What list would those shares be on ?? They were shorted. Where would they show ???

As long as ACLH was not trading the SEC can say anything they want. When it started trading again the SEC has the responsibility that their statement is honest and accurate.

I would guess a Fluidizer would be relatively easy and fast to produce. With a legitimate "contract" I really believe a product could be delivered very fast. Like a union construction shop with one full time employee bidding a large job. If they get the "BID" they "FARM" out the work. Done ALL the time !!!
