Beeing disappionted about the market is understandable. Trying to play the "I know how to do" is not.

You have obviusly never been involved in business. Things change and never goes like you have planned or hoped. You have to accept reality and keep your plan up to date as reality changes.
Your opinion is childish, but maybe only natural if you never been in business.
I respect criticsm if it it well founded. I despice people writing about things they do not have a clue about.
Ok, so you know better than the team doing this? What makes you think that?

Are you you among the ones that know perfectly how to run SIAF and also expert of listing in Stockholm?
Start your own company !
Stolpen
You are a trader as I understand from what you write. This is maybe not the right company for you.
If you are upset, sell. If you want to make money, buy. Why do you think Penser consider to wait listing?
I talk to Nisse and we agree totally about doing what is best for the company and the shareholders. This do not correspond at all to what shortsighted traders like.
Lower pps under low volume. Something is really wrong here. I must admit that I do not have a clue.
As long as you get paid, it is earnings.
If you get paid for something that the company do, it should be in the eps.
What you do, do not have effect on cashflow. If you sell a cow, or if you get paid for consulting.
Swede.
You miss the point.
Swede, that was not quite the question!
I think we all know that!
I want Andrew to explain his exotic theory.
Sorry Andrew, you must explain that. That the company is in need of cash, that is clear. But I do not understand that it is because of this type of income.
Never heard of that you should exclude a normal part of what the the company does. They will have this type of income for years to come. How does it affect cashflow in your opinion?
Can you tell us a bit more about your new way of estimating revenues?
IMO the most important is that Solomon deliver, now with proof in the official annual report.
We know that we have shares in a company that makes profit Q after Q.
Sooner or later the market will understand and start buying.
I can not see whats funny?
I guess they work as fast as they can. They will publish as soon as possible. No reason not to! Why speculate about this?
Thank you RD, I think we all will benefit from you not communicating with the company at all.
I think it was what S told us and I hope it will be that way.
Until proven wrong.
68c I think the number was.
OK, that explain a lot.
The majority of the swedish investors have never heard of Siaf. Sandbergs group is a few isolated individuals.
No pump is needed, only information and publicity.
As earlier stated, Europe is closed today.
Volume traded in US, I guess, is very low in this stock.
OK, I do not think that Solomon will give up his promises about divis. I think it would be better to keep all the money in the company, but that is personal.
Emilez, be careful using the word "eventually" as it does not have the same meaning as "eventuellt" in Swedish!
BR
You are right, everyone using internetbanking can do business.
Today most Swedes can not buy or sell.
If the alert has effect and new buyers show up, they will have to buy from other US-citizens.
Is it the terms upstream/downstream you ask about?
RD, if we think this is realistic figures, and I can not say that they are not, we really should buy more shares!
Imagine that 100.000 shares at todays cost, 50.000 usd in four
years can be worth 5-6.000.000 usd!
To good to be true?
Maybe, but even 10% of this is great!
Emilez
? Have you made calculations and ended up with 1c , or?
FYI
Market in Sweden closed tomorrow.
"That said, the "next offering" after the initial 180 days could see shares increased and PPS lowered."
Where do you find this about "next offering"?
Viking
Divi is 8% of company profit.
But I calculate in my example with earnings of 70-80c ps.
Given 130 m shares.
Imagine that Penser has someone that wants to invest quite big in SIAF. Lets say they want over 15% of the company. With this intention they can get all the info they want, and Solomon will stop dilute!
Thats 16,5 million shares.
They can either buy the shares over the market, with no funds ending up in the company. Price? Any guess?
Or, they put all their money in the company and get new shares.
They need then maybe 20 million new shares. Lets say they pay
2 dollars. 40 million usd.
What will then happend to the share price?
P/E 2, or maybe 5?
They will get lets say 8% of result 2013 in divi, hmm, can it be
5 maybe 6 c? 2,5 - 3% cash back in 2013, the double in 2014?
Can we please try to think out of the box instead of finding if Solomon lied in 2011? Can you see beyond that financing has been done by issuing shares?
Do you think Solomon has a goal other than issue new shares?
TF
You keep looking if you can find a few "lies" from Solomon.
I think the market will look for other things, like company performance.
The day Solomon will strictly keep what you think is "not lying" and stop building a company that will make shareholders rich, I will sell all my shares.
But that is me!
Thank you TF.
Fair. You think of SIAF as a lottery, that makes me understand more about what you write.
TF
You have absolutely no idea of what NS has done or not done!
Why all this whining all the time when you have no clue?
Everybody in and around a company is an idiot only because the share price do not go up in short term?
China is China, I agree! But if you still think that Solomon wants to pull off a master fraud, the share is worth nothing and you shuold not buy at all.
The reason to stay in is that the share probably is the best "get rich quick" opportunity that you can find!
You say that a fair share price is far over what we pay today!
Absolutely not risk free!
Thanx for your answer!
The terms I gave you was that dilution was to stop, and it will.
As to failing, I think that Solomon has showed that he could build the company even quicker than we thought possible!
I think that you miss the target when you keep concentrating on dilution instead of what is built here.
Look forward, imagine what will and can happend when things settle down and the result skyrocket.
My only concern was a possible fraud, but I have ruled that out....
