I guess the rising market agrees with you, NOT!
Your post is probably the best of the morning, A+++++++.
To translate all you have to do is copy into Google Translate and set it for Hebrew:

It translates most but not all of the website.
No, status quo.
Thanks. A friend once said to me "With all the bad things that happen to people, and others say, 'What were the chances that would happen', Why not have something GOOD happen in life with the same small probability?" Maybe not probable, but certainly possible.
Yes, the same hot air that everyone else blows. Just teasing you. Enjoy the weekend, and remember the FFGO mantra: There is always next week.
Barrick
And yet none of the major gold producers snapped it up
Yet! Until now.
Thanks for your response and glad you like my username. I think the deal is real and will eventually be consumated. Many people got stuck waiting for so long and think the stock will never change...sort of like a rebellious child that you think will end up in jail but straightens out and becomes a successful doctor, businessman, or attorney (maybe even a FFGO attorney!). Who would have ever imagined...!!!??? ...But things do work out.
Your conclusion "clearly there is no deal for if there was one it would have been PRd" is only conjecture, nothing more. You are not privy to the inside negotiations. Stop passing yourself off as a know-it-all. You have as much info as anyone else, your interpretation is yours. It is not confirmed as fact yet depite the delay.
My mirror is a bit foggy. Which perspective did you mean, for the shorts or longs? Also, is the mirror a circus trick mirror, or a precise finely ground mirror such as in a world class telescope peering into the depths of time and curved space? You need to elucidate in your missive.
I am a bit surprised that there was no news release either way today. I did expect something.
Hey Ordianry; realistically, what would placate you? I see you must have written litterally thousands of messages about FFGO and wonder why you haven't sold. ...Therefore, what would it take? This deal is a tad more complex than selling a minibike when we were kids. Perhaps the Company shouldn't have given a date, but if they didn't give any guidance, everyone would be wondering. If they are delayed for a couple of weeks, but still consumate the deal would you finally change your disposition? Just wondering....
If someone is looking up at the roots they are dead and had bigger problems than FFGO...or perhaps FFGO did indeed come in and their poor heart just couldn't take the excitement or disbelief!
Glad you understood my dry humor, others might take me seriously. Good luck to you and remember it really doesn't matter whether you make money on this or not; when you woke up today you were looking down at the flowers rather than looking up at its roots! Think about this one. Best wishes.
"How do you make money selling for less than you buy"
You do it in quantity.
WHAT pattern??? :>) Oh ye of little faith!
What happened to this stock?
XS didn't move the stock one iota. I would rather have accuracy with a commensurate sustained move rather than pump & dumps. BS is BS, either way. Truth is the ideal so everyone can make their own analysis of risk vs. reward.
It is disingenuous for Explosive Stocks to pump with a target of $0.005 without mentioning either the Company guided with a substantially lower price of $0.003 (albeit a minimum price), or to mention why the price will deviate 66% from the Company's guidance.
Can a pink sheet stock be halted pending a new release, thus causing a short squeeze? Pardon me if this has already been discussed but I missed it. Many thanks.
The important point is the note holders accepted the stock. They have to know something important that is not public yet and thought the stock will have value at least equating to the loan.
If 75 billion shares was used in the original calculation to arrive at the $0.003 figure announced by the company, then: 75 billion shares times $0.003 equals $225 million for FFGO's interest. $225 million divided by 59 Billion EQUALS $0.0038 ...A HANDSOME RETURN! I hope we all pay Uncle Sam a lot of taxes this year!
Wouldn't 3.5 billion additional shares being soaked up above normal trading be a tipoff that the deal went through, thus causing the price to rise? I am still not convinced by your argument but everyone has a right to their opinion. Either way, I believe you and I will have a profitable transaction. Best of luck!
You will!!!
There is a logic flaw in your example. If the deal actually goes through at $100 million the stock would no longer be at $0.0002, so the 3.45B shares would cost substantially more. It would approach the $0.00227 in your example, perhaps within 70 - 90% until payout. Therefore, I contend it would be a wash and not worth doing. Thoughts?
I think you are dead wrong. This company is not a manufacturing company with raw material inventory, work in progress, finished goods, accounts receivable, etc. The assets are the claims, any office furniture, etc. The liabilities are the note payable, office rent, salaries, legal fees, etc. It should take a very short time. Don't you think the buyer already looked at the assets and liabilities? The info has already been substantially accumulated.
What you say makes NO sense at all. If the company was to buy back shares it would reduce the funds available for the shareholders so it would be a wash. A buyout is not the same as when a company buys Treasury stock reducing the float. The company is borrowing money for expenses which needs to be repaid. There is no revenue.
Y money: I consider you fortunate to be able to still get a portion of the $0.0001s. Good for you!! Wishing you success.
Provided it isn't a restricted stock deal! Hopefully it is cash.
I have an order in all day for $0.0001 and it wasn't filled.
Ecstatic ;>)
Vianna, A stock deal would throw a monkey wrench into all of this. I really wish the company would have at least made this public. CASH DEAL...CASH DEAL...ummmmm....
Vianna, do you know whether it is a cash deal or stock? Thanks.
Wrong company. Look at its trading symbol.
Is this a cash deal or for stock???
Prisoner- too late, but thanks for the heads up.
True!!!
I think if there is a PR other than a "just hang in there" message, the stock will go near the $0.003 buyout price, otherwise it languishes in the current neighborhood. Without substantial new info, there is no reason for it to move.
$0.0001 pending news; it's obvious because that is where it has been trading for days. No news, no movement.
