Folks are figuring it out...I wouldn't be surprise to see CAVIT trading below a dime in a few weeks and HTDS trading below .001. Watch for the dilution..it's coming..WATCH!
You folks are delusional....King is grasping at straws. What happened to "we are no longer a one drug company"? Chumba, are you saying that all that research that King claims to have completed is now obsolete and considering all the time, hard work and expenses involved they finally found out tubercin didn't measure up? WOW! You got nothing now and now your going into the vitiman business because someone probably stated that's the "big" business to get into because of the baby boomers? I sure hope King and Co. did more up front research and didn't just read a few articles in the AARP. You guys got problems. By the way, King knew Shinn..christ, he did the books for Harvey and Ron. The only problem, is that King didn't do his due diligence before coming on board..bottom line, he's responsible for where the shareholders invests are at and not KATZ, Shinn and whoever else he blames. He's probably even saying what's said on these boards are the reason(s) HTDS/CAVIT stock price is down..GET REAL!!
HTDS/CAVIT shareholders/King always have an excuse. Now they want to go after Katz when King made the deal with Katz giving away 80% of IFS and he made some sort of statement it would be in the best interest of the shareholders. King made the deal with Shinn as well. Now, where are the deals he was going to make with the pharmacutical companies? There are no talks. Now he comes out with this supposedly vitimin deal. He lost in court TWO TIMES, he gave away 80% of IFS and where are the deals he's been telling you about for 3 years? My opinion is he tells you what you want to hear which may come back to bite him in the arse when all is said and done with. You may be surprise who comes out on top when the dust settles. By the way, this vitamin business.... why couldn't the good Dr make a go of it? Your just being sold another dead end deal. Watch the dilution by no later than the first week of April. Maybe King and Shinn aren't much different when you come to think about it. Good luck but I'm sticking with my investment.
What did I tell you? King has nothing worthwhile..are you folks getting it? Take your free money and head to the hills..go to Vegas.
Buy some CAVIT stock then..maybe if you own the stock they will give you a 2 for 1 special on vitamins
Got alot of pop from that pr. Just tells you that people are starting to question if King has anything worthwhile to sell...I guess your starting to find that out..King the hypster..he always puts the cart in front of the horse...vitamins and supplements..what a joke..more dilution, you bet.
DD: I believe you meant calm down or maybe that's the new english..come down...who knows?
Cavit has agreed to pay Americare $250,000, which includes the knowledge and expertise of Dr. Joseph P. D'Angelo in developing and commercializing new products. Americare is also entitled to receive additional payments consisting of royalties upon commercial launch of each product and on net sales....I at least thought CAVIT had their own products by now but nooooooooooo Dr. D'Angelo will develop the new products..boy you guys are really in "BIG" trouble. As I stated earlier. King has nothing worthwhile to sell, to bad...keep at it, you may discover the cure to the common cold
5000 shares traded, I guess the rest of the world hasn't woke up yet to hear the "BIG" news.
I too doubt Mr. Katz will have a sit down..oh boy more litigating....I guess there's nothing wrong with 3-4 more years of getting the lawyers rich.
That's something I expected out of HTDS ashes but not from the upcoming new company CAVIT that was going to cure cancer..a big disappointment and the market will prove that to you shareholders..so sad :(
Is that lame....everyone and their cousin is selling Food Supplements and Herbal Line products. That's it..you guys are in trouble!!!
I wonder who is selling stock in these great companies?
On the sidelines for now...I will check back later; in a month when Chumba stated we should hear news and the stock will probably be trading between $3-5 dollars.
Time will tell regarding who was right and who was wrong
You have an agenda but it's a hidden agenda that's all. So sad not telling the truth..my conversations with you are done!
I see your technique didn't work for you..ouch!!
DD: I've always been curious why your here..I'm assuming you own HTDS/CAVIT, am I right? If you do, why do you continue to put the company/CEO down?
Just trying to educate people and save them possible losses..why are you here?
More talk and nothing happens except for the stock price going down. Now chumba asks the shareholders for help regarding the direction for this empty shell they call HTDS..wow. In my opinion, they got nothing to sell, there in big trouble...bankruptcy around the corner...seems like it. Cavit to follow; maybe
..here's some more pr's from HTDS...
