Absent a transcript of conversations or correspondence between ZVTk and retailers there's no way to know one way or another. So I guess Engle was comfortable articulating it in the broadcast which isn't subject to the more rigorous standards they've imposed on themselves in their press releases thus far. My opinion.
"The only work being done is the typing of the Feb report. ZVTK is not busy creating more products or talking to retailers as most would wish."
How do you come by that assertion or is it just your opinion?
Hey, if limited awareness and sweeping generalizations work for you I stand corrected!
IF we begin to see substantive press releases that address order volumes and announce more & wider infomercial airings, or the signing of retail agreements, then we might be able to infer those as the result of new management input.
Based upon what other than your/our hopes?
You predicted two out of 3 possible scenarios with no evidence for either, or why # 3 isn't just as likely to happen.
What board are you looking at?! We're bleeding red....again.
Until you get it see if this summary works for you:

This post was probaly too deeply buried for you to find it
It's a factual summary and everything else you'll read about the broadcast is subjective and speculative, IMO!

"Two good key points, In the past two weeks, many distributors worldwide have contacted the company about purchasing the bulb. Japan, UK, Brazil, Hungary, and others.
Plans for the future are to catch the attention of major retail outlets(as mentioned) CVS, Target, Bed BAth and Beyond, and Walmart.
Great news!"
What's disappointing?
Someone suggested that I call and ask him if the TA is gagged, which I think we've already established on this board, and that a 'yes' or 'no comment' is bad news for all of us......dilution.
Was he also noncommital about the press release you suggested at the end of your post, or did you mention that to him?
Just saying that it is old enough news to be factored into the share price.

Yeah, back in Oct.
Great, some revised charts no doubt. I'm pretty sure he didn't call this blood letting.
Really? What if they shorted around .0065 today?
Thanks Several poster over at StockGoodies are calling for a "bounce" as well. Looking at the same charts?!
Is there a time frame for that, like immediately or the next few days, weeks?
'Explosion'? I usually think of that as an upward moving term. but your post suggest it's heading lower
It's not the graph lines I'm asking about but rather the meaning of them.
which means what?
which means what?
Adam's avatar or my fatigue setting in.
Irrelevant who made the call. If andy DIDN'T have something good to say he would've declined.
I know from talking to Adam that they have weekly ZVTK meetings. What, you think they meet at Denny's and talk about the weather and what to conceal from the shareholders? "And hey, what do you think if I try and wing it on a broadcast-chat?" You're assuming there is no one at the table, who has more ZVTK shares than Adam and who doesn't spit out his coffee and exclaim "WTF! No Adam, you can't do that!"
I understand that an absence of the information that people want is a vacuum and that it is as likely to be filled by shareholder fears, apprehensions, and suspicions as it is.....make that more likely....as it is with hope and optimism.
Agreed, and he has to have been advised of exactly that point. Seems to me that too many people are assuming that ZVTK doesn't know what they're doing rather doing what they are allowed to do and what they're capable of doing.
You don't know that anymore than I do. It could just as easily gap up on the assumption that he would not agree to a broadcast without having positive news that can legally be communicated. I've seen press releases before trading begins and shortly after trading begins. Maybe he shares a press release simultaneous with its official release?
Nobody knows, unless you see a gap up in price in the morning. Then somebody knows or more likely is willing to bet that they know!
You and mystic need to appreciate that there are constraints on what Adam can say outside of a press release and outside of the required quarterly reports.
If that weren't the case you might see a running count of orders on the ZVTK website and weekly press releases with sales $ figures! If you get everything you want in terms of info and the company gets slapped by the SEC and Adam has to spend money on legal matters, then what?
Just saying that these matters are not cut and dried and placing the worst interpretation on the lack of info is not productive.
That still leaves room for a "feel good" broadcast that paints a brighter picture for current investors, and more importantly motivates new investors to buy.
Everyone needs to temper their expectations for this broadcast. Absent a press release before the broadcast that details anything material about the company or its stock, we can expect nothing material...sales $, increase in # or size of cubicle shipments, retail agreements, etc.
And the reason is simply because this broadcast-chat is a limited circulation venue, and therefore subject to insider trading regulations.
In fact I'm confident there will be a disclaimer by the moderator at the start summarizing what can and cannot be discussed.
That still leaves room for glowing accounts about how happy they are with sales, how optimistic they are for the future and what plans they feel they can share. All of those things are capable of moving listeners to buy or sell. That's why I say, have your trading platform open and ready to execute. It's not unusual during these kinds of broadcasts to see sharp moves up or down based upon perceptions of what is said.

I remember reading that $ figure on this board and I think it is a reasonable guess considering what the lowest retail cost/bulb we're seeing in the best 'deals' availible.
Never the less, a good book on syntax will save your editor a lot of work, and subject you to much less ridicule.
The Chinese may very well deport you after reading something that the censors may need to take all night to decipher. They will conclude that the PRC has lost face and suffered great embarassment for allowing such an illiterate attempt at communication to be generated from their soil. Google will release the following statement: "HIM, you can censor!"
I'll be listening in for your question, genius! If you or anyone else, gets the cost of the bulbs from the CEO I'll apologize on this Board
Listen to yourself. I've not read so much self generated hysteria from an overactive imaignantion since I came here, and there's been plenty of competition! Good luck getting the material costs and detais of the business arrangements with the supplier.
Probably just the Iconic Bulb owner's feeling regarding themself and their purchase.
Seems like a reasonable statement to append. Why don't you register at StockGoodies and bring it up on Mon, or email Adam about it?
I'm not talking about ticker symbols, but rather an actual promotional message to invest together with the message to buy the product.
I agree. And the fact that they're not attempting to tout the stock tells me that it's due to more than it just not being a good idea.
Really? You want to muddle the sales message, which has a short enough run time as is, with exactly what kind of a stock tout that would be both persuasive and legal?
"muddle' is NOT a good idea!
I'm telling you it's not done because it IS illegal.
Have you EVER seen an infomercial that both sold a product and touted the stock? Right! And you won't anytime soon.
There HAS to be an SEC rule about that or we would have seen such infomercials by now.
I believe that point was totally clear in my post.
