Found this relating to the CRTC case that was mentioned in a PR a while back. If you click on the links, there is a load of interesting info on this. Written submissions need to be received by Oct 9th, with the CRTC to consider soon after.
There is a new guy at the head of the CRTC, and this is considered to be one of the three top cases he needs to review this Autumn. This is much bigger than just TNW Wireless trying to compete against TelUS and Bell... the list of companies is HUGE.
I did find a letter from Trevor off the interventions link
Happy reading

What site do you use to see the bid / ask for level 2. I used to have one, but cant find it anymore
Interesting article on the Unitedcorp website.

Welcome to our small select band.
Good Luck to us all!
We need an update on the filing.. was supposed to be done in 60 days. Its now 90.
We will be treading water until this is done and we start the process to get on the OTCBB..
Quite high volume,
Been watching this one, but no investment either way.
Today I think is going to be ugly.
Yeah, its looking like Snap is falling under more class actions from law firms cashing in on investors that lost money. Its the beginning of the death spiral.
Even if settled in court, i would not expect a heavy payout. snap payed just over 7 million for the Mobil Patent. I dont know much about patent law, but would not expect heavy awards, even if infringement could be proved. Settling quickly, but Snap accepting they infringed would be a good outcome.
Uama needs the patent set in stone, as it will be the basis of any capital financing deals they need to get in place to get iFramed moving.. we also need to get off the Pink sheets. Really hoping to get the filing out of the way soon.
We shall see,
Looking at Snaps performance, I doubt there would be anything left by the time this gets resolved. they are burning money (2 billion) from the last filing, and all the insiders shares can be traded on Monday morning. (768 million shares). A blood bath is on the cards for next week.
It went under $12 on Friday, and $8 would not surprise me next week as their own investors jump ship. The IPO has been a disaster.
As far as Uama / Snap goes, I doubt it will ever get to court proper. A private undisclosed settlement is far more likely.
Nice week, thought id share a thought. Two PRs but no filing.. as you have probably gathered from my previous posts, im a long time holder of UAMA.. in fact many many years.. My feeling that the filing to get us to the OTC is important is only part of the story IMO. The management has a history of underdelivering here, for various reasons. And the issues that pkauged the past have not in my opinion been shown to be solved.
They will to a point once the filing is in.
Its late
Im waiting
To anyone watching the stock, and I know its early days .. dont bet what you cant afford to lose. The rewards could be fantastic, or you could lose it all. Personally i have (guarded) faith.
Another pr out todat on JuxImage... not sure why we keep comparing iframed to snapchat in the PRs , it starting to sound really personal.
Also as snap looks like its failing as a company, not sure we need too many comparrisons. At the rate its going, it will be worthless in a couple of years.
2 million shares traded.. A significant volume,
$250 traded today. Gapping up, must be news comming... lets agree nothing maters until filing.
Really.. with about $5k worth of shares traded.. bet all those crooked managers are sharing it out amonst themselves right now.
Get real...
Its thinly traded, happy to bounce around .04 - .06... until its in the OTC, i doubt it will find its value, when it does, it should settle a lot higher.
You obviously dont lke the stock, or its management, I assume you dont own any, and you certainly cant backup any statements with either facts or personal analysis / reasoning.
Why hang around, find something you like.
Sec filing should be along soon, an important step to get onto the OTC. Not expecting much in way of info, but important all the same.
I would also expect to see some form of financing agreement. That 1 billion evaluation i belive is more to do with that than any real impact on the SNAP litigation.
Finally the outcome of the regulator on the ipcs romng debate. This is really important, if that dosnt go our way, then Its going to be tough to make any headway in Canada. Im sure there are other options, but Canada is really important.
I doubt he is short, or for that matter has any real interest here.
A little backround he does have, 5-10 mins research.. or possibly a more informed SNAP investor.
The repeat of the PR, i think i covered. The legal crap (not great i agree) also covered
This is not a great investment.. dont bet the life savings.. but it could fly... maybe.
BTW, not really related, but the anger on the legal issues (a different entity) is closing, will take till Feb 2018, but essentially its agreed. Nonsence legal stuff still going on... for example the company want all SnAP litigation proceeds assigned to the defunt entity..shouldnt happen, but games continue. TLPH 45 million also in question.
Guess your not a fan then....
I thnk i can see why they re-released.
Todays release has the 1.04billion in the title, yesterdays didnt. If you were not following United corp, the title would probably not inspire you to click on it.
Still, should have got that right first time, but no big deal.
Yeah, but there was no point re-releasing unless there was some correction or something.
They need to concentrate.
Release the filing, and get onto the OTC
Build the company with real revenues.
If they can get to $5 + consider moving off the OTC
Do not start renaming / restructuring / rebranding ... that's just busy work.
Very unlikely,
100 million shares, management own over 80 million.
If they dilute, its only themselves they hurt
I agree, and the way SNAP is going, there will be nothing left.
Im more interested in the mean valuation of 1billion. That has nothing to do with SNAP, it what an independant firm believes the whole patent portfolio is worth (not just the one SNAP infringed) . The upper end is 1.8 billion.
To me this is showing a new way to monitise media content. This could be acheived by iFramed or simply allowing other companies to use our technology. (For a price).
The other alternative is if a larger company wants to simply own the patents, they buy them outright. That could well happen before any legal battle with SNAP gets resolved.
update in PR
http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/434940063.html
valuation of patent between 200 Million to over 1 Billion
($2 - $10) a share... I doubt they would get close to this, but its certainly upping the Ante.
Will be interesting to see how this one plays out
This is the same patent dispute launched in Aug 2016 , and updated in Feb 2017.
Good news on this is that any settlement will be assigned to UAMA not investel.
The main reason I see this is important is that we dont want our own patent been disputed when iFramed is progressed, so either a straight win or a judgement that Geofilters are simply to generic to be patented would alliw us to launch without fear of litigation.
Out of interest in an unconnected case. Snap had to pay $145 million for similat infrigements.
For anyone feeling brave, the latest is the 7th report of the Monitor.

