 50k
A Week = US$ 250k
A Year = US$ 13 Mill
Not bad for 20 stocks to concentrate on.
I am sure MM would concentrate on more.

This is a report from Dec 08.
Mark's list of current & previous directorships in last 5 years.
Some of Empire's possible Investor/Funder ???
Have any of you seen a film released not too long ago titled 'A Crude Awakening' by Tom Ryan.
If you haven't, I suggest you go hire it or buy. A must watch if you are to enter this business as large share holders if successful.
In this industry I don't believe in coincidences.

Extracted from Wiki.
A major intrusion of dolerite occurred in the Jurassic. This was a widespread phenomena covering over one third of Tasmania, and possibly more in the past. This intrusion also affected Antarctica, Argentina and South Africa at 183 million years ago. This has been called the Karoo-Ferrar large igneous province. Three to five million cubic kilometers of magma were intruded overall, being the planet's fourth largest known magma intrusion.[8] This caused the Toarcian extinction due to an oceanic anoxic event. Henrik Svensen claimed that the magma baked coal and oil shale producing up to 27.4 teratonnes of carbon dioxide, some of which entered the Earth's atmosphere.[9]
Tasmania has the largest exposure of dolerite in the world of 30000 km2 and a volume of 15000 km3.[10]. In Tasmania the rock is characteristic of many mountains with its columnar joining and dark blue grey colour. The composition is 40% plagioclase, 20% clinopyroxene, 20% quartz, 5% ilmenite and small percentages of potassium feldspar and amphibole. The rock is altered by water to smectite and kaolinite with quartz being left unaltered. The soil surface concentrates zirconium and titanium. The soils on dolerite also contain nodules of hematite and may contain a buried layer of stones called a stone line.[11]
Most of the intrusions are in the form of sills up to 500 m thick. Mostly the sills are in the Parmeener Super Group rocks. There are also stepped sills, inclined sheets, cones and some dykes. Closely adjacent country rocks were metamorphosed to hornfels. The upper parts of sills may be more coarsely grained. Dolerite is crushed to use as road metal, and aggregate.[7]
Mt Anne, Mount Mueller, and Mount Wedge in the south west are capped in dolerite, where it also makes contact with Precambrian rocks.
It appears that the magma came from the crust rather than the mantle. Solidification occurred at 174.5 ± 8 million years ago.
A Jurassic forest was buried in an andestic volcanic eruption at Lune River. Here beneath the lava flow is mudstone with fossil wood and leaves.
Someone mentioned earlier that on the video, Bendal said that Empire is looking for Heavy Crude.
That's incorrect. What he meant was that offshore Tasmania that is what is currently being extracted from the Bass Straight. It is a waxy oil and cannot be used to make petrol (gasoline) with.
Australia has to import light sweet oil to mix with this product to make a usable domestic product. What he did say 'Evidence of a light petroleum system'
What should be struck onshore is a light sweet product that can be produced from the richest source rock in the world found under Tasmania called Tasmanite.
Reports are Tasmanite can yield up to 150 gallons per ton.
As you can see below, there is a solid dolerite seal. You would be lucky to see any seeps. And if so, they would be very small.
Let me guess.
The diagram on the left will be animated and display the depth of the drill bit live.
If so, still no need to take down page.
They need a new web designer and server operator.
MMMMMMMMMMMMMM.......
C'mon EEGC. Whats going on.
First time exposure on MONEY TV with a link and your Website is down.
I see GSLM website is still going. Maybe add a link to GSLM on Money TV.
How many things can go wrong ???
Is it incompetence or maybe the outside forces that have been giving Bendal a hard time ??
Is this the find you are talking about??
If so, old news and probably factored into price.
Also, figures coming out of Brazil are not being relied upon.
EG: 80Bill down to 8Bill and possibly lower.
Companies invested already have cash flows and will probably slowdown pumping from some other wells to begin production here to keep Gov happy.
http://jutiagroup.com/2009/03/18/is-brazil-the-new-oil-king/
At this stage, I believe it would not be a loan but an investment.
I myself as an investor would see it that way. It would be impossible for EEGC to find millions in collateral, therefore the Lenders would more likely be private investors.
An investment of probability. Reward versus risk.
I believe this investment has positive expectation because of the reward if successful, so it would warrant a calculated investment.
Definitely an over by a few 1000%.
MMMMMMMM.......
16,000 investors, of which 70% are Tasmanian.
State Gov would want to do the right thing.
No comments please until fully read and absorbed or you will be, shall I put it.... corrected.
MMMMM.....
Video mentions an expense of $10 a barrel.
Wouldn't Callaway have his own preferred Auditors as that is part of his job description in the past ??
Correct me if I am wrong.
Isn't the Tasmanite source rock the richest source rock in the world.
Has this been taken into account for evaluating possible reserves that could be produced, or has just the area of the tennament with available source rock been calculated.
Not ranting here but is the 30 bill figure possibly under quoted??
Everything seems to be better quality downunder downunder. (Tasmania that is )
For anyone from EEGC or GSLM reading.
I googled oil & gas exploration & investments and EEGC is nowhere to be seen.
You should pay for listing in the add column for the EEGC website if you want people and investors to know you exist so that they may invest.Remember supply & demand!! More buyers than sellers = bull market.
As quoted before by someone. Other companies have traded at higher levels with less promising data. Find a good PR and Advertising Unit. Hopefully videos are a beginning.
Slightly off topic guys.
Tell me... What will happen to property values and lifestyle in Tassie if we have a large strike ??
Majority of investors are Tasmanian (70%).
Hobart population roughly 180k.
Tassie population 500k.
Tassie will have a very rich state Gov.
Could Tasmania become a tax free haven ??
Could Tasmania be equivalent to a rich Arab State(Abu Dhabi/Qatar)??
Is Tasmanian property a great investment also ??
Forget going for a barbecue, all you guys/gals should move there !!
PR Coming.
I hear Bronte Village is full of staff from EEGC, GSLM & Hunt.
If I was financing a deal like this I would not want stock so that I might get diluted in the future.
I would take 70% of the first well...
That's a Gas pipeline from Victoria to Hobart.
Don't know if it can be converted ,but if gas is hit it can definitly be used to pump gas down to Hobart and also be used to re-directed gas to Victoria.
P.S. Who removed one of my pics.
Unwarranted!!!!
