King never thought that Shinn & Co would have the resolve that they've shown but guess what...they did and they will continue. This ain't over for a long time and once Shinn wins the appeal watch out, his next target maybe CAVIT.

To bad and the bs will continue if CAVIT ever trades. HTDS is having trouble finding a legit MM but not having trouble dilluting shares.

Has anyone seen CAVIT's website? Looks like they put about $100 in to it..very impressive!

Recommendation: Sell now, use the right off and then buy back in 31 days if you still believe in either company.

And think about it, Cavit shareholders may not even able to sell/trade their new founded shares...wow, that would be horrific.

You may want to sell your shares in HTDS, that way you have some money and still have CAVIT which looks like it may be the only horse that gets out of the gate. Just a suggestion. Good luck!

Who you buy any stock in either one of these companies at this time? Once the the ruling is out, the losing side has like 90 days to appeal and the next appeal would be to the Supreme court. So, you could be looking at 2 yrs before all is said and done. I too wouldn't be surprised Shinn Co. go after King and Co. regarding Cavit. Such a s sad story, greed and ego usually destroy people and companies. Oh well..

Maybe time to take your money out of HTDS, you'll still have CAVIT. Come back in a couple of yrs and put your money back in HTDS that is, if King doesn't file for bankruptcy.

Court is done....who knows how they will rule. Could be 2 yrs before they make a decision. Still time to settle? Oh well, you still have that other stock/company which the jury is still out on. To bad we all have dead money/no money for a longgggggg time.

Update: Approx 12,070,800 OS on CAVIT. Brown currently holds 1,845,000 shares(15.32%), Raymond 1,076,500(8.92%) and Smyth holds 887,500(7.37%).

I believe is just a matter of time before King files for bankruptcy on HTDS....if he losses the appeal, it's almost a certainity in my opinion.

I'm not sure of anything, I'm just going by past track records. Like I said before, I think Shinn has a better chance of winning the appeals and King hasn't prove to any of his shareholders he has anything worthwhile to sell. If he does and makes HTDS/CAVIT shareholders a ton of money, my hats off to him and congratulations to the shareholders but in my opinion, I don't see that happening but time will tell.

Brown holds approx 27 million shares of HTDS

Brown & Raymond (directors) bought another 10,000 shares of Cavit @ .01 yesterday and Friday . Brown now holds close to over 1.6 million shares and Raymond holds over a million. I hope these shares are restricted for you CAVIT stockholders.

Is King having troubles finding a legit "MM"? Hopefully, he doesn't go the boiler room route.

You may find out soon that King's whole success or failure is based on winnng the appeals which the odds are stacked against him. Once he lossses, HTDS/CAVIT will be nonexistent. Shinn is not going away and I'm sure he and his legal counsel have plans for King and Co. once Cavit trades, that is if it does. If it does,it probably won't trade higher than a dime. Good luck making any monies from HTDS/CAVIT. Nothing worth any value to sell. Whoever thinks CAVIT will trade at a dollar or higher is sniffing to much tubercin.

King's already diluting shares in Cavit. Update: Aprrox 11,700,000 OS. I thought it was 10,000,000. King up to his old tricks again I see

I don't see Cavit trading for some time, that is even if it does.

It appears Raymond and Chris upped their involvement in CAVIT-now own 10%

Soon you will only have CAVIT to cheer on and that company or whatever you call it might not even trade. At least ATKJ shareholders will still have the hope of tubercin. Recommendation..go to Vegas and put your money on red.

To tell you the truth, I believe both companies suck and are going to crash and burn but I believe ATKJ has a slight edge with surviving because they will win the appeals. With regards to Cavit, forget about it.

Down to the one's this week, possibly tomorrow. Looking like King is just full of it...bankruptcy soon? Maybe. HTDS shareholders have been fooled all along. King has never made you money since he's been CEO.

But hey, I could be wrong, it's only my opinion.

DK: Here's something to think about. First,the odds are against King winning the appeals...you have a better chance winning in Vegas. Second, Shinn will then own 350,000,000 shares of HTDS. Third, Shinn will go after King/Cavit once it trades which I doubt it will and if it does, Shinn will file an injunction claiming he should have so many shares of Cavit, right or wrong, that will be his play and then we start all over again with Cavit. Brown may have deep pockets but with his demise in CYBL and the burn rate on HTDS/CAVIT even he will have to reconsider his options. I believe Shinn has deeper pockets which I believe King is figuring out. He didn't think Shinn would go the distance, another mistake by King, he should have settled a long time ago and now the window is closed. King only has his rhetoric left that may come back to haunt him..ever heard of a class action lawsuit?

A penny wise and a pound foolish. King has you right where he wants.
