Shares at a penny are fine with me. Put yours for sale at a penny and they'll get bought. I can use another 25,000 shares.
Reading is fundamental. Comprehending is essential.
Effective October 24, 2011, David Janney resigned as Chief Executive Office, Principal Financial Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Janney had no disagreement with the Bonanza Goldfields Corp (the "Company") on any matter related to the Company's operations, policies or practices
Effective October 26, 2011, Scott G. Geisler, the current President and Secretary, was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Company and was also appointed as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Geisler's biography is incorporated by reference to the Company's filing on Form 8-K on September 1, 2011.
Effective October 26, 2011, Pen-Mun Foo was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Foo will be compensated with the grant of one million shares of Company common stock annually, such shares to be issued quarterly and up to $2,500 in monthly expense reimbursements. The letter agreement between Mr. Foo and the Company is attached hereto as Exhibit 10.1.
Mr. Foo will receive 1,000,000 shares a year. 250,000 shares a quarter.
It's about time. This is great news. Hopefully Mr. Foo will bring in a few investors in the next few weeks.
It's interesting that Foo was originally named as an advisor and now he has chosen to join the company as CFO. Obviously he has determined that there is substantial upside here that warrants his direct involvement.
Mr. Foo is attending the China Mining Exposition November 6-8. Interesting timing. Good opportunity to promote Bonanza Goldfields.
Those issues are being addressed. Clean slate approach. Personally I'm expecting a group of Chinese investors will be the first on board. Stay tuned.
Anyone who doesn't appreciate the upside here should sell their shares and move on. Put the shares for sale at one cent or less and they'll get bought. Financing news will take this to the.10-.15 range. GLTA
It's really quite irrelevant. Shares are being accumulated for the upside over the next 12-18 months. If you don't understand that then you are missing the big picture.
Supposebly Mike Stallings will be on site soon with several investor group visiting the site over the next two weeks. Securing a $1,000,000 "gold in the ground" financing agreement from one or more of these groups should spike the share price. I expect any major move higher not to occur until after production has begun and gold is being produced. As for bailing, if you put your shares for sale at a penny or less they will get bought. GLTY
Gold headed to $2,000/ounce by end of the year. Viet-Nam is starting to make it easier for its' citizens to own gold. High demand in India now. World currencies are becoming more worthless every day. All positives for Bonanza.
Bonanza Goldfield will probably get featured in a "Hot Small Cap Stock Report" at some point in the near future especially since it is a gold mining stock and if financing is announced. I've seen stocks with less credible potential jump to the .25-.50 range when the stock is a focus company on one of these "reports". Patience is a virtue. GLTA.
Several investor groups lining up for gold in the ground financing. Mike Stallings at the site full time. 10K is nearing completion. Once news starts leaking this will take off. .25 within six months. GLTA.
Is two weeks a reasonable time frame to expect financing news? Mike Stallings will be there on a permanent basis.
Announce $1,000,000 in financing and a production schedule and I'll buy a few shares.
Finalize "gold in the ground" financing with one of the investor groups and start production. Result will get this moving. There are many individuals waiting to see some results before buying shares.
A good video to reference occasionally. Due diligence is always a good thing.
Steve Ragan will assure you that this isn't a scam. Call and ask him.
It doesn't matter. Until financing is announced this is dead money. Really dead!!!
Men with stakes and small red flags were spotted near the company's claims.
Not one of the interested "gold in the ground" financing groups have stepped up. Why is that? They had better information than we have. First the delay was due to assay reports and now it's supposebly a geological report that is causing a delay. Next it will be the phase of the moon. Next month, next quarter, or next year?
Everything seems to be next week or next month or after this occurs or that occurs. Like to get a spike so I can sell and move on. Still haven't decided if this is a scam or not.
The good news is that no one is selling. The bad news is that no one is buying. Financing news with a production schedule and it will move higher.
Based on the expectations/comments that I've heard from S.R. I'm looking for 2,500% gains over the next year as are a number of other shareholders. No one that I know bought this expecting 60-70% gains over the next year.
Until the company obtains financing and starts production this is dead money. Share reduction and claim additions don't generate revenues. Too much talk and not enough action. Show us the gold.
With the apparent lack of progress being made to actually start production the gold may be in the ground for another million years.
I wouldn't mine seeing Bonanza sitting with a $20,000,000 market cap in a few months. Mr. Ragan did state that he believes a $100,000,000 market cap in a year or two is possible. Of course his position requires that he be very optimistic.
Forward gold sales as a means of financing production? This link was posted on the Yahoo stock board as one approach that Bonanza might want to consider to raise funds to start production.

Imagine what the announcement of a similar agreement would do to the share price.
Why is the price of gold relevant to Bonanza's lack of financing? Promises, promises, promises. Show us the financing.
Supposebly there's been a number of groups that have visited the site over the last six months and each was supposebly ready to finance initial operations and for whatever reason(s) the financing didn't materialize and the time frame continues to be somewhat nebulous. I personally will not buy any additional shares until financing is in place and a production schedule is published. Omitting this post won't change reality.
This is dead money until the company secures financing and starts production. Rumors of numerous investment groups have provened to be just that. Share reduction and adding additional land doesn't generate revenues. Never invest more money in a company than you can afford to lose is always a good guideline. GLTA
I couldn't stand the pressure and the uncertainty. Maybe I'll regret it, not today or tomorrow, but soon and for the rest of my life.
Isn't it interesting that with all the positive things supposebly occurring "behind the scenes" that there has been no spike in either the share price or the trading volume. If everyone here that believes this is a winner and going much higher then why is no one buying it at a penny? If I were involved with one of the groups that is supposebly considering buying "gold in the ground" with a substantial investment I would be telling any number of friends and relatives to buy shares here but we've seen nothing. I guess I've been around long enough to have my doubts about gold mining stocks.
As Mark Twain wrote, "A goldmine is a hole in the ground owned by a liar." GLTA
Obviously management is withholding positive news from the market. Isn't that what all companies due when the news might make the share price go higher? I guess I missed that class in Investing 101. Sooner or later we'll know the truth.
Does someone owning shares make Bonanza Goldfields more or less legitimate?
How many different groups over the last six months were supposebly going to provide financing based on purchasing the "gold in the ground" and here we sit with nothing having happened. One has to wonder.
Surprised that there has been no "insider" buying of shares. Who would be in the best position to know that the current share price has the opportunity for appreciation? With all the scams that have taken place with pink sheet stocks it's understandable that anyone would be apprehensive about investing in this one until it proves to be a bit more legitimate.
I've been following this company for several months and haven't decided if it is legitimate or not. They appear to be doing a number of things right while at the same time no real progress is being made in terms of becoming a real operational entity. Reminds me of some individuals that spend a lot of time sitting at their desks shuffling papers without really doing anything but still getting a paycheck. Any comments that would support a decision to buy shares now would be appreciated.
Company selling almost 45 million shares which it values at less than 50 cents/share. How will that news impact the share rice?
