That is an understatement. People will be pissed if they miss the deadline(it will be out of principle) Management said it will be completed not anyone else.

Hello NIOBF community! It's great to be around mostly positive people on this board. It is nice knowing that management is headed in the right direction. If someone had to guess would you say we will be bought out before the mine is built? And if so at what share price do you believe? I personally hope they don't sell early and we become the next big "Molycorp" minus the bankruptcy. Can you imagine if NIOBF reached $77 bucks a share??? Oh its nice to dream big.
