Devon, ok and the runup today will be???????
eibbanker....if you gone on 2/10 but some limit sell orders in.
eibbanker....OT let me know I agree finding one that is legit w/ low float is my main goal. I found TASR in December I was actually calling on the CFO because they are in my territoy she stated it was a good buy when I called at $79 share and now look. I am still interested in UGHO it would be interesting to look at TASR when it first started to run and see the dips. You may see the same for UGHO. Keep me informed and I will do the same. BTW, I may have one with low float currently little volume but it may do the same so watch it, the stock is EIDT
Board I have been telling you do not listen to Devon he justs wants attention he will say anything. He claims to know but dosen't remember when Dan was posting two weeks ago and Devon asked Dan to share his info and compare it to his info....well a clever way of finding out but he has no knowledge. He uses other people's knowledge after the fact then he confirms it with us that he knew all the time.
prince....There you go again....Do not believe in what Devon says.
OT....eibanker UGHO does look nice but it has run pretty good already I will wait a bit but I like it. When did you buy in.
Devon....The market cap is not based on the float but the shares outstanding (600m) the float is what is actually available buy/sell but the pps is based on market cap.
sorta....Walter is the company. I agrss it would be better to purchase (the company) in the open market and hold thus keeping the float long but if Walter made mistakes in the past with free shares to the shell company he should consider retiring some shares. He still owns majority of the company. Plus it makes it sweeter if they partner with someone.
Devon....The float is nothing new where have you been and here we go again another stockholder who will not show and tell. This is getting real old.
devon....the size of the float is nothing new you knew this, are you trying to find something to panic everyone into selling and there is no way Walter spent time talking to you for one hour. I bet you start telling everyone the stock will go back down below .03.
The volume is very low for this correction not much substance behind it.
sortagree....I know of at least two companies that retired shares recently.
dr....Tahera has the same market cap as we do right now so I only hope we get half their action. We just have to many shares out....Walter should retire some shares to help us climb more. I think he should retire at least 120 million and he still will have majority ownership.
One other suggestion enough of this voting no one should send e-mails to NSDM if anything is considered insider information this could cause problems for Walter. I believe Walter is very sharp but his business skills need some improvment. Leave him alone and let's wait for the PR's. One suggestion if Walter wants to communicate to his shareholders he should conduct quarterly conference calls and make it public to all.
No problem prince we do not need to feed devon our support. BTW, I do enjoy your posts you always seem to put things in perspective....facts only. I also seem to crave for info that others may know but now I will just wait for the facts from the company. Enough games and fighting of who knows the most. People's emotions tend to sway the realities of the situation.
prince....you know better Devon knows nothing....he claims to know because he wants to be the "most informed" I am actually surprised Walter talks to him with his demenor. Walter should not be talking to any people on this board, IMO. He has a soft heart but he needs to learn that he has better things to do with his time.
The good news is maybe will have higher lows....not bif sells but still selling going on. However, they will buy back next week.
If they do not write their PR's in layman's term and hold our hand than they will never see the rise in the pps. Many shareholders are not on this board, therefore, all they see are the PR's. If they do not see between the lines who else will accept a select few. Dan, if your listening suggest to Walter to be more specific in layman's terms. I also agree with osgers, we have been teased enough. Give us your opinion based on your extensive knowledge or don't say anything. I am tired of these games.
A2....that should be bschnei809@aol.com
A@ bschnei809@aol.com
Devon....It's your arrogance I do not like and your popus attitude. You take credit when it's not due and that is what we do not like. You were better for awhile and now you are back, ignoring you is the best but if you had a better attitude and did not take credit for everything than I would have more respect for you. You lost it when you stated that you got me in this stock. Check my profile on ranging bull and take note of my omicron posts, which was the shell for NSDM. The good news is we are moving up.
Devon....you are the type to yell "fire" when the firetrucks are already there.
fickster....nice, lol.
Insider purchase yeah right w/ Walter already having 400m shares. Maybe your friend Judy is buying. Just shut up.
Devon....you call nothing all you want is attention you are one big jerk.
Dan....you never did answer me I was just checking to see if you were still smiling.
