Lifegear..The next report will be the annual report not a quartely so the 90 day period is correct. I believe they can file for an extension to delay the filing an additional 5 days after the 90 period if needed. If something is in the works I doubt we see any filings until the last minute. Remeber they have until May 31 before the preferred is due to be paid off. I think this is going to be a nioe long climb unless they drop some surprise news on us.
Alright William. You knew something was up today. Are you going to spill the beans for us??
Now if we can hold these gains we should be able to get some more attention out there.
np.. I'm just a small time investor I have no leverage like I assume the Private Placement folks will have. If SFNL needs the cash they will have to give the investor some type of incentive. The reason I pulled out is it seems like the news is already out on this stock. We are waiting for everything to take place now. The market likes anticipation of something new not just waiting for expected things to happen. I'm not saying its a bad stock I am just saying I don't think it is going anywhere for a while. I will watch and jump back in down the road. If I miss it oh well it won't be the first one. Hopefully in the mean time I can make some money elsewhere.
I usually hate these kind of posts but here it goes. weeeeeeeeee!!!!
OK I don't have L2....what am I missing or are you going to make me wait 20 minutes. lol
Come on William...I thought you would have picked up 4-5 million here....lol You had me all excited.
I guess I am assuming it is a private placement and it will be additional shares or maybe even preferred shares. If I were that investor I would want the shares issued to me at $.05 so I could make a profit at $.25 - $.50. Not buy at that level and wait for it to go up more. Still doesn't make sense to me but oh well. I'll watch from the sidelines a bit.
If someone is already lined up though I still don't understand why they wouldn't do the deal now and not wait for it to go up. If that were the case maybe we should hook these guys up with XKEM management. Seems we always take the PIPE literally anytime they do some private placements.
I have heard the $.25 figure thrown around a number of times. I don't understand why an investor would finance the company at 5-10 times the current PPS. If anything they would usually get a discount to the current price.
Thanks to those that bought my shares at $.05 today. I couldn't let my funds sit here any longer. At least I made a little profit. Maybe come back if I can catch one of those $.03 dips.

Well it looks like I didn't miss much except for a bit of drama between a couple posters. Not much selling to day which is a good sign I think. We are all just waiting patiently to see what direction the big guys decide to take this company. At some point soon we have to hear about a new CEO. If not this week then I think that points further to a possible buyout.
GH
Good morning everyone... where ever you are. I am going to miss this mornings action so let's keep this moving north so I can be surprised when I get back! It feels good to be in on the ground floor of this one.
GH
I am definately feeling better now. When the CEO resigned that was a great sign of things to come. I was lucky enough to add some more .002's today. I don't think Mr. Walter is here for the measly couple $K each quarter to be a board member. From his and Mr. Moore's profile they definately have bigger things in mind. Even if it is to get the company moving in the right direction and not a R/M or buyout these prices are a bargain IMHO. Also with 40% of the O/S tied up between Walter, Moore and Knight and more longs being added each day this has only one direction to go now....again imho.
GH
Possible..Some medical background in his profile.
David Walters
(President)
David Walters is President of Walters Power International. Mr. Walters served as the Governor of Oklahoma from 1990 to 1994, he was educated in engineering and has an MBA from Harvard Business School. His professional experience has evolved from university and medical center administration, large scale commercial real estate development, independent power project development and now owning an international trading business specializing in electrical generation equipment.
Anyone notice on Yahoo that Mr. David Walters is listed as a Interim Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer
Mr. David Walters, 45
Chairman, Interim Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer
It doesn't appear that anyone plans on sticking around too much longer. Hmmmmm

I was able to grab some more. Adding a little every day as long as we continue to get pieces of the puzzle like today.
GH
Well that is an intersting 8K. Could we be moving old board members out for the buyout or R/M?
That sounds resonable to me. With the 2 big preferred holders able to convert any time they want there has to be some dilution going on. The only thing that seems odd is that the volume dried up yesterday afternoon and we hit a stalemate. It shouldn't take too much interest to give this another boost. The thing I like about this stock is we have 3 potential avenues of growth. Fundamentals, R/M and buyout. All appear to be resonable posibilites if they don't dilute it into the ground.
GH
Good morning everyone. There was some good info posted last night. The O/S seem to be the big issue right now. Especially with a few people claiming to have 5% or more of the company. If all of us are holding a decent chunk of the shares and accumulating then this has to go up with 30 million O/S. Any idea when the next quarterly/year end report is due? I would assume mid-March.
GH
It looks like we have followed the same pattern this stock has done in the past..spike up one day then sell off to a new low only to spike again one day 2-3 months down the road on no news. Looks like whoever said earlier that they have played this stock over the past year and know it like the back of their hand may have played me this time. Still hoping for something special but the lack of follow through from Friday and now the drying up of volume doesn't look good.
Thanks. I had to chase a bit...which I don't like doing but got filled finally.
GH
I'm trying to grab some more. Anyone have the current L2?
TIA

It's hard to say which would be best. Usually prior to a reverse merger the stock can shoot up quite bit on the anticipation of the RM. In most cases though the existing shareholders of the public company get a very small % of the new companies shares. Many times there is a reverse split prior to the RM but in this case MSTF's OS shares are so small it probably won't happen. If you hold through the RM you need to watch for immediate dilution from the folks at the private company that now get shares to seel on the market.
In a buyout you would know exactly what you will get for your shares and the risk is much smaller I think. Especialy at the current price. However the potetial short term reward may be smaller. In this case it is hard to value MSTF. They have shown that they have a product that with the right contracts they can boost revenues and share price if you look at past history. However currently things haven't gone as well. Either way at these prices I think we are in good shape as long as one of these events occur.

Hi Lifegear. I'm not much of a TA guy but I have a couple of questions on your chart. Why does it only show a 140% increase on Friday? Also how can the 200 day MA be $8+ when this hasn't been out of the pennies for over a year now? Lastly is the MACD positive now? Thanks for your help. Just trying to figure out what you are showing us.
GH
I agree Realest. As they say where there is smoke there is fire usually. I think without any news this will continue getting pushed up on specualtion. I don't think the momo players are done yet. Especially with the possibility of such a huge RM partner or a potential buyout. I have seen other RM candidates that have a lot worse share structure get bid up into the multiple pennies before any news. PS I am catching up on posts from last night and there are alot of OT posts that are a distraction for new investors looking for info on our new found gem. Hopefully someone can clean the board up a bit to make it easier for newcomers.

I have been reading Ihub for a couple years now and have invested in pinks and OB stocks off and on. I have had my share of success and failures. I have usually been happy just reading other posts but decided I wanted to start adding my 2 cents in. I like Ihub over most boards as there is a real sharing of information and not a lot of junk posts. My comment about flipping related to the huge amount of shares traded Friday compared to the float. It had to be flipped a lot to get to that volume or some shares have been put out there on the market and the documents haven't been filed yet. There can be a 4 day delay on some of these filings. This is my last post today being an Ihub newbie so I will weigh in in the days to come.
GH
Thanks. Yes I plan to grab some profits if the gain holds. I jumped in with cash from a previous sale on a pink so I have to wait a couple days for the trade to settle. I would have prefered to use settled cash to buy this but it looked like it was going to move fast and did. Hopefully we can hold our gains Monday and move up from there. This thing looks like it has been flipped big time and needs new investors to stay afloat until the direction becomes more clear.
Thanks $oldier for your info on this stock. I got in Friday at .002 and plan to see how this turns out. Right now it is a bit of a leap of faith but looks promising. Have you been watching this stock for a few months now? Just curious what created the other spikes last year. Their financials haven't looked all that impressive. I would like to know what triggered the moves.
