New Investors will learn about PVSP
We are going to see a huge wave of NEW investors that will be impressed with PVSP improving fundamentals and revenue growth along with impressive profit growth.
Our debt restructuring efforts of the past few years to eliminate $14.2 million in debt will make our balance sheet look impressive to NEW investors.
We don't need or want these day traders that add nothing to the company or the stock.
NEW investors that have never heard of PVSP will soon learn about this gem and the stock price is going to soar.
Nothing for sale to day
Today shows just how thin the real trading is on this stock, people simple don't want to sell share, other than a couple of swing traders, that are in and out a the flip of a hat.
This insane price is the work of MM clients that are shorting the stock to death and covering with the CD shares which may finally be over and only time will tell. CD holders have probably been shorting the stock from 3 or 4 cents all the way down here as a Hedge position knowing that they will be receiving shares that can be used to cover later.
Agreements not to short, are a joke with millions of ways around those clauses and everyone knows it.

Yahoo buys video app Qwiki
Yahoo has bought Qwiki, an app for creating videos on iPhones, as part of its push into the mobile market.
Yahoo has bought another start up, its third since May, as part of its push into the mobile market.
By Olivia Goldhill, and agencies10:11AM BST 03 Jul 2013Comment
The app, which allows Apple iPhone users to turn photos, music and videos into slideshow videos, is the latest in a series of purchases for Yahoo.
Yahoo did not reveal how much they paid for Qwiki, but sources cited by technology blog AllThingsD said the app cost between $40m and $50m.
Yahoo has focused on expanding its mobile software since Marissa Mayer was hired as CEO a year ago. In total, Yahoo has acquired 15 companies since Mayer was hired, including three since May, when it bought blogging service Tumblr for $1.1billion.
Earlier this week, Yahoo acquired Bignoggins Productions, a mobile app for managing fantasy sports teams on iPhones.

Other purchases include social recommendation start up Jybe and news summary app Summly, which was built by a UK teenager. Yahoo also redesigned its photo sharing app, Flikr, in May to offer users more storage for free.
iphone & Android Top Up Cards coming to RETAIL STORES
“We fully expect iPhone users will experience the high quality levels that we have achieved with our Android app, which is highly ranked in the both the Google Play Store and Samsung App Store,” continued Richards.
“We have also enabled both our Android and iPhone apps to be ‘topped up’ – using our newly launched VoX mobile calling cards. We intend to release both iPhone and Android specific top up cards in the coming weeks to the retail stores.”

VoX Mobile VoIP App Submitted to Apple For Final Approval and Inclusion Into iTunes
By Josh Robert Nay on July 1, 2013 | iPad iPhone News Vox | 1
Don't miss an article! Follow TruTower:
It was only recently that Vox’s mobile VoIP app‘s parent company Pervasip Corporation launched prepaid cards for international calls and now the company has submitted the iOS version of their app to iTunes as has been hinted by recent Facebook photos the company has been posting on their official page.
The VoX application allows users to connect to one another via both voice and video calls and recently surpassed 160,000 downloads with “almost no marketing.” This release means iOS users will be able to connect to Android users using VoX free of charge, as is the case with most VoIP apps while taking advantage of the aforementioned international calling cards.
The app is also scheduled for a Windows Phone and BlackBerry 10 release at the end of this year or the beginning of next year from what the company has told us. Judging by the growth in the Windows Phone platform and the shrinking BlackBerry platform as of late, we can almost assume the company will opt to release the WP version first.
We can expect the iOS app to show up in iTunes within the next few days if all goes well with the approval process.

