Robert Gunter, Zibia Joy Gunter, Lawrence S. Hartmann (Frank’s buddy)
United States v. Gunter, et al.,
Case # 8:08-cr-00172-T-26EAJ
Next scheduled court event: December 10, 2009, 9:00 a.m.
Conversion of MSRM shares: DON'T HOLD YOUR BREATH!
Exactly and there's probably a good reason IMO. I can say I would not be willing to debate the application favorably as it would lead to doubt on some other theoretical claims IMO.
Wasn't a response, it's about the other GBRC patent application that apparently got dropped . . . for cause . . . LOL. Maybe it didn't and it's still in the works. At any rate many people didn't know about it and those who did probably forgot all about it. So what happened to it? I could speculate!
Remember . . . . . .
Ahh memories . . . there was the dream. What do you think happened to the cancer patent application? In hindsight it was the one thing that proved the Pringle Folly and it just had to go away or it would have shed negative light on all the other claims.
Nope! Never sure about anything but if it walks like a duck, it very well could be a duck. And if told to wait out a couple of weeks, it could be a duck too.
I was just looking over the latest 8K and noticed it included the patent application. All those drawings for illustrations are mine and much of the verbiage is mine still.
Looking back, and hindsight being 20/20, I'd re-due the drawings and change some of the verbiage.
Naw, MITK is enjoying the ride he got from investing Ford. Nice move and has probably written off GBRC.
"No I'm not" . . . . Does that mean you're Mike Maguire?
Yes you're right that wasn't a Mike Maguire in Arizona, it was an Aussie named Paul Maguire.
Yeah I know. They are a stone's throw from where I am. I have been really trying my best to find a picture of their claim to fame product.
That's not the same Michael Maguire who threw me under the bus on the Arizona tire project because he wasn't prepared is it?
BTW PACOR, telseyhead is another follower of IPWG.
Notice the name: newtoipwg ?
That would indicate: new to IPWG
Look up IPWG . . . . pink sheet
A company wandering aimlessly and all dressed up with nowhere to go, IMO. I bet they’ve been knocking on doors.
If he is newtoipwg, he/she is new to the dream team at GBRC.
Attention to details has no borders. There are many, many more UK investors in this stock than USA investors. The P.T. Barnum syndrome comes to my mind instead.
Could be that MikeJennings has a little of that in him and we all should be sitting around the camp fire singing “Michael row the boat ashore, Hallelujah”!
Hawk to engineering!! We need more power Scotty!!!! We need warp drive now!!!!!
I’m giving it all she’s got Captain Hawk it can’t take much more of this or the quartz windows will not hold up!!!
Change the frequency to longer wavelength microwave around 2.45 GHz and BAM ! . . . . you only need one 3kW water cooled tube (very quiet no noisy blowers) at 60 percent power to fully cook that bucket as illustrated.
See I told you they are watching the boards. Now that GRC has corrected that mistake how about correcting Carl’s last name. It should be Everleigh and not “Everly”. If you can’t do things right then don’t do it at all!

CORRECTING and REPLACING Discovery Channel’s Daily Planet Features Global Resource and Microwave Technology for Processing Waste Tires September 16, 2009 4:14 PM ET
Anybody clicked on “www.GlobalResource.com.” in their press release yet? Whoever does their press releases now screwed that up and it will cost more money to fix the error.

Discovery Channel’s Daily Planet Features Global Resource and Microwave Technology for Processing Waste Tires September 16, 2009 9:30 AM ET
All Business Wire newsGlobal Resource Corporation (Other OTC:GBRC) and the company’s tire processing prototype were recently featured on the Discovery Channel’s Daily Planet, a weekly program that features daily news, discussion and commentary on the scientific aspects of current events. The segment, which originally aired on September 2, 2009, is available to view at http://bit.ly/DQADW or via Global Resource’s website, www.GlobalResource.com.
I thought the same thing. Now that it's fully exposed I see nothing has changed since my design a year and a half ago.
There is good reason the char was not fully cooked and they know how to fix it but I'm not going to ramp on that subject anymore.
Another thing, the FLAME is the kicker, remember the Popular Science picture, or just run a generator off the gas and that by far impresses the investors.
Of course I realize they are out of money and cannot afford the hopper/elevator feeder and cooling discharge screw conveyor to show a continuous motion on-the-fly process.
Don't you believe it! If you couldn't tell from the last town hall meeting, they are dumbfounded over why the recent announcements starting when Peter became CEO, Schlumberger deal, and the likelihood of some patent applications approval, have not boosted the stock price. And they do look into the boards to see what I’m up to or what I’m saying.
It's all very simple to me. Frank did such a great job of repositioning and passing the gas on them which is something he did well for as long as I’ve known him.
He did get what he wanted in bagging butt and if by chance they were to get lucky and pull off any part of any application in a time frame while he's still living, well that would be gravy.
Oh! “These were the guys” that Time Magazine covered in Nov. 2007 edition? I think I knew this was the company but I sort of thought those guys during that time as stated in the article were some other fellows back then and in addition to when the stock price was at $3.50.
Right now with the price below a buck even after the announced Schlumberger deal, that brings into account the general consensus of attitudes you're seeing on here and that nasty other board. So since those days of 2005, 2006, and 2007 when the stock price was up to 5 bucks and MSRM/GBRC was doing a fine job of moving forward with a deal on the table in 2007 for 70 million guaranteed to start up a tire production plant and all we needed was 7 million to get the 70 million, where did those guys go? And why can’t the new kids on the block finish the deal because they’ve been sitting on that 7 million for quite some time after those old guys left the company?
So we elect to wake up the current guys and tell them to get busy doing something, anything and communicating something, anything other than nothing but running out of money. And you are like tiptoeing through the tulips, strumming your ukulele like everything is beautiful buying in under a buck while many people on here bought MSRM on the high side and have been jacked around on a conversion that should have taken place years ago even with a shove-it-down-your-throat exchange conversion.
Must have been a typo too when you said "Yea, took me awhile but I came around. If you study up you'll see that the company backing gbrc is a powerhouse imo. just bought 5k shares myself."
Also appearing on the same born on date: samsilvia65, who used the same exact term you use in error: "they are backed by Schlumberger"
I would say you should go back to your original NIC: my4presidents!
I still haven't figured out your game yet though except to pump the stock on other threads and boards. Sort of like a desperation type move.
Let me get this. You said you picked up 10k on GBRC then said you picked up 5k of GBRC on another thread as stated below. And I see you were born on this board and what we call the "other board" the same time while praising a fellow over there who admits to not being a stockholder anymore. One more thing; Schluberger is not backing GBRC. GBRC is attemping to do a sucucessful project under contract for Schluberger.

