I just emailed Sam Berry and the CEO to clarify whether it's QX or QB.
That distinction is important.
As soon as I get a response, I will post it. Sam is the one who generally responds.
Enjoy your weekend.
You mean Monday. It takes affect after tomorrow.
The CEO, Jef Lewis.
The low float after RS is the key!!!
I'm now in ACHV and they're having a RS after tonight with a new price of $12 with a float of 1.8M shares. They have recent drug trial news, so folks are expecting SP to hit $50-$200.
RNVA's float will be 1M shares on Monday. All Seamus has to do is issue PRs and the SP will probably skyrocket. May have a nice run without PRs.
I think you guys are right for picking up as many shares as possible and that's why those .0002s are selling.
After I hit big with ACHV tomorrow, I will buy reup on some RNVA in hopes of a rise up a very steep hill.
The SP is not going back to .0001. It's going the other way.
Seamus know what he doing. The low float is the key!!!
You're right and I'm sure they will be beyond .01
Thought it was to QX too, but that is from the horse's mouth, so to speak.
Rumors are dangerous. That's why I try to post real stuff with names, email addresses and links if I have them.
If executive is truthful then no RS.
They only need to get to .25. If their PRs and buyback are real then .25 shouldn't be so difficult.
Here is response from BBRW Executive, Sam Berry.
RE: Question Regarding BBRW

Sam (sam@brewbilt.com)To:you + 1 more Details
Simba, hope all is well with you and your family during Covid. BBRW is in process of uplisting to the OTCQB as disclosed, and our buyback of shares is in process. The buyback mechanism allows repurchases of BBRW shares in the marketplace. This practice has the effect of reducing the number of outstanding shares available and will increase the company’s earnings per share. These are both administrative functions that will improve things here. I believe that the stock price is relative to being on the PINKS where shorting is prevalent. Further, we reverse-merged into a pre-existing company with debt, and should have simply did an IPO. Our obligation and responsibility to our shareholders (new and pre-existing) is a priority. However, we’ve reduced the inherited debt, and continue to move forward with momentum and the luxury of unlimited craft beer in our refrigerator. Regards, Sam

Boston127, I meant $1M of debt which is being paid through dilution of stock. That's been pushing SP down.
You got the right idea.
I spoke to Dave Donlin of The Cervelle Group. He's the person who wrote the PR from June 30th regarding the stock buyback plan. He couldn't answer my question regarding timeframe of buyback.
He suggested and gave me the emails to Jef Lewis and Sam Berry, so I sent them an email about buyback and assurance of no RS.
Mr. Donlin spoke highly of BBRW and stated that Jef and his team are very aggressive and seem to have a lot goin on. If they can carry out their plans, BBRW should do well in his opinion. He stated that Jef told him OTC actually approached them about helping the company uplist on OTC.
We spoke about current stock price, and Mr. Donlin stated that part of the issue, which he discussed with Jef, was the use of dilution to pay off $1 of debt from acquired company. There's just around 100-200K of debt remaining so dilution should be about over. The buybacks would hopefully start afterwards though Mr. Donlin stated that Jef never gave details about it.
Again, he spoke highly of BBRW though he isn't currently doing work for them but is open to doing more in the future.
Hope this helps. I will update when I get a response back from Jef and/or Sam.
So, you don't see the announced buyback as the way to get the price up?
.25 isn't that much. With all they seemingly have going on is an RS needed?
If they buyback stock to reduce OS, put out some solid PRs, the SP should go up.
True dat!
I meant to say BBRW wants repurchase as many shares as possible for the $1.5M based on the 6/30 PR. I wonder when this buyback will begin and have they gotten any money from sales to fund this yet?
If a buyback is forthcoming, I'm figuring the price will decline a bit further and remain there until the plan commences. They wanna spend as little as possible. I do plan to load up cause the future looks bright based on my DD.
How much cheaper do you expect BBRW shares will get to?
I figured company would want cheaper shares if the plan is to execute a buyback program.
Does anyone know when the buyback will begin?
Also, when does BBRW plan to uplist to OTCQX?
