What is Everest doing for UAGT?
People seemed excited for the PR of the partnership between the 2. What is the gameplan for Everest to make UAGT a hit on the OTC?

In that case, the Eagle loan is adding about 3.3 million to the OS monthly in addition to the approx 8 million (monthly dilution) we see for the operation expense.
As the SP increases, the op expense dilution will be less impactful to the O/S count.

I did notice someone saying the OTC site updated the share structure with no change. I find that peculiar. Maybe just missed the timing.

I am referring to this steady climb we are seeing now. If we have new notes being converted/diluted beginning next week, it will put some brakes on this movement.
I did say up "until" the results PR.
Positive result PR would certainly blow past any resistance. No doubt about that.

The start of that dilution will put the brakes on this run until results are PRd.

Last week, PsychoNS posted 2 links that might have been the catalyst for that particular rise.
One was the PR of the heart pre clinical trial being initiated and the other was the PR of the aspirations to uplist to bigger exchange by mid 2017.

I am not sure why it dropped though.
I was not invested or aware of ENDV at that time.

Wow. This is the first time i see PR of contract news and the stock did not respond with at least at 10% gain..

Looks like this just became a lot longer play than expected.

Actually, there was a company PR a while ago that stated a sales force and logistics model was put in place to launch the sales of the socks.

VNDM is still showing on L2.
Shouldn't that disappear if dilution is being taken off the table?
I know is higher on the ask but should be gone.

That was weighing on my mind. What's the point of this PR if they are only a couple of weeks to release the dara. Just release it all at once.

The dilution will continue until they generate revenue. It's what is helping to pay their IR people, consultants, and clinical trial expenses.
With higher SP though, they won't need to dilute as many shares.

I think the RS was mentioned as a feeler for the uplist desire. The people have spoken! We want to get there via contracts and sales.

The diluting MMs (VNDM & BMIC) are higher on the ask...allowing this to move this AM.

BMIC is a dilutor like VNDM...sells in 10k blocks like VNDM.

Toxic shares are by MMs VNDM and BMIC. They are at .0199 and .0251.
No toxic shares are being dumped.

On the bright side...at least the increase in O/S will be less this week since the dilution is at higher.price.

Nov 10ish is not what i would consider soon. But then again it is soon to those that may be holding shares here for months/years on end.

They were in Phase 3 when the trials were suspended. Has to be fairly good to make it that far.
