There was an S-8 Filed on the 15th... this is an OTCBB stock so they file before they dilute. They filed to dilute 25M shares, and today there was 140M traded compared to 2M on your average day. I'm pretty sure they dumped all of the shares today and triggered massive selling. Its way oversold at this point IMO

You bought at 11 cents and held a penny stock for this long, thats no good. Investors rarely profit from penny stocks

I know that you know where I got the share structure, so i suppose that you want to know where I got the information that they would want to dilute the remainder of their shares at the best possible price? Just common sense in my opinion i suppose. 20M is not even that much to begin with, but all i'm saying is $20,000 is a lot different than $40,000 and if they think they can sell it at .002 if they let it run as opposed to .001 now, they wouldn't dilute at the 52 week low (unless they have to in which case they don't have that much to go). They could always raise the authorized, but it would have to be approved first, and as that hasn't happened yet, we should assume that they will dilute when they can get the most money.

hes trying to suggest that the company is diluting lol... They have about 25M shares left to dilute, they would not do it all at once, they would try to get the best price possible and so would not be selling shares at the 52 week low especially in a time like this when they are doing plenty to get their stock up.

but if you notice, the short term, yet very significant downtrend of the stock was broken. If .0008 holds as a bottom for now, the chart will look very bullish. I hope it will as I hope more news related to Fire-pruf is due soon.

For future reference...

people sell when they think there is too much pumping going on. people sell when people start shouting things like "to the moon" and "to a penny!". So although you may think that posts like that might attract buyers, they do more bad for the stock than good. I hate seeing things like "weeeeeeeeeee" and other thoughtless rants that only signal me that the bag holders have jumped in for the ride. Keep it on a minimum when you are happy, don't be afraid to show fear, and don't spam the same information (positive or negative) over and over unless its requested as then you are a pumper/basher.

Nothing has changed, people wanted to see a lot of buying this morning, but no news came and no buyers, triggering the impatient to sell. Volume has died down a lot though, when it picks back up it won't be hard to move it right back.

no pumpers, just people talk less when their stock declines... don't make all of your predictions based on EOD action the day before... not always right

The company is valued at $300,000... If you think that they could possibly flood the market with 15,000,000,000 shares and still hope to retain some of their investors, you're insane. They can't sell them if nobody wants to buy them... If nobody wants to buy them, they're worthless anyways. First, a company cannot issue more shares than they have authorized, (they can increase the authorized, but this does not fare well with investors and it is not as easy as you might think) and second, we always know how many shares they are diluting, so it is not like one day they will say "surprise! theres 15 billion shares outstanding!" You can find the share structure today, and find it a few months earlier thanks to their FILINGS WITH THE SEC.

yay my order finally executed at .007, think t hey gave me the bid even though when i set it it was the ask. I definitely think we're onto something here for sure. I don't think that would be hard to do as the thing traded nearly 40M shares in the first couple hours of trading during the run. Volume died down after that and stock fell on 9M shares.

No problem, im sure you saw that already. Still I haven't seen anyone as excited about fire proof wood lol. After someone's house gets set on fire from getting struck by lightning, they will sue the home builders for not making the house out of fire-proof wood lol.
