My initial thought on why NITE would want it to hold above a penny would be to bring it back to the 8's or 7's again. After all... they are known for their "short" position. Let's hope that's not the case and with a nice PR come Monday morning, this baby will grow wings!!
I was going to say the SAME thing... what NITE wants, NITE gets!
Now would be a good time for that uplisting PR!!
Here's the patent link if anyone is interested.

I too have only CFL bulbs in my house and have ordered two of the ionic bulbs. I figure the bathroom might be a good place to test this baby out before I change out the already "expensive" bulbs in my home.
Thank you for your follow up DD. However, sorry... can't help myself here... it appears that they simply moved out of their residence that they couldn't afford, and are now living comfortably in a warehouse? Not trying to burst anyone's bubble, as I've got my play card out there to on this. I just haven't decided whether or not I'm going to stay long, or hold on for the ride up to profits.
This came up on another discussion forum, but has this board already discussed why the principle executive office of ZVTK is a residence, and why that residence is going through a short sale?
"We were incorporated in the State of Delaware on December 19, 2005. Our principal executive offices are located at 134 Cedar Street, Nutley, NJ 07110."

I'm not sure I'm in this for the long haul, but I certainly will wait to find out what the sales and uplisting PR's give us. I don't hear much discussion on DD with this company. Are we all day traders here and really don't care? Thoughts please...
I think whether the ionic part of the bulb is positive or negative depends on whether the bulb is in fact "harmful." The ionic bulb we have produces negative ions...
What’s the big deal about negative ions?
Nowadays, our homes and offices filled with positive ions generated by TVs, computers, other electrical devices, and harmful building materials. Positive ions are what make us feel tired, depressed and irritable. The negative ions generated from the Purely Anion™ bulb will remove positive ions and change the air in your home, office, warehouse, etc.. to be clean and pleasant.
I snatched up more on the dip... gotta love these prices.
I think your chart reading brings much value to this board. But I also know the reality of NSS and certain MM's that have not been shut down for conducting illegal activities in the past. The SEC simply slaps their hands, gives them a fine and says, "carry on."
I appreciate your chart reading... I add it to my mix. Keep it up!!
It's more or less a knowing from the past and present that Knight Securities, LP (NITE) has a history of failing to provide best execution to its customers. Making $41 million in illegal profits. So when I see them dominating the BID/ASK constantly, it makes me shudder.

I think you are right Trader... but you cannot ignore the fact that there is corruption happening behind the scenes as well. I value your TA, but use it in a different way. (see below)
Technical Analysis works but not necessarily for the reason most people believe. Many successful traders don't want to share this secret. TA works because many people use it, and successful traders are able to predict how other people will react on the different TA indicators and signals.
In other words, while the losing traders are using TA to determine their trades, the winning traders are winning because they know how the losers are going to react based on this data.
For example, when a price goes below one of the key moving averages, (MA's) many investors sell that instrument to protect themselves against additional losses. By doing so, they will drive the price of that instrument lower and that will prompt some traders to start short selling that instrument in anticipation of further decline.
Prices continue the downward trend, forcing traders who were long on that stock to sell their positions because it is going below their stop limits. This creates a domino effect as the price continues to decline. However, at this point, successful traders realize that most of the current price action was created artificially. They start to enter positions on the buy side and more often than not price starts to reverse.
The losing traders have already sold their contracts based on the TA tools. The winning traders buy the contract because they understand that the fluctuation was temporary, and they seize the opportunity based on the losing trader's reactions. No TA tool by itself will give you reliable buy or sell signals. There is no Holy Grail or magic black box that will give you the perfect, accurate signal.
However, the combining of the right group of TA indicators with discipline and adequate trading capital has been the road to fortune for many traders.
The system is flawed... it's not so much knowing how the system works, it's being aware that MM's can get around the "system" and make more money than following the rules. Following the rules doesn't pay near as much as being corrupt in your trading practices.

Ask SpongeTech that question... many of us were complaining regarding NITE and tag-team SALI's NSS position for MONTHS!! Perhaps "manipulation" isn't the right word, but I guarantee you they are putting phantom shares into the float and shorting the hell out of ZVTK. It's okay to make money, but let's do it legally.
Thanks for the chart read Trader!!
All that reporting does is start the SEC looking at the company instead of the MM. Happens all the time. I'd be happy if they eliminated shorting any stock, seems quite anti-American betting on the failure of companies that bring US jobs into our economy.
Yes... I'm sure they are. And I'm sure their quite tired of you pointing that out to them.
FeanorFlameX - always nice to be able to test the product of a stock you're invested in, isn't it. I have placed my order as well, but went one better and put the YouTube and the link to the Ionicbulb.com web site on my Facebook page and basically told them that if they have bad allergies, live with a smoker, have pets, then their going to want to check out this product. In about 5-minutes, I had 4 friends tell me that they were going to check the product out due to bad allergies. I have no doubt that I sent some sales their way. Can only be a good thing for our investment.
Go I-BULB!!
If NITE backs down this will climb back up... slowly, but it will go up verses down. Hang in there, this is also the "ride" they talk about.
We got a strong bounce back to the 9's - wonder if NITE was trying to trigger some stop losses? Hmmmm... now there's an idea.
So noted "advance" - so why do you hang here? Go jump on that other flight if that's what your opinion is. Or better yet, order their product and decide whether or not it works. (lightbulb just turned on).
Dilution?! NO... in my opinion, it's NITE. Every time I see RED I see NITE flipping both sides. Corruption at it's finest.
Why is it when we see a BAD pull back, you always see NITE playing both sides of the fence. There's your corrupt MM folks. Just be glad it's not playing with SALI - those two MM's are made for destruction.
LimeJuice - I'm always up for hearing a success story on trading these pennies. You go enjoy yourself, it was well deserved! I haven't taken profits yet, but only because I didn't have cash on the side for the expected pull back. I'm still green - no worries... yet. LOL!!
Also, TRADER S77 - awesome chart reading, please keep it up! You were spot on today. I would of sold some off had I put some money aside to get back in on the drop. My bad... what's Cramer always telling us? KEEP CASH ON THE SIDE!!
My bad...
Really? Didn't management just tell us how much of the company they own in a "3" filing with the SEC on October 22nd, 23rd and 29th?
http://sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcompany&CIK=0001201251&type=&dateb=&owner=include&start=0&count=40&output=atom
Isn't the dead horse you are kicking getting old? Why don't you let the SEC handle their own investigation and wait patiently with prejudice like the rest of us for the 10k to come out.
You're right... my mistake. That was the strategically created fake web site that the NSS dark side conventiently created to go with Kaja DooDoo's well timed articles. Let's give her a call and find out when we can expect that next article?
How about we call up MGM, Viacom, Nickelodeon, Marvel and all those sports venues that SpongeTech is doing business with - how about Publix, call them. They just added them to their goal of 100,000 storefronts before year's end?
Oh crap.. don't bother. They too are a figment of everyone's imagination. I guess all there is to do on this board is just beat that dead horse... over and over, cause there just isn't anything to talk about until that 10k comes out.
Have a wonderful weekend everyone!
I guess now we know why the "settlement" wasn't reflecting a close.
