Very curious to see if volume starts to pick up now, especially coming into 1) end of summer 2) Kyoto 3) quarterly call. Been pretty low for past couple of weeks. Or do you think nothing happens until proxies come out?

Nope, grabbed 1.2 million at 0.095 and 0.096, upped my total to 5.5 million shares. Have to say this is a steal at these levels. Can't imagine the price not heading northward once the yield sign comes off.

Also have to believe no PR from Calkin until the website is up and running smooth. Wouldn't want a PR and everyone running to a website not fully functional.

So let me understand this last quarter we show unbelievable results, adding cash and posting a positive results quarter. Does anyone here expect anything different coming up this next quarter reporting August 15th. Wouldn't it make sense that we actually post better results since more businesses are on board? Confused about this price drop, haven't been on the boards in a while , so can someone give me the 30 second lowdown on the price drop.

Don't like the share price manipulation game, but do like the volume so far today. Heck even the preferred shares are up a bit today. Let's see what today brings, I expect a quiet week, but next week should be interesting. Will we get the run up to the quarterly call?

Someone had run numbers when the data was switched making assumptions of how the tampering changed the results. Now that we know the 25% number in the 1mg vials can we run those numbers now. I think it was FTM.

Good question, obviously this public information can not be good for them. Another question. Is Finken still there as well? Have they responded to the amended complaint and if not is there a time frame to do that? The answers will be even more interesting I think.

If all of this is true and if I remember correctly, we were told that the FBI was involved, then why isn't JB and possibly Finken being criminally prosecuted here? appears to me this was and is a criminal act, maybe that would get the culprit to squeal!! A little bit of immunity instead of jail time sounds good to me. Or maybe the FDA and the FBI doesn't really want the truth to be exposed.

Sometimes we expect fireworks based upon the hype we see and hear here, if the company is as good as we expect and Calkin is the real deal, then all in time and patience a must. Volume has been very nice the past few days and a little surprised it is as low myself today. I think everyone is the wait and see mode, instead of chasing, I waited longer than I anticipated myself today and grabbed some more at 0.0193 after adding a bunch yesterday at 0.02 to make an even 3 million. Could be fun, will keep a core and trade a piece.

Hope we all can enjoy the ride, I think with a little bit of positive from June 22, we could be well on our way back to YTD high.

1 million shares and + or - a few pennies, groundhog day indeed.

Would like to believe that, but management has been notorious for their timing and value of our stock when they hit the ATM. Would be nice for a change , lets hit it at $5.

Interesting, I think there is a fine line between bellyaching and whining and general concern if management is doing everything they can, under their fiduciary responsibility to protect the shareholder's interest and value. Since we only have a 3 member BOD and apparently not too much clout as shareholders. Just curious, do you think if Buffet or Icahn were shareholders of PPHM, that shareholder value would be increased, based upon the pressure they would generate toward management, and do you think they would be agreeable to management's line of communication and current shareholder value?

Still something in the back of mind doesn't add up:

Every big pharma. knows how good Bavi is, there are and have been many partnership discussions, partnership interest is very high, not enough money has been or is being offered. The KOL's have come on board and have been touting our science, the results of coming along stellar like,etc etc.

So you would think with all of this unbelievable information that people know about, that they would tell someone and then they would tell someone and so on and so on, you get the picture. Yet here we are over the last 60 days struggling to get a million to 2 million shares traded per day. Heck, I would think there are many on this board, that most likely trade 10,000 shares a day on an in an out basis. So how many shares does that eat up of the total?

Maybe it's me, but volume still not adding up??

So 30 days give or take until next quarterly conference call, can't imagine not getting a little run up based upon Hopium during that time. Maybe management gives us a nice surprise, also anticipating Avid with a very good quarter!!

My tdameritrade showing no trades for PPHM in the first 4 minutes, is their a halt? Anyone else seeing this?
