Hahahah the most interesting man in the world...
I´m not an expert...but...is it really publication date what matters?
Publication number WO2012054436 A1
Publication type Application
Application number PCT/US2011/056647
Publication date Apr 26, 2012
Filing date Oct 18, 2011
Priority date Oct 18, 2010
Looking forward for first earnings call...we shoul have announcement during April.
Idea from Tim Young (per previous filings) is to license the technology out...but i don´t think we can´t take the buying out option out of the table.
Thanks for the detailed explanation Alex.
I´m going to run my own numbers too....as I also think this company will go to double digits soon...regardless of the cell...which only concerns me in the credibility sense (when a company keeps saying it will be done in 204, then in 2015, then...well...then we don´t know).
Alex,
Sorry...I believe you already posted that...
Your strategy is to transition your regular shares into warrants? or keep it 50-50?
I´m thinking what to do...if I go a lot with warrants....later on you may need a lot of cash to convert them at some given point.
So you still think everything is connected? Fudan, FLUOR, McFarland and Queensland, IOWA, UCSB?
We are only missing the Russians there...
where are you getting those %´s from blekko?
Only 1 year? Are you sure?
What do you think about SLTD´s inability to produce the 3D cell yet? It was mentioned it would come in 2014...after 2015....now the focus is on the installation business.
I still don´t know what the plans for HyperSolar are....i´m still holding....but waiting to see developments and results in 2015.
In the case of SLTD...what really brought the stock down was the public offering (dilution). With reverse split...SLTD hit 8.88 (if I´m not mistaken).
I really believe HYSR needs to show progress...somehow. I honestly don´t know where they are right now. It´s been 5 months since University of IOWA joined and no one single piece of news.
Did you see this blekko?
http://reneweconomy.com.au/2015/australias-first-hydrogen-car-launched-with-solar-refueller-63637
Hydrogen + SOLAR + AUSTRALIA....forget the Russians!!!!!!
AAAhhhh I forgot...I see no McFarland or HyperSolar there. JS
http://www.sefca.com.au/refueller (interesting...)
Some us were not expecting a big raise on PPS today. The reason was because there was nothing new in the 10K...more a confirmation of what we already knew.
To me...whatever happens from now on...it is a new fresh start with new investors and new interest.
JN has executed two acquisitions succesfully so far....now his strategy is clear and they have the money. It´s really a no brainer for me. I will just hold and try to load more if it drops.
Good luck to all.
Got it...
Thanks to both!
Does it mean that if you shouldn´t pay more than 1.37 for SLTD warrants?
Sorry...I´m not very familiar with this...
I get how you get to 1.37...but how do you use that number?
To the mooooon.....with stop in Moscow!!!! Don´t forget...
We have some business to do there first. We need to find who is bringing this stock down...$#%#$%$&&%$%(//(!!!!!
Classic!
These Russians playing games with our little HYSR....no bueno!
No worries Cid...we are going to the moooooon soon! LOL
An accumulated deficit does not necessarily mean a company is in financial trouble. There are some cases in which a business might have an accumulated deficit and still have a strong financial future. For example, a young, small business that has yet to generate a profit could show an accumulated deficit on its balance sheet because of start-up costs but might be rapidly acquiring new customers and increasing its revenue. One period of profit could turn its accumulated deficit into positive retained earnings.
The Russians probably...LOL
HYSR is down because still has to prove something. People get tired of we will, we may, we believe...so progress and PPS will react accordingly (like it used to do last year...).
That´s my opinion.
Did you miss it? $5.50 was there today.
If greed was stronger than your plan...well you know...no right to complaint and say how bad JN´s execution is.
hahha last week you should....this week you shouldn´t. Talk about having a plan blekko...
i kept adding to my position in SLTD since going into Nasdaq. I even bought warrants yesterday (which i believe are very attractive for long term).
who will be driving who soon enough?????
speculation: the forming of a theory or conjecture without firm evidence
Good job by Dow Jones Newswires....title of the PR...on Etrade Portfolio News.
Solar3D Inc 2014 Adjusted Ebitda $1 Million >SLTD

Solar3D Reports Full Year 2014 Financial Results
Company Reports $20.2 M in Sales Driven by Acquisition Growth
SANTA BARBARA, CA--(Marketwired - March 31, 2015) - Solar3D, Inc. (NASDAQ: SLTD), a provider of solar power solutions, today reported financial results for the year ended December 31, 2014.
