Positive
Additionally, we have developed the expertise and sound and objective experience to execute project and plant feed studies. Feed studies determine the specific application parameters and expected results. Feed studies are used for project development and execution of all-sized projects. We are working on scaling this technology, making it ideal for large scale carbon capture.
As an example, the slide contains an image of a multi-megawatt fuel cell rack system customizable to fit any number of sizing applications. We believe that the scale would create a strong value proposition. Additionally, if we take this solution to its full potential we can reduce CO2 and NOX, produce power and hydrogen which further increases the affordability of this offering.
Sources of CO2 are not going away anytime soon and we believe that solutions like ours will play an important role in reducing emissions and creating new energy sources globally.

Who’s driving the bus on the Posco negotiations? Posco or FCEL or maybe XOM?
Who wants access to the Asia market most?
What is going on at Barry, Bucks Ala?
Why does FCEL want 335m AS and the option to do a RS?
How many shares will be outstanding at the conclusion of the conversions of the preferred and will the company continue to finance via convertible debt?
What is a reasonable market cap assuming major growth and how much of that cap will be held by common stockholders?
Time for some clarity for the investing public from the leadership of this company.
Heavily invested, but I need more clarity on the direction of the company as we all do.
Lots of folks will get rich here, but fools will go broke!
I don’t think I would at this point Max. I watch the company closely but I think the risk reward ratio is just to shaky at the moment.
One significant piece of news could change that in a heartbeat, but I need to see verification of what I think is going on first. If my suspicions are valid, there will be plenty of opportunities going forward. Meanwhile the preferred shareholders are in full control. Are they forcing the pps down to assume a higher % of ownership? They can move it up (and bank big $) just as fast if not faster than they have taken it down. Evidence the spike to .94 a couple weeks ago. They win either way, and they are calling the shots.
Excellent Max! Thanks

One of many in the works!
The winner of the H2 race will be the technology with the cheapest, cleanest, and most scalable solutions. I like FCEL's chances!

The second phase, to follow this DOE project, would be to install eleven additional fuel cell power plants to capture approximately 700 tons/day of CO2 in total, while simultaneously generating about 648,000 kilowatt hours/day of ultra-clean power.

Now an updated project budget and Funding opportunity announcement for engineering work on commercial scale CCUS projects. .
Has there been a decision to skip the pilot and move straight to the commercial deployment?

Correct me if I’m wrong but wasn’t this like a $34m project with $15m DOE share and $19m performer share funding?
Why is the project page now indicating $4.85m total project funding?
Abandoned after budget period one?
Max, looks like the 2018 presentations are now available again.
I have a theory.

$1 is in the distant past now so yay! You got one right!
My point is they never seem to execute on the timeline, if at all, they put out to shareholders.
The closing of this transaction is expected to happen on or before December 31, 2018, subject to customary closing conditions

There are numerous similar examples.
Times up with no 8K, these guys never seem to meet a deadline on time. May still happen, but hasn't happened on the timeline indicated to shareholders. Is it a done deal? Did it get delayed? Did the deal fall through? Better be some answers forthcoming or we won't see 20 dollars until at least June.

The Purchase Agreement also contains customary termination rights, including the right to terminate in the event that a binding commitment for the Required Financing is not received on or before December 10, 2018 or the transaction has not been consummated on or before January 26, 2019 (the “Termination Date”). However, a party may not terminate the Purchase Agreement on the Termination Date if the terminating party breached any of its obligations under the Purchase Agreement and such breach was the cause of, or resulted in, the failure of the closing to occur on or before the Termination Date.

Thanks Max, appreciate the comments and will consider a paid membership so I can share with you privately and directly.
As we both know, there is good and bad to be discovered and discussed regarding FCEL. I appreciate your contributions to my level of understanding over time.
When HH first started posting here I thought he may know what he is talking about, but he has consistently demonstrated since, that he doesn’t.
I’m a moderate, and don’t have much patience for the extreme left or the extreme right whether that be politics or message boards.

I’ve done my dd as well, looking at downside risk as well as upside potential. I will not be sharing any of it on this forum however, at least for now.
I predict that in a few weeks you will be telling us that as soon as we break that resistance at .38 we will fly right back to $1 any then onward to $10 no later than January 2020.
I think I’ll disengage from this conversation, I prefer to spend my time in discussions with the intellectual type and you,.... well I’ll just say don’t meet my criteria.

I’m guessing 1 for 10 on the reverse split, and no later than July 19.
Don’t believe I’ve seen this posted here yet. Can’t just focus on puffery, any successful investor will evaluate both sides of an equation.

Thanks I hope you can find some credibility but it was obviously not a resolution. At least you only have 15% left to lose. Upside is unlimited.