VoX Sends Its iPhone Mobile Video and VoIP App to Apple Store for Approval
The VoX Mobile Video and Voice App Bridges the Gap Between Apple's Facebook and Android, Allowing Cross Platform Video Interoperability
WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 01, 2013--
Pervasip Corp.'s (OTCQB: PVSP) wholly-owned subsidiary, Vox Communications, a cloud-based voice and video communications solutions, apps and services provider, has submitted its highly anticipated mobile VoIP and video calling application to Apple to be included in the Apple iTunes digital store.
VoX's Chief Information Officer, Mark Richards, noted, "We are very excited to submit our iPhone app to be placed into Apple's iTunes store. We have taken the time to develop what we think is the leading, most functional mobile voice and video application in the store. We like the advantage that our app brings in that even though Facetime is a great application, you are unable to place a video call to a person who is running the world's most popular operating system, Google's Android. With the VoX App, you can call video to video in a cross platform environment, you do not need to know if the other person has an iPhone or an Android phone. We believe this component gives our app a distinct advantage. We hope to have approval from Apple within the next week so that it will be it available in the iTunes digital store to approximately 500 million global subscribers."
Similar to the Android App, when the iPhone app is approved, a user will be able to subscribe entirely on an iPhone or iPad and choose a U.S. phone number without leaving the interface, which makes the sign up process more elegant than many competitors. The mobile VoIP paid plans are a low cost of entry for a high quality and reliable mobile VoIP service offering. New subscribers will be allowed to download the app for a free 60 minute trial and make calls to any country on the unlimited calling list, or sign up for the "Pay And Go" plan for as little as one dollar, literally a "pay as you go" plan with no monthly subscription fees.
"We fully expect iPhone users will experience the high quality levels that we have achieved with our Android app, which is highly ranked in the both the Google Play Store and Samsung App Store," continued Richards. "We have also enabled both our Android and iPhone apps to be 'topped up' -- using our newly launched VoX mobile calling cards. We intend to release both iPhone and Android specific top up cards in the coming weeks to the retail stores."

Nice Buy Mulaa
I thought that was you as you said you had funds clearing to day.
My only point was that I don't believe that MM have the shares and that your trade they had to short the 800,000 to take the trade.
The double counting is related to the lack of electronic clear and pairing of trades this is all being done manually by dealer brokers and the manipulators can have a ball with this and they have been.
Increasing Revenue and Profits will take care of all this back ground noise and investors will see the opportunity that this growing company presents and the stock will price accordingly.
Double Count 800k
For those that don't believe that Double Counting is going on, the 800,000 on the BID at .0027.
10 sec later the 800,000 post again at .0026 which was the other side of the trade, and the tape shows 1.6 million traded, which is technically true because that is how it works trading directly with MM.
Now the MM that just ended up with the 800k has dropped the ASK to .0027 now and while only showing 10k for sale, most likely has the whole 800k behind what he is showing.
The same shares are getting churned again & again and the tape looks like a lot of volume going through and people wonder who is selling all those shares?
Notice how difficult it is to BUY shares
Notice how difficult it is to Buy shares on the BID for real people. Yet it looks very easy when you are a MM and you see up to 5 million on the BID get immediately take out and you wonder who is selling at those low prices and in the exact quantity that is on the BID.
Well it is because those are prearranged transactions that are know to the MM prior to the BID being posted and IMO it is the result of the CD conversion shares that are being liquidated. Same amount such as the 5 million will be posted a second time by MM as they take them out of their inventory and it looks like 10m just traded, all just smoke and mirrors.
Real BUYs on the BID can sit for hours on end and never get a transaction done. We have nearly a million on the BID now at .0027 and there are zero sellers for the past 30 min and no trades since the open.
Bottom line, forget the day trading, swing trading mentality it does not work, never did and never will. The theory exist and is promoted by internet trading sites, also known as message boards to convince people that they can get rich trading stocks, which is a complete joke and simply cannot be done.
iphone app alone 200% Revenue Growth
Wake up, some people just want to swing trade this stock as they have been doing for the past 2 years and those days are about over as the revenue and profit picture with be driving share price, not CD conversions and swing trading.
Looking for a minimum of 100 to 200% revenue gain over the next 12 months just from iphone, iPad, and itouch devices. That would give us annual revenue of well over $2 to $3 million minimum and the Calling Card business could add another $400 to 600k in revenue easily.
Solid increasing quarterly revenue with 55% plus margins will quickly take this company profitable and that means we can finally get real financing and accelerate revenue growth with a significant advertising budget domestically and internationally. I expect margins to increase as customer base grows and come more in line with our competitors which have gross margins in the 70% range.
This is a wonderful business sector to compete in with BILLIONS upon BILLIONS of dollars up for grabs not just in this country but around the world. We really have a terrific product mix with the Android Mobile App for Billions of Android Devices and now with the approval of the iphone Mobile App, Billions of more devices can use our service.
Remember we are a telecommunication company, the Mobile Apps are all solutions to get customers onto our network which is when we get paid, power to the cloud and the VoXster!
2013 is the year of the VoXster
Just hope they can hold the price down here awhile
HOT make sure you have your crew pulling out all the stops I really do need more shares and if you can help, then bless you, but I really don't think it matters what you post, but who knows every little bit could help right?
Need 15 million more over the next few months but I really don't believe there is any way that the price can stay down here that long but if it does, then wonderful, splendid.