CORPORATE OVERVIEW
As an emerging biotech company, Hard To Treat Diseases, Inc. (“HTTD”) has developed its patent rights with aggressive testing that has been conducted in U.S. FDA approved laboratories. HTTD has positioned its biotech assets, including testing results, for acquisition by a major pharmaceutical firm.
The corporate headquarters for HTTD is in Delray Beach , Florida and all testing is conducted at institutions located in the U.S. that are FDA approved.
HTTD’s business model reflects having its biotech assets acquired by a major drug company. This transaction will achieve the goal of benefiting HTTD’s shareholders and the drug company will be responsible for achieving the goal of benefiting patients. The majority of successful drugs on the market are acquired by major drug firms from biotech companies. The major drug company that acquires HTTD’s assets will have the resources to gain FDA approval and decide if FDA “fast track” approval is possible. In addition, the acquiring company will obviously have the infrastructure to manufacture, market and distribute HTTD’s products globally and the resources to assure rapid development.
In December 2004, HTTD filed a provisional patent application for Methods and Compositions for Treatment of Viral Infections. This application provides a novel method for inhibition of viral infections and to the therapeutic treatment of diseases or disorders caused by such viral infections. The application became a utility patent application in December 2005. It will be available by the USPTO in full for review in June 2006 and scheduled for examination.
Yes I do
You should have bought cybl when it was trading at .015 last week..trading at .03 now.
I could go on and on and on. Where are the stocks, i.e., HTDS/CAVIT presently trading at..near their lows.I wonder why? With all these meetings King claims to be having why hasn't the stock price been going up if he's even close to making a deal? There are no deals..he's got nothing worthwhile to sell..he's dog and pony show aren't making it and either is his rhetoric
Here's another example..Hard to Treat Diseases Incorporated (HTDS) has announced that consultants of the Company are meeting with a P-3 manufacturer and an FDA testing group this week. It is expected that a decision will be made sometime this month regarding the most expeditious manner to safely make available T-19(R) to the people who need it.
Sure he is..he can talk to anyone he wants to but where's the sales/mergers etc. He's been saying he's been in talks for the last 3 years and where has that gotten you? Here's just one example dated 2/04..
The holistic market for T-19(R) as an immunostimulant has phenomenal potential," stated the President and CEO of HTDS, Mr. Colm J. King. "We intend to get T-19(R) on the market as fast as possible. Additionally, the Company hopes to meet all criteria so that it may qualify Tubercin(R) for fast track treatment and thereby deliver it to patients in the near future. Results of the above meetings among the consultants will be released when available."
Still no pr from your CEO regarding direction of either company. I wonder why? Is he lost? Does he have a plan? Does he have anything to sell? I have empathy for HTDS/CVIT shareholders and what you have been through and all the promises that have been made. We won in the courts, we still have the marketing rights for tubercin, we still own 350 million shares of HTDS and possibly 3.5 million shares of CAVIT. What has King won or how has he made you $$$$ since he's been the CEO for the past 4 years?
I like how he keeps the shareholders updated like he said he would..what a phony. He's got nothing worthwhile to sell..PERIOD.
Now that's more like it..your finally getting it.
Because it sucks and ATKJ rules
Who would be selling this great company; CAVIT? Insiders? Down again today..oh boy, don't wait, you'll be kicking yourself in the butt when it goes below .10
I need facts....how are you so sure?
I hope these CEO's are held accountable if they are guilty of fraudulent acts.
I appreciate your honesty and I think we agree on a number of issues especially regarding the ethics of the CEO's of these companies.
I go down with the ship; why are you here? "All three companies are becoming worthless; the pps. attests to that fact.
Shareholders are slowly becoming bagholders" Kinda of calling the kettle black aren't we.
HTDS,CAVIT & ATKJ are all history. IMHO
And Quarters.eom
Take your pennies and RUN!
We've been had...all of the investors have been had; HTDS,CAVIT and ATKJ investors. Don't let the HTDS/CAVIT shareholders try to tell you King is the honest one, in my opinion, he ranks right up there with Shinn & Co. One good thing, is that these crooks will have their day.
The investors may be the initial losers but there are consequences for lying to investors.
