Bigd, when I say dilution, I consider issuing more shares as a form of dilution. Not of the Chasman class but still a form of diluting the pps. I hope your right and they are minimal!

IMO we still may have some dilution even with the loans. How much? If Xkem gets both loans they will cover construction and 1/2 a years expenses. There are still other costs to consider. I'm still buying.

It's great press, unfortunately overlooked by this 3b share BS. Need to recycle it over the next couple of weeks. may help?

Best thing for this stock is to start showing revenue. It's a catch 22, they need money to make money. If they can generate enough revenue to cover costs we're on the right track.

I assume this share proposal is not an all or nothing deal. Worst case we could get 1/2 loan from Nexim Bank and an additional 1.5b shares. imo Time will tell.
