Those darn "tipping points" just never seem to happen for this company do they. It seems we have been reading about all of the major "tipping points" that the company has been waiting on for 3, 4, 5 years now?

I feel fairly certain that the CEO is not proud of the dismal record of this company not too long after he took the reins. I also believe that he is not proud of the fact that so many LOST SO MUCH MONEY here.

I am also just a certain that he has rationalized the loss of money by those who believed in him for 5 years (or more) as their own fault for not flipping it despite public posts via blog or "memos to moderators" praising the "longs" and those who "shared his vision" ...oh yeah and the most infamous comment congratulating those who got in at .02 some time ago. I believe he believed everything he said.

I refuse to go along with the "scam" word that some are throwing around. I get the whole penny stock scum bag CEO mentality that so many want to point out but....I do not personally believe it was his intent to drive this company in to the ground. I still firmly believe it is nothing but pure incompetence and ego that killed this company and IMO as long as he is the one in control...it will remain a crappy penny stock. He will give it the "ole' college try" but it will fail time and again.

I can only hope those who show up and buy shares have learned to flip, flip, flip.... as often as possible. You hold shares here (or in any pink) for any length of time....you lose...period.

The "other" shareholders had MORE THAN ample warning this mess was coming. Manipulation is the key with these type of stocks. This stock was protected well but now that all of the cards are on the table (so to speak)...the players will come and see what they can drain out of it.

If you know how to trade them, you win. If you don't...you are a "long" in a crappy penny stock.

That's exactly why I choose to just stay outside working instead of wasting my time with yet another droning on of garbage. I have heard too many just like the one yesterday as described to me from others who did listen. Too many hints, suggestions, carrots and things that just don't add up at the end of the day. Years of listening to his hyped up dreams on steroids that get served up in beautifully painted shares sold.

Why bother calling in to ask anything when whatever they say has been proven to not be trustworthy most of the time? IMO

Hypothetically speaking... this stock could go "to the moon" if the CEO wasn't such a pathetic loser and completely inept at his job. IMO

I think he wants a chance to spin, spin, spin ANYTHING that has been perceived as a failing or a mistake or ANYTHING anyone has ever said on a PUBLIC message board that didn't paint him in the light he so loves to shine on himself. He will go on to explain how the RS is a good thing to accomplish what HE wants to accomplish and has great hopes of finding more suckers to buy in to his new fairy tale he has begun to tell.

Same ole garbage he has been spewing for years and that many of us fell for. Waste of time and energy. STFU and get the job done. The truth is ONLY revealed in the filings. Anything short of that is just fiction and fantasy.

The roller coaster is under going a little maintenance now. There will be some perceived great news and the blog spin will be unlike anything "we" have seen before. Much as been learned by the company on what words to use and not use to spark some excitement and no doubt a prayer session before each spouting of hyped up BS.

For some it is a sense of "underdog" that keeps them invested and believing. Good luck to them. Nothing can be said that hasn't been already. If you still don't see the cycle of abuse...now it's your fault..not the company's.

I know whom you refer to. Scup showed a great deal of class imo given the situation he was in. The other, well, I am a big believer in karma.

Never said they didn't do a lot. You have no way of knowing whether they were "taken" as they both had personal relationships with the CEO. They traveled with him and at least one of them has been to his private residence (or so he told me about the house on the lake) so....what transpired between them no one knows but them.

I just find it very interesting that one day...the posts were of how awesome the CEO is/was, how great things were coming (hinted of course) then this sucker tanked even more and never recovered...then the r/s. Where are they now to defend this pos ceo? Why have they all of a sudden gone quiet? I don't think it's because they were "taken" too.

They did a great deal for this company and seemed to believe in the CEO and defended his bs to almost the end. No one can discount the work they did. It is well documented and was appreciated by the company and shareholders alike.

The number one thing I learned about playin' pennies is ... not to!! More money made much faster elsewhere.

Thank you for the information. I do not find it ironic that the posts telling us how AWESOME the CEO is/was and how "there are good things coming" and such came to a dead stop once it was so blatantly clear what was getting ready to happen.

I am of the belief that some sort of deal happened. Not saying it was illegal as I know this CEO does not do anything illegal...just saying whatever was done does not have to be public knowledge. That is my understanding.
