You forgot the word "essentially." They lost their competitive edge. Mixing Ed's patented process with the Seergate platform was a brilliant strategy.
WATCH!

Anyone with doubts should take time to thoroughly read my post and all items on the linked page. Pay close attention to the judges since PS said no judges were involved. You will be impressed.
These are highly coveted awards. If anyone thinks the program designers and judges erred in their award process, contact them with your suggestions for the future. This is a two-year old program.
We are fortunate to have this level of exposure in the Payments sector and IMO this is just the first of many awards :)

I have no need to prove Ed knows how to make money, buy homes, cars, clothes, raise children, feed himself, plan vacations, or request a county clerk send his personal mail to his home, home office, or business office.
I also have no need to prove that clerks make spelling errors.
I disagree with everything you wrote. I've been around long enough to know the game.
This former Notary Public concurs :)
Ed did not purchase a home under corporate name.
I hope that someday soon everyone can move on from Ed's personal business and focus on the company that is correctly spelled MyECheck, the one that offices out of Folsom, CA.
When I was a Notary Public in the State of California, it was my duty to write the name of the person whose signature I affirmed. Holly did not write Eric Nelson's name.
I took my job very seriously. I checked ID cards and matched signatures. I did not hand over responsibility for filling out the blanks in the paragraph I used to validate information.
No lies occurred. Purchaser of license 2013/2014 decided that technically they couldn't or didn't want to undertake implementation of product. At the time of PR, that company paid license fee. Once above decision was made, Ed announced the accounting adjustment to revenue would be reflected in Q2 financials.
I also started my position in .04 pps range. I watched it go to .08. Then like every other pink stock at the time, it was sold off for quick profit by traders, which caused the price to drop. I have never complained. I averaged down to where I can sell for profit as needed, if needed. I plan to cover all costs then go very long onto NASDAQ where even small lots will yield big rewards.
Without significant revenue, no pink runs high and stays high. This stock has been played as long as I've been in it. Flippers will flip, shorts will short, longs will endure.
We are on the cusp of watching Ed and team's years of hard work pay off. There is no better time to get in and go long.
SEC approved Form 10 registration of shares.
PR announcing lucrative business relationship with Africa bank can be issued anytime between now and early November.
OTC Markets will announce the company will trade on OTCQB within two weeks. Coupled with higher trade tier, and rising pps, we will begin to see institutional money buying in.
Ed has integrity. None of the efforts to portray him and his team otherwise are accurate.
42.3% shorted today! Thanks PUMA and friends for the cheapies!
Ed receives mail at MyECheck office. Par for the course for busy CEOs.
No law against it. It's just a rumor that has taken on a life of its own simply because of a misspelled word.
www.mycheck.io is a real company started in Israel.
It's being shorted. Probably stop loss orders are being triggered, too.
Great time to buy!
Yep! Here are my comments:
It is so shocking to me that a CEO has his mail sent to his office!
Oh, and that a government record contains a misspelled word!
Oh, and at the same time PUMA wants to offer shares to sell short!
NOT!!!
Going back up!
There is NO MyCheck company registered with the California Secretary of State. Therefore, it is not the same company because it doesn't exist. Get it???
Here is the one and only MyCheck company in the world. The real company--not a misspelling by a County worker.
http://www.mycheck.io/
There is NO property titled MyCheck Inc registered in the State of California.
Proves nothing other than a typo.
Using your local government link, please key in MyECheck with the E.
You will see the same return. This indicates a consolidated record.
What I asked for is a link within the State of California business registry. This is done through the Secretary of State. I found nothing. A fictitious name certificate requires a mail in request. If you did not use this process to validate your claims, they are officially
GARBAGE
Please post links that support all of the claims regarding theories that Mycheck (no E) has been registered as a fictitious name, LLC, or Inc. in the State of California.
Delays were not unreasonable and Scottsdale was not harmed.
Company should appeal.
Many courts allow long delays especially when Defense can't prove harm.
Considering Scottsdale filed a false statement in their Motion to Dismiss, has a history of fraudulent activity, and didn't honor the company's request to return shares, I say many opportunities to ensure a stronger suit were missed.
Still, the Judge erred.
The shares were sold into the market. Read the Order.
One known positive outcome of the case is the integrity of Seven Mile Securities. It's another example of why the judge acted too soon.
You can choose any keywords you want! I like the ones I chose.
Too bad charges of fraudulent behavior are not accompanied by criminal case searches by the court.
Bad hair day for the judge, IMO.
Ummm really? A CEO says "Hey, take these shares we didn't approve through a Resolution and sell them for your benefit."
I don't think so...
Need to see if appeal is filed first.
I can see a share buyback while OTC. Millions in revenue will flow moving forward.
The only R/S I envision is one that moves it to NASDAQ where it will really fly. I'm cool with that :)
SEC approved Form 10.
Of course the share structure will be reduced. There are several methods available to the CEO. Let's not assume anything.
He can always appeal the judges decision, too.
The SEC doesn't reveal investigative data to shareholders.
Ed lives in Tahoe Penny. Can you prove the unrelated business MyCheck (without the E) purchased Ed's home in Tahoe?
http://www.craigzager.com/testimonials/edward-starrs/
The address Ed used in his OTCQB application is not found in the link Penny provided.
Search on:
Edward
1743
Terracina
No results!
This link verifies Mr. Starrs does not own a home purchased by his company MyECheck.
Simply use Control F to search on these terms:
Edward
MyECheck
There is no return. Remember to include the "E" when typing the company name to avoid confusion with the unrelated business known as MyCheck (no E).
Please provide a link that substantiates your belief that MyCheck, the business that designed a restaurant checkout app, is related to Ed Starrs. Then someone can verify directly with the company and put this issue to rest.
If you cannot, we need to remove postings focusing on MyCheck, the business in Israel that designed a restaurant checkout app.
Thanks!
I don't understand your message. I am invested in MyECheck.

The business license of an unrelated organization is irrelevant. The point is this board is for MyECheck.
