Looks to be bouncing off the .10. Got a few down there.
Agree. I think that's the only way to keep this ball rolling. He's going to have to split at some point before then though to maximize dilution value. That or he'll just let this go dead like the other 2 companies.
It's hard to argue the points being made. My favorite is when people ask for "proof" of this being a scam, but yet they can't provide proof that it isn't. In fact nothing can be confirmed! That should be your first clue.
That's when the fallback plan comes out... it's a pink, safe harbor statement, post some PRs (like they’re fact), etc.
I'm eagerly anticipating the "no-go" PR for this mysterious and illusive "Microfill" machine in Q1. How will he string it out next?? Stay tuned!
I don't think they are even a re-packager. That would imply HNSS has a building somewhere that houses "their" product. Of course, this can’t be confirmed.
The website is merely portal to other people’s products, from other websites. The whole thing is a facade IMO.
Yeaaaaaaaaaaaahhh!!! I just hope HNSS is as successful as his other two companies! How does he find the time? Mr. Black, you are my hero.
Yeah that is funny! PRs proves it is 100% true! Great DD!
And it has to be true since it's in a PR! To the moon!
Oh I bet!!! It'll be a "game changer"!

If you wanted to sell "your" product, why in the world would you give "further information" from a competing site? LOL!

Technically Black said...
"information concerning other ongoing subjects and developments will be held in abeyance."
The definition of abeyance is "temporary inactivity, cessation, or suspension".
So he never actually said "full disclosure was not coming out due to a buyout offer"
Apples and oranges though. The bottom line is very few believe Black or the PPS would be much higher. I'm curious to see what diversion/stall tactic he'll use next.
Friday power hour dump... I'll take some of these.
Ditto... looking for reentry...
Nice volume!
Very possible! IMO
I'm in.... should have pulled the trigger yesterday!
Thanks!
What kind of bid support are we looking at here? Can't access my L2.
What is negative? The issue at hand here is FDA acceptance, which I am optimistic about. Sorry I don't have the studies readily available to copy and paste what my concerns were, but after 15 years in the industry, I have an idea what areas FDA likes to make a fuss over.
If NEOP wants to cover their bases, they better had initiated that supplemental study. That's all I'm saying. It is a superior product and it will be widely used, not on CVS shelves as another poster eluded to, (makes me wonder if he even knows what lymposeek is for) if it is approved.
I won't say why I left but management was aware of the issues with the studies, and they decided to proceed against advice. I'm not bashing the company. The application will be accepted, but IMO it will not be approved (as it is) for market unless additional safety studies are conducted, which, to my knowledge has been initiated by NEOP.
Just to clarify for those not knowledgeable in the matter, acceptance means that the appropriate amount of data has been submitted and "accepted" for FDA review. Data is not reviewed for acceptance. Content review of the data takes place following acceptance and, on average, this takes about a year. While this is going on, NEOP (I believe) is running an additional clinical study to address any potential voids in the safety data. Should FDA request it, they will have it ready to supply. If that is indeed the case, and the data is good, NEOP will most likely get its' application approved. But, as the data stands now, IMO, it will not be enough to satisfy FDAs clinical review committee.
Keep in mind this is device company venturing into pharma. Drugs are/were not their specialty and most of the clinical studies were conducted prior to NEOP buying the patent from another company. They didn’t know what they didn’t know.
No agenda here, just curious to see how the company has progressed. After ready a few posts, I felt compelled to post as well.
I really don't care what you believe. Just stating my opinion based on my experience with the product. That's what these boards are for.
With that, what is your background in FDA regulatory submission compliance, clinical/nonclinical studies and CMC? My guess is ZERO.
Acceptance and approval are two different things. It will be accepted by FDA, it will not be approved.
Whatever guys. I worked for the company. You're on your own. GL!
My two cents…
As someone intimately familiar with NEOP and lymphoseek, there are issues with the clinical studies submitted to the FDA. Will FDA issue an RTF? I don’t think so. Will FDA approve it for market? No, IMO.
It’s unfortunate because lymphoseek is a superior alternative to anything that’s out there, but the studies were done very poorly and FDAs primary concern is always safety. The current studies demonstrate a significant amount of efficacy, but not enough safety. However in NEOPs defense, I am fairly confident that addition clinical studies addressing those voids of the previous studies are underway.
Any ideas as to who the "leading marketing company" is?
My "last" post clearly is an issue for debate, yet nobody wants to touch it. Odd. Good luck with your POS.
Profits based on Blacks reported numbers? Good grief. Anybody with half a brain can see the dilution that has taken place here. It's clearly shown in the fins! If HNSS is making a "profit" then why not use that "profit" to grow the company instead of continually increasing the OS?
When there is no more room to dilute, HNSS will do a R/S, and the cycle will start over again. It's not rocket science. He's done the exact same thing with his other two companies.
GLTA, I'm done with this one... final post.
How else is he going to do it? Rinse and repeat. Reverse split on tap.
It'll get back to the pennies.... after the R/S.
LOL! How about trying the "contact us" link? I'm sure they'll get right back to you.

That whole website is a joke.
Dilution continues.... OS has to be getting close to 1B by now. Turn off the faucet if you want buyers Black. IMO
VFIN is the diluter for HNSS. IMO
Ahhhhhhh... ok. LOL! Enjoy!
I sold at the ask.... always do.
Ok, out for the final time... good luck everyone.
Details are what count. The PR basically says "look, we made more money" and we did it by "babble, babble, blah, blah, blah". Good work Black... transparent as ever.
You have to keep it real. Too many daydreamers on this board…
Yea, that's fine and all. Just gets old trying to decode every HNSS PR like it's a riddle. I wish he would just say (specifically) what is going on instead of constantly eluding to other things. Maybe then then PPS would truly move north. The way he words this stuff feeds skepticism.
The vague babble has to stop in these PRs.
Accretive Synergy Program that invests in partnerships and takes stakes in other companies, some of which may be acquisition candidates
i find it comforting that HNSS shareholders won't be able to just walk in....
Agreed... The financials will tell the tale. If the OS is once again increased, I'm curious to see how Black wiggles out this time.