I think things are looking good. picked up 10k shares this morning, and I'm feeling good about it. Also picked up 5k shares of GBRC. Did some looking into it, and its some impressive tech. They are also backed by a monster company (schlomberger), made it a pretty easy pick IMO
GBRC

Hey guys, just picked up 10k shares of GBRC, and I feel pretty strong about it. Did some studying and schlumberger (the backing company) is a powerhouse. Pretty exciting stuff IMO
No holiday here today but next Monday is Labor Day. It seems for the last couple months my AOL friends can send and I receive their emails but they don't get mine in return. I think it happened when spammers started using my email address and AOL flagged it as spam. That is probably what happens when an email address is easily assessable on the website. Even I get spam from spammers using my email address and they end up in my junk mail folder.
You probably didn't get my email response from your email. I don't know why AOL has blocked me but I must be on their white list.
52 billion BTUs of what was probably TDF, in the first place, up in smoke and now saturated in the ground. Another London overcast that probably will go unnoticed. Soil reclamation will be a tough task and maybe it was insured with Lords of London.
Already done but I can't lay claim to a lot of it. IEEE did the most part with the end-user in that application and it had nothing to do with tires.
I do promote the microwave effort, technology and provide my engineering all the time every day. Also with tires and others who are following suit with their own plans to produce energy in a very short time but this board has nothing to do with them and I won't elaborate on them for that reason.
On here I'll stick to GBRC and MSRM even if they choose to drag their own feet or have no money to further the technology that I helped developed in the patent application. Furthermore we'll all have to wait until they do it for all practicable purposes.
My only advice to them is get to know how sales are done of which they know nothing about and quit being only an engineering company all dressed up with nowhere to go!
By the way, does PW mean the same thing over there as it does over here? Because in my analogy, PW comes to mind when I think of my ol' buddy Frank!
Oh I still look in here but it finally got out of hand when Ol' Smokey thought it was an invitation to mouth off and of which nobody wanted to hear. So now I just listen in on occasion. I’ve already said enough anyway without repeating myself, after a year or so, and now I just wait with baited breath for some NEW news while doing my own thing.
Sure if you don't mind a made a couple mistakes in that post. One is that instead of .80 cents a pound for steel it should be .08 cents. And the other is the total dollar amount on carbon black. I was assuming all the carbon black was of a quality deserving $1000 bucks per ton but I see GRC credits only 300 to 400lbs out of a ton that results in the higher price quality.
So I have to assume the lesser quality amounts to less. It's still phenomenal results so far and kudos to them for discovering this application!
Yeah I was a winner too from that same lottery. How much did you get? I won 100 million! I was just filling out they're form with my address, social security number, birthdate, mother's maiden name and bank account numbers so they can direct deposit it.
Well we will have to wait and see. I'll pat you on the back for hanging in there but then you are held captive too.
No secrets between Kenny and I assure you of that. We are all in the same boat and still looking to dock Plymouth Rock and taking a cab to the Texas tea party.
I get a lot of emails daily from GRC investors and some that I think are in the business but there have been some AOL account people who have expressed similar problems.
Maybe AOL would like me to cease to exist . . LOL
Yeah well if you don't get my reply you need to get off that AOL and get real . . /. LOL
Just think about it. You could have won the lottery and not know about it! I could have offered a million dollar deal to your every one buck of investment.
BTW, I didn't get a nasty gram based on what I say on this board. It was a nasty gram base on what I say on the yahoo board to "cease to exist" . . . LOL
I don't have insider information these days and I wouldn’t give it out when I did in those days. Times have changed, we are all moving forward and I only hope things have changed to the better. You know as must as I know now except I can look and hear from my perspective as to what I see and hear with regard to their technology. I can speculate only on that and I can comment but never put anything into what I say as absolutely valid from my perspective. It's always in my opinion regardless.
So my test email didn't come back to me when I sent it new. Does that mean you got it because I want to reiterate my original question?
By the way . . . thanks!
Let me guess. We have decided that there is no specific frequency specific to hydrocarbons than any other frequency. Microwaves of specific frequencies really don't apply in the applications as we claimed for years. We have recognized that the wider (broader) wave length is much more sufficient to accomplish the task and therefore we are going to use readily available, efficient and cheaper magnetrons to accomplish our goals.
Came back again. Could be that it's just AOL but I won't say on here what I think about AOL except if AOL was a tyre I love to nuke it.
Yes it's savvy to know when to hold them, know when to fold em and know when to walk away.
or just copy what everybody else is doing . . . .
Why because they were smiling? LOL . . I'll be getting into trouble for that one because my current concubine is from the UK.