They included the Web-RTC codec
That is the beauty of the new ISO app, they took a little extra time to do it right the first time and shareholders will be very glade they did come this fall when Web-RTC hits the street.
Great job Mark and Paul, shareholders appreciate all your teams hard work on this important product development.
Arthur you have to get with the program son, looking in the rear view mirror just is not going to help you much.
.0029 GREEN, trolls are too funny
Notice yesterday last 1/2 hour the Bid moved to .003 and the ASK to .0033 the stock never traded, and closed at .0029
No way it will take a month, ZERO
We could get approval in as little as one day, but most likely one week like the company said. They have been in contact with Apple many times to make sure the approval process goes smoothly and there are no mistakes that waste time.
Next Monday is a very strong possibility for the launch and I for one am very excited to get the app as are others. Traditional cell phone reception sucks for many people across the country particularly at home or in a building.
The VoX Mobile app solves that big problem by operating over the data side and with the LTE system that is super fast tons of people will buy a second number and be able to get clear calling and video calling anywhere using WiFi, 3G, 4G and the new LTE network.
20 dumps of 10k shares for $24 each
How pathetic is that, really. Someone needs to attempt to manipulate the price by dumping $24 trades to the BID, and for what? Trying to get a better price?
Has zero impact on future of company so let them waste their money on commissions.
"Today we take a leap forward for our shareholders."

That's it, $8k worth dumped?
Come on what kind of pathetic sell off on the news is this?
$8k bucks, 4m shares out of over 600m get dumped?
Traders are looking really bad on this one, and our friendly manipulator with 20 dumps for 10k at around .0025, for around $25 bucks for each trade plus a commission of $9 bucks or so.
One week to Launch after Holiday Week
Good deal to get a second press release on the approval and launch next week after the long 4 July holiday weekend which for many is a week on vacation.
Really like the cross platform video will be important with Web-RTC that will be here end of year.