Dan....are you still smiling
Dan....just noticed my name is really on it. I am impressed and I did score the winning goal last night.
Dan...how did you ever get the idea the cup would be the prize I would covet.
10,000....I had to have it
Now I will get post
Tsmack....This just shows you how wrong you are and always will be. First of all you "did not" get me into this stock. I was actually an owner of Omicron (OGPS) for years and when the reverse split was done in May 2003, I was an owner of this stock. I noticed it in my account and thought what the heck is this. Then I did my research and purchased more in August. This will just show everyone another example of your bullchit. Get the facts straight on me before you post. To be exact I was the first one in this stock unless anybody else owned Omicron.
Oh noooooo!!!!!!! it looks like Tsmack is rearing its ugly head again.
You guys know me (I am not a pumper) actually I was recommending NSDM at .015 back in August, therefore, I hope you do not mind if I mention a stock with low shares outstanding (46 million) and selling for .05, therefore a very low market cap. The stock is PRVB I just took a position today at .055. The lowest I have seen it recently is .035 so the timing is good. I expect to see a double in two weeks or less, IMO. I won't do this much but from time to time I will inform you of some stocks.
Dan....you mis-read my post I was not talking about the PPS I was talking about not jumping ship with any other new venture.
Dan....we are not going anywhere why would we go to a "risky" play with NSDM with now some momentum....and then go to a new and riskier stock? Not here
Dan, why two different labs?
end2war....I can't answer that the statement I posted was from a University professor, I was just quoting it, sorry for the confusion. However, it's nice to be looked upon as technical.
Shadera is this what we are talking about regarding Ultramafic?
What acreage (or percentage) of the continental US is covered by ultramafic/mafic rocks? I am doing a graduate thesis on soils formed from ultramafic/mafic rocks in the GA Piedmont at the University of Georgia, and I cannot seem to find an answer to this deceptively simple question.
Neither can I! You're absolutely right - the question SHOULD be easy to answer, but a preliminary check has failed to come up with any hard numbers. So, in the absence of scientific fact, we'll have to rely on logic and common sense (a fairly uncommon commodity in my house - how about yours?).
When we talk about ultramafic/mafic rocks we're really talking about ophiolites - sections of the seafloor which were produced at spreading centers and then shoved up onto the continental margin (instead of being subducted like they're supposed to). This is actually a pretty rare occurrence, and would lead us to believe that mafic and ultramafic rocks should be fairly uncommon. The Oregon Department of Geology and Mineral Industries Bulletin 95 (North American Ophiolites) has an Index Map (page v) which summarizes the locations of ophiolites in North America. There aren't many, and I estimate that somewhat less than 5% of the continental United States is underlain by them.
A special note concerning ultramafic materials is in order. This stuff is presumed to originate in the upper mantle, and represent what is left behind after the differentiation process separated out basaltic magma at spreading centers. This stuff (the ultramafics) is relatively heavy, really doesn't want to be anywhere near the upper crust, and must require some pretty intense (and unusual) forces to get it exposed at the surface. It is clear that most of what we lump together as ophiolites is actually the "mafic" portion (basalt, diabasic dikes, and gabbro), with a much smaller percentage consisting of the upper mantle ultramafic units. My gut feeling tells me that well less than 1% of the U.S. is underlain by ultramafic material (mostly peridotite, dunite, pyroxenite, and serpentine). Furthermore, I wouldn't be surprised to find that this approximate percentage holds at the global level. Strategic minerals (nickel, chromium, cobalt, and others) occur associated with these rocks, and their sparse and irregular global distribution indicates that ultramafic terrains are few and far between.
I will continue to look for some better values, and will certainly update this answer if/when I find them.
Deann....I will answer that
Dan......He does know something but how "big" is it? He says it has nothing to do with the recent drillings, so what is it? My guess and not in any particular order....
1. Audit going well and submission to OTC
2. Walter "retires" at least 200 million shares lowering outstanding to a resonable figure, float 75m shares.
3. JV wants the piece of the "pie" in Manitoba.
Devon....Knows really nothing just showing he does so he can compare notes with Dan so he can get the information out of him....but Dan says NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.
Shadera....I have no idea but "rumors" only.