There are a bunch of .0002s selling today.
Something could be up.
This Seamus is tricky slicky!
So you do think this could hit those numbers later this week?
Do we think this will take off later today or tomorrow?
Thanks. This thing should be flying with buyout news.
Are they gonna announce a buyout winner today?
I salute you and Penny unless the two of you actually know Seamus.
Then you lose on a rule violation, lol!
Meant "wouldn't" go thru another RS
I hear you but it's too risky. Easier money to be made elsewhere.
I've been through an RS before and told myself I would go through another one. I was expecting on at least a run to .0010 before the RS. That made sense to me so RNVA could get back to NASDAQ. It still could happen then I guess I'll be jumping back in.
I really hope a run does happen very soon. You guys have been soldiers and should be rewarded.
Yeah, almost all my shares in the crap are gone.
I have less than 1.6M shares left. Nearly 25M .0002s were executed for me today.
I wish everyone here nothing but the best. We were set to make some dough but CEO is a Paul Castellano or Frank Costello type gangster.
I see it. Thank you! This is confusing.
I'm not sure how it pays out especially when this stock typically doesn't pay a dividend.
I'm with Etrade and don't see it.
Please tell me where you see this.
Are you expecting RNVA to have a run after the RS?
Going up this week? Based on what?
How high you think this can go?
That's right. I did read that the company changed and the ticker as well.
Thanks for your response.
I'm looking to pick up 1M+ shares tomorrow. This looks like a good play short-term and long-term.
Why did the SP dive from .30?
This downtrend started in Oct 2019 which was way before Covid.
Your sentiment is based on what?
Yours is the only negative comment I've run across so far.
I would like to get your reasoning as to why BBRW is a bear trap.
SP is on a recent trend reversal after the big spike at the end of May. I see a lot of positive news that looks legit and a CEO who seems to care about shareholders. He even spoke to one who posted on here.
Please give your reasoning.
What caused the great upsurge from May 26-28?
I'm new here and have been doing some DD. This sounds almost too good to be true. A real company with high quality products, university acceptance, great revenue projections and a coming stock buy-back program.
Besides a lack of capital, what other weaknesses does BBRW have?
I'm planning to buy in tomorrow.
Is this the famous OTC website http://www.nextbigticker.com/more-news
I would be happy too,
but how is SP going to get there now? He should've already cancelled RS if he was serious about getting SP to .002 or higher. Friday's PR came a day after the best day RNVA had since 6/12 and 6/15 without a PR behind it.
Man, I would love for SP to start creeping up tomorrow but it appears to be a fantasy at this point.
He would have cancelled RS already unless Friday's PR is a fake-out to get more cheap shares. If PR is indeed a fake-out, it still shows he cares nothing about shareholders and engages in scoundrel-like behavior.
I might be catching up to you a bit.
I called the number for PURA and checked the address listed on the website. No answer or decent voicemail and address is old.
Also, Next Big Ticker is definitely a pump site with mediocre results, at best.
Why doesn't PAOG have a website?
I still think PAOG can have a run, but it does look like a P&D. I currently have a small position at .004 and will be watching very closely.
In your defense, I must say that Next Big Ticker, the site that ran last week's article about PAOG possibly going to .10, appears to be a pump site. ATDS and ALYI, two other stocks featured on their site, have either been stagnant or dropped since being pumped by Next Big Ticker.
The good thing about PAOG is we'll all know very soon whether it goes to pennies and beyond or remains in the sub-penny region.
I did and agree that this upcoming week or two will be fascinating.
To me, it seemed much easier to run SP up now, do RS to get back to NASDAQ then continue with more PRs. RNVA has enough good press and other positives coming. Seamus could have been doing what CEO of TPTW has been doing.
Folks love shorting especially "bad" companies and RNVA will be in the open seas after RS as you stated.
We'll all know shortly though. Unless something amazing happens tomorrow, I'm trying to get my ask executed at .0002. Even if that happens, I'll be tuning in and plan to learn something regardless of what happens.
I know no one can be certain but do you think the SP can reach .10 based on a MC of $100M as last week's article stated.
