I would like to know how the "squeeze" ever ends if there are 1 billion short as the company thinks and only 900 million authorized???....it seems to me that the little guys like us always get hosed and this squeeze may never happen. I sincerely hope I'm wrong.

To increase revenue, Mike. We most likely have a deal similar to viacom/spng. We will probably get 10% on each pen sold under the spngtech name. Also, it is a totally green product which fits into the Spongetech brand. Like it or not, we are becoming a marketing powerhouse and this deal is evidence of that.

This stain remover pen fits into the household products category and that's why spng did it. This will not happen on many products just a select few that management feels is good enough to have the spongetech name attached.

You know we're getting out there when other companies want our name attached to it.

This product is green, household cleaning product that works extremely well as per management; thus the reason spng is letting them use the name. This product does not have any kind of spongetech technology associated with it.

I was wondering if the company were to sell 50 million shares into the float @.12 cents giving them 6 million to work with. Would it be legal for them to use approximately 5 million to buy back all of the rme shares and use the other 1 million for corporate purposes. By doing this we would have the outstanding down to 722-460+50=312 million outstanding. If anyone sees anything wrong with my math, please correct me.

I really don't understand why management wouldn't do this. We could knock off 430 million shares in one day <vbg>.
