You hit the nail on the head here IMO. Keep in mind that when these financing deals were made, oil was expected months ago. It will be very managable once we get I-1 going. Mason/Volk are not rookies...I'm sure they have a plan, as mentioned by Atlanta1.
Thanks for posting. Looking good!
It's looking good to me. Time will tell us.
Great! I like everyone's optimistic posts lately. Go WGAS!
I like our odds too. It feels like we are looking at a big player in the market. Who knows? Maybe we will be one day.
Why wouldn't we be?
Definitely agree with you here. Mason has brought a lot of value to the company. He has moved things along nicely for us and impressive updates to shareholders. The last update was very positive IMO. Mason made it clear he isn't playing games and is going all out. What reason do I have to get out now?
The stock price hasn't reflected what we have accomplished and where we are going. The price has been clearly manipulated IMO. Dilution is partially responsible, but I think it's mainly because someone saw an opportunity in keeping the share price down. Maybe a company starting with an "I"? But I don't know that for sure.
We are about to start production and when we do, the sellers will become buyers and we will spring back up in no time.
All of this is JMHO.
I think this is a definite possibility. A steal at 13.5c IMO.
It's no doubt a risk, but I think it will pay off. I'm holding for the long run. I think the delay in I-1 is really hurting us here, and dilution like this wasn't part of the plan because I-1 was expected to be producing already. All that is about to be over though IMO.
Despite what you may believe about Volk, I think he is going to prove the doubters wrong. He hasn't just been giving away shares...he has created long term value. He was responsible for the Black Cat deal to begin with. While I like Mason as well, do you really think Volk is just standing at the sidelines while Mason calls the shots? Both have done a good job moving forward with I-1. While the share price hasn't reflected this, I think in time it will.
I think you are both wrong. The heavy dilution is only temporary and the OS is still low. We are nowhere near a RS and I don't consider that even an issue. I think it's going to make a big jump once we get production results. They are going to try to hold the price down as long as they can before they stop shorting and start buying...the turnaround will happen overnight IMO. Anyone that gets out will be disappointed. But if you want to, then go for it.
I'm tired of hearing the complaints about dilution...If you did your DD you had to have known it was coming. While it hasn't helped the short term share price, it is to no surprise and I'm really not that worried about it. At the end of the day when I-1 flows, we could easily be in the 10c-25c range, even if we did double OS by then. JMHO.
Looks like we might be moving up today boys. Nice bid support.
Thanks for your input! Very encouraging to hear. Even if they dilute to 3x as many shares, I still think there is tremendous value here. I think the dilution will slow/stop in the next month. I don't expect the share price to stay so low once we start pumping at I-1 in the next week or two. It's a very exciting time to be in this stock IMO.
What are you talking about? Was this meant to be a response to me?
I think it will move back up tomorrow too. .12 would be nice, but I don't know. I think results from I-1 will take us much higher. I am in for the long run.
I am growing tired of these posts...Once again, Volk holds 32 million shares and isn't out to get investors. He has much more at stake than you and I. He knows that dilution isn't good, but how else do you expect to get financing?
Also, consider we had the delay with I-1 before and should have been producing already. I expect the dilution to slow/stop once we start producing.
Do you have experience running a small business? You seem to be very opinionated on what they are doing incorrectly.
Calling for a resignation? You can't be serious...good luck with that lol.
You act like it would be easy to get a loan from elsewhere. You're telling me dilution was their first choice? Please tell me what they should've done.
Not that I'm a pro, but it sounds like you and bones need a better understanding of how dilution works before you suggest management change. It's fine to question, but don't make recommendations to experienced management when it is clear you don't understand it yourself.
Bahaha much appreciated! We'll find out. I think those that are patient will be rewarded. I haven't sold a share.
Yea. I'm looking forward to it as well.
It's all good man. That's what we all hope for! I think there is serious potential here. But like I said, don't take my word for it. Take some time to look at their site and crunch the numbers. A good group here on the boards if you decide to stick around.
Do you understand why dilution occurs? This shouldn't be a surprise to you considering you have been a DD machine. Also, posting in hopes that management will see isn't going to do any good. You cant just magically make it stop from occuring. It's necessary.
Haha, check out the assets page on wenergyinc.com . I consider the opinions on the board and appreciate others' views, but do my own DD as well. I'm not asking you to take my word. I simply think its a good long term investment is all. To be honest, it doesn't have much effect on me if you pick up shares or not. I'm here for news/discussion. That's not to say I wouldn't like it if you stuck around.
I did my own DD on WGAS and I suggest you do the same. Even with dilution going on, I think it's a steal at these levels. Take a look at their assets and punch the numbers. I-1 is just the beginning!
It looks like its about to move back up to the 7s to me. JMO
It could happen but doubtful anytime soon. Management holds plenty of shares... Obviously they don't want to dilute. Would it be better to operate with 0 cash, because that is an alternative?
Yea, good response. Not everyone understands that dilution is necessary and they probably had planned on producing by now when they agreed to the terms. The OS are still low and when we produce, it shouldn't be an issue.
It's trading. Maybe check again later.
I'm seeing .13. If you are right about over a buck, I wouldn't be mad :)
WGAS is going to be BIG IMO. I ran the numbers before I bought shares and the potential is amazing! I think I-1 is a great start for us!
It's possible. Do you remember how much APS said they were given for the promo? I want to say 10-15k?
That crossed my mind. Why do this before a takeover though? What if someone didn't want the takeover to happen so they hired APS to prevent it?
I think that's a very reasonable target considering I-1 is about to start producing.
Interesting article. Do you think this will have an effect on us?
We have a long way to hit $10, but it's a possibility down the road. We could be on our way once we start developing more wells. I-1 is just the beginning :)
For sure! I think we will continue to move up next week. There is a lot going for Worthington and it's a great time to be in this stock IMO.
I think it could be a number of things. La Jolla realizes that I-1 is going to pay off and they stand a lot more to gain by backing off. They decided there is a lot of upside with their shares. Jmho.
The news seems to be hitting a lot of oil news websites lately.
Example (posted today):

It's not USA today, but it's good to see some exposure. Scandoil.com gets 1300 views a day.
Chart/indicators look very bullish to me, but I'm no expert. I went ahead and picked up more today. I think it's going to keep running a while. JMHO.
Hasn't this been covered on here since February? The oilandgasblog.com isn't going to help them much IMO, to be honest.
Yea, a good group here for sure. Amazing DD from many people here as well. If we attend an investors meeting down the road, we will have to ask them to include our username on our name tags :)