It only gets better from here out
We finally have the product mix to build our revenue base going forward. The Android App along with the new Apple App for iphone iPad, and touch devices will really help accelerator revenue and profits, as will the new Calling Cards for International and Domestic calling.
With the three product lines launched we are going to see some nice revenue increases every quarter going forward. Easily we will see 30 to 50% increases in revenue and that will get peoples attention and as we gain more revenue we can spend more on ADVERTISING which will generate even more revenue and on and on!
Through in a few major telco deals using white label and we could see some real strong revenue numbers in our future.
One of our competitors that was trading for less than .60 is now over $8 and I still have all 50,000 shares that I bought when others were screaming the company was going out of business. They are averaging nearly $20 million a quarter now and going strong.
Never liked owning more shares than the CEO
So glad that our CEO & CIO have increased their stake in the company buying another 25m shares and 20 million.
Paul had 15,576,833 plus the warrants for 25m, so he controls over 40m shares
Mark had 6,224,333 plus the warrants for 20m, so he has 26m plus
I feel better now that they have more shares than I do, with 40m and 26m but I plan on gaining on them over the next few months. These guys should have big position if they believe in the company as we shareholders do.
Start of Qtr after Qtr Positive Revenue Growth
Really going to be great to see quarter after quarter of positive revenue growth and eventually positive cash flow will happen very quickly.
Great revenue stream with mobile devices in Android phones and tablets, iPhone, iPads, and itouch, International and Domestic Calling Cards, and next Web-RTC, good grief everyone of these sectors are multi BILLION dollar markets and we will be competing with the best Mobile VoIP product out there.
The days of declining share prices are over, and traders are not going to be able to play the swings as this thing will be going straight up as the revenue and profit picture improve dramatically the remainder of 2013 and especially 2014 & 2015
Looking for 100,000 downloads first month!!
Recent article indicated that Apple Apps earn over 70% of the Billions of dollars from downloads. Android was not even close in generating revenue, Apple is the money maker for App developers.
Android is doing great with selling their cheaper devices but the people that buy them instead of an iphone of ipad usually do so because they are cheaper. Apple people never buy Apple products because they are cheaper, they are not, they are simpler better and people are willing to pay more for better.
I know at least 40 people that will be downloading the App Monday if it is available and buying the service at the same time.
Web-RTC is up Next Browser Based RTC
Big moves are in store in the fall for Web-RTC and they guys have already done the heavy lifting on the Apple Mobile App incorporating much of the Google codec for Web-RTC, so we are staying ahead of the game. Great Job VoX Team, the delay in getting the Apple ISO Mobile App completed was worth doing it RIGHT the first time.
2013 and 2014 will be HUGE for the VoX!!
Apple 1 is up on Facebook!!
Yep only one day, means Monday look for news
19,930 Likes - 5344 Talking About This
We saw the crazy growth in the number of likes to nearly 20,000 now but the number of Talking About This, has increased just as dramatically!
The word is spreading on the social media and more and more will know the power of the cloud and the VoX.
It could mean the collapse of the free world!
Oh for the love of humanity, a world calamity of biblical proportion, the end of the free world as we know it, the sun will never shine again if the VoX mobile app countdown was for the development of the App and still has to be submitted to Apple for approval that could take a few days to a week normally.
Investors will be leaping from tall building, riots in the street, global famines as farmers leave their tractors to protest in the streets, rail system will shut down, FAA will cancel all flights.
But our little ihub comrades that have as much as $2g invested in some cases could be the most upset which I think would be great, such foolishness is par for the course, and they call this investing.

VoIP margins amazing approach 70%
"There's plenty of room for highly profitably providers in the digital voice space."
The VoIP digital voice market is extremely profitable for many companies competing in the sector with some having gross margins as high as 70%. VoX reported margins in the 55% range which is actually lower than many competitors and probably has to do with the lack of scale and lower prices we offer today and will be much higher as they bring on more customers.
8 X 8 gross margins 68 to 71%
Vonage gross margins 69%
Cbeyond gross margins 68%
MagicJack gross margins 64%
More importantly, 8x8 also expanded gross margins from 68.3%, to 70.6% -- a strong quarter-over-quarter increase that shows pricing power.
Now, 8x8 is not the only digital voice service specialist to play in this rarefied gross margin air. Vonage (NYSE: VG ) scores a generous 69% gross margin, Cbeyond (NASDAQ: CBEY ) lands at 68, and magicJack VocalTec (NASDAQ: CALL ) comes in at a still-sizable 64%. There's plenty of room for highly profitably providers in the digital voice space.

What difference does the price make?
Why do you care what the price will be or won't be with the release of ISO?
Does a higher price make you feel better or something? Seriously I don't get why some here are constantly worrying about what the price will be next week or next month.
This is a multi YEAR play of a company with very little revenue but a great opportunity to grow into a mega player in a very exciting and profitable mobile telecom sector, but they are NOT going to do it next week, or the week after that for that matter.
Unless you are a day trader the current price is irrelevant really, it has no bearing on the future of the company or the ultimate value of ones holding.
My only concern for the current price is I will be able to continue adding shares down at these levels and when the price does move higher I will no longer be adding, others that are late to the party can do the buying at higher levels, I will enjoy the ride at that point.
Focus on the fundamentals and stop with the foolish speculation on price with each bit of news.
