In my opinion he has responded to the crisis' he has faced in a reasonable and fair business manner (albeit costly to shareholders). Yesterday I received a follow-up notice from the company regarding the conversion agreement of BITCF shares to XOM coin
They apologized for the delay and stated to follow the agreement instructions "throughly". (Their spelling)

Difficult to analyze the detailed specifics, yes. I would suggest a macro analysis approach to BTCS. Search the history of the statements and subsequent actions of the CEO over the last years. Are they honest and consistent? Has there been intent to treat the shareholders fairly? (albeit the R/S we experienced was painful, but with reason, the Spoondoolies mis-step)

Verified his background and watched interviews he has had. I have positions in several of these penny stocks, and he is the one CEO I trust most

I have ownership in several blockchain companies and followed this one for about 2 years. In my opinion he is the most honest and most capable of the group. Legit. On many of these blockchain penny stocks negative comments/postings have been made of the CEO - scammer, criminal history etc. Not so with Charles Allen. Focus on the man at the top. Like any good company they are the ones to lead you to the promised land. He has done everything he has said albeit things have not always turned out the way he wanted them to

Really only one reason. You believe in Bitcoin/Blockchain and BTCS's CEO Charles Allen. I invested prior to the 60:1 reverse split and been following for sometime. His actions have always confirmed the words that came before. Unfortunately The Spoondoolies acquisition went south and the theft at their plant didn't help. But the business continues.
I am standing by to purchase more. Do your DD on Allen that will lead you the way