Reading through the legal blurb (wading through treacle) its looking like the TNW Networks are not effectively in default, but are heavily involved as many of the network assets they hold are potentially the property of the company that is in default.
It also dosnt help that all these different companies (highly unnessesery in the view of the Monitor) share the same bank account, and mostly the same customers / billing. As such its near impossible for the regulators to tell where one company ends and the next begins.
As such all companies where effectively on hold (my wording) until the mess is sorted out. I still think it was unwise to try and bring TNW Networks into the unitedcorp fold until these issues were resolved, but I dont think its as bad as it first apoeared.. of course i could be completly wrong, im no lawyer.
Thx, it cerainly looks like they should not have brought TNW Network in.
Dont know why they tried, if the company was under the control of the creditors, what did they expect.
Bilal, I tried to read that legal doc, but couldnt really work it out. From what i could see a company had its assets frozen and its creditors (which include some of the Teliphone companies) can take away those assets for payment.
Is there more to this? Can you give any context ?

Found this in relation to TNW networks, its not an audited number, just an extract from a PR, so should be taken at face value. Dates back to Nov 2016.
TNW Networks Corp is a national telecommunication service provider in Canada. The result of the consolidation and rebranding of some 12 entities since 2009, TNW Networks is a wholly owned subsidiary of Investel Capital Corporation. Investel operates in three distinct product areas; fixed and wireless connectivity, data centers and cloud, and social media technology. The company has in excess of $350M in net equity from its assets, operations and broad patent portfolio.
With currently no filings $350M is all I have to go on for true value... certainly more the the current market cap of $5M
Tnwcorp.cm to get a good breakdown of the company. Also look at the management team and you should see a lot of familiar faces.
From memory TNW networks is actually quite a big concern. A well established company 100+ employees (could be wrong) . On the website it also references the Nytex exchange. Another great bit of tech with potential.
Yet another PR.. bringing in another Investel company (seeing the patern yet). This one is TNW networks, as opposed to TNW Wireless.
Look n the Investel page to get an idea of whats involved.
Another PR out naming the management team.
Unitedcorp.com investors page a good area to check.
Ok i mentioned management held all but 10%.. from this qote from the site its 20% in public hands. Thats 20 million total
Management’s commitment to UAC has been consistent and steadfast. Since 2003 UAC has had a large amount of common management and management has always maintained a majority position in the company and still hold approximately 80% of the company as restricted investment stocks since issuance. The management team remains committed to the growth and development of United American Corporation
Just spotted unitedcorp.com is available... New company web site
Good info on there
News out.. aquiring two companies from Investel (all the same people) TNW and iFramed... pop onto the i vestel website to read up on them.
One point of interest.. Investel was suing SNAP (17 billion snapchat) for patent infringement. I guess thats now us. I suspect this will be settled out of court, but could be worth a few Million $$$.
50 million shares generated which doubles the current share count. The VAST majority of the company is held by the same insiders... float will remain Tiny .. from memory about 10 million , but that could have changed a bit over the years.
I agree , saw this on insider bulls. Not invested, but I do like to watch the effect from time to time.
They posted yesterday, which means the pump is over, they are now looking for bag holders.
The stock has near doubled / tripled for them in the last month. Now they need to sell without the price crashing too quickly.
There is only one direction now....
Look at the volume spikes of 20mil on a few days.... That was the time to buy..
Don't trust anyone who you don't know from at least a couple of months before... They are probably paid. Especially those claiming to have had a 'chat' with management... Don't know if that's happened here, but it often does....
Good luck
650k on trader...
Not happy with the recent uploads on Edgar, don't know what they are playing at... They were asked very basic questions, but decided just to not respond... Very disappointing.
Getting onto the OTC was a big step forward for the future, but now it back to the pinks....
I hope they are getting this sorted, but regardless, simply ignoring this type of correspondence is just down right unprofessional.