Thanks for clarifying one more time.
This is my concern...how many times did you explain that? And still people ask what is going on?
People may get also scared about that huge loss...even though it wasn´t operational or cash related.
Hopefully investors understand the situation the company is in right now....I don´t expect huge gains though (I hope i´m wrong) since we all knew what the results were going to be (nothing new today).
Q1 results or new acquisition may be a different story.
Either way...good luck to all.
Me personally, I´m not leaving the boat! I fell in love with the warrants!!!! LOL
My last post of the day!!

I´m gonna have to start lighting the devil´s lettuce if earnings don´t come out soon! Having a heart attack here...
(And I don´t smoke...)
when?
how do you know?
I like the fact that you can have the chance to trade it back...or exercise it. It gives you more power (obviously if the stock goes up...).
That order of 200 @ $3.00 is mine. i just wanted to get in with small amount since the spread is pretty big.
Now wait...I´m not in a hurry.
Thanks Alex and Moon...much appreciated!
That is my understanding too.
that´s why Moon said...in order to convert them...you need to be sure the price of the stock is bigger than the $4.15 + what you paid for the warrant.
Very interesting.
Thanks to both for the responses!
I will be adding some slowly...I really think is worth it.
Wow...this is new to me.
Couple questions.
- So you need to exchange shares? or just buy the new SLTWW ticker?
- Can i place a regular order or do i need to call a broker?
- You said this is no units...so you are just buying the warrant at a discounted price right now? I´m confused...
How did you do it?
Did you call your broker?
I have TDA.
There has to be!
Not filing on time would be a pretty big mistake. Definitely not the way you want to start catching investor´s attention.
I think there are too many things going on right now....Fed, oil, US economy, Europe, Greece, etc....
I´m not an expert...but too many bigger things going on.
I assume end of the year with Mirai starting to sell will create some buzz around Hydrogen.
Wow...too much energy to start the morning.
I hope they really start releasing progress updates. More patents, more universities, more researchers....it´s all good...but in order to bring PPS up we need some progress.
If Tim Young can pull this off...it will be memorable.
Remember what Tim Young replied to my email in regards to DOE biomass conversion funding...I emailed him on March 3rd.
Thanks Jose. We have been discussing this opportunity. Take care.
Tim
PR OUT!!!
Well....it´s Tuesday in East Coast...
Too predictable!
HyperSolar Appoints Dr. Yat Li as Scientific Advisor
University of California, Santa Cruz professor brings extensive hydrogen fuel production experience
SANTA BARBARA, CA – March 31, 2015 - HyperSolar, Inc. (HYSR), the developer of a breakthrough technology to produce renewable hydrogen using sunlight and any source of water, announced today that it has appointed Dr. Yat Li, an Associate Professor of Chemistry with University of California, Santa Cruz (UCSC), as Scientific Advisor to the Company.
As Associate Professor of Chemistry, Dr. Li plays a prominent role in the physical and biological sciences division within the Chemistry and Biochemistry Department. He received his Bachelor’s of Science degree and PhD from the University of Hong Kong, and completed his Postdoctoral Fellowship at Harvard University. In 2009, he received the National Science Foundation Career Award.
Dr. Li has significant experience in exploring and developing hydrogen fuel producing technologies. In 2009, Dr. Li and other researches from UCSC began developing a concept that created hydrogen fuel by exposing treated wastewater to sunlight. In collaboration with colleagues, Dr. Li has published numerous papers on the subject, including “Solar-driven microbial photoelectrochemical cells with a nanowire photocathode,” and “Self-Biased Solar-Microbial Device for Sustainable Hydrogen Generation.”
“We are excited to welcome Dr. Li to our team, and expect him to have an immediate impact in strengthening our research and development activities,” said Tim Young, CEO of HyperSolar. “His experience in developing a hydrogen fuel producing model using only sunlight and wastewater draws many parallels to what we are seeking to do at HyperSolar. We are confident that his addition will positively complement our activities at UCSB and University of Iowa, and bring us one step closer to reaching our goals.”
HyperSolar’s technology is based on the concept of developing a low-cost, submersible hydrogen production particle that can split water molecules using sunlight without any other external systems or resources – acting as artificial photosynthesis. A video of an early proof-of-concept prototype can be viewed at http://hypersolar.com/application.php.
