Some information......Old XTMS plan
I have been digging around on boards and such for any information I can get my hands on and found what was an expansion plan from Alan back in December of 06. Thought it was worth reading,
It is interesting to see what has taken place thus far.
"* We have recently completed an additional assembly facility to facilitate our growth plan. This means reduced wait times for the customer. With financing currently available, consumers will be able to satisfy their impulse and buy immediately rather than waiting 8-12 months for delivery of a full custom Sandcar.
* To build and stock complete production style custom Sandcars so that a customer can simply pick, motor, transmission and color and pick up his custom Sandcar in 30 - 90 working days.
* To secure several new CNC machines and a machinist to design and run these CNC mills in developing and manufacturing our own line of Sandcar parts & Accessories. In addition to readily available parts it increases profit margins on needed parts are much as 1500%.
* With the production of new demo cars we’ll schedule “DEMO DAYS� to give customers that “E Ticket� to get them hooked and ready to spend immediate cash based on their adrenaline addiction at that moment.
* To focus and build strategic partnerships with various companies that will house and resell our product for worldwide expansion. The dealership program has already been started and is underway.
Marketing Plan
* Consist of utilizing trade / sport magazines, participating in Sandsports related tradeshows, development of a new DVD catalog and the development of a new clothing line for XTMS. To secure a new Tractor / trailer(s) to make a significant presence where ever we travel. Application of digitally printed graphics applied to our existing company trailers and related vehicles. * American Ironhorse of Fort Worth, Texas manufactures several lines of production oriented custom motorcycles. We at Xtreme Motorsports want to offer the same style of process. Custom style Sandcars, built off a production line that makes the cars more affordable and available for faster delivery. These are to be carried by a network of dealers across the US.
Use of Proceeds
* New Facility Tools: This facility is now complete as of November 2006. We will need to fill this facility with tables, tools and other operating equipment for the most efficient effect. Estimated Needs: $50,000
* Demo Cars: One demo car for each of the lines of cars we carry. This will allow for demo rides for customers along with marketing these lines specifically. Consumer will be able to touch and feel the exact type of car they want. Estimated Needs: $200,000
* Fabrication Equipment: High speed tubing coper, Automated Plasma Cutting table, and additional tool chest for assembly bays, CNC mill equipment, jigs and additional fabrication equipment will allow us to bring these same services in house and increase profit margins. Estimated Needs: $50,000 minimum, $850,000 Maximum
* Transmission Project: Currently we are in the process of trying to manufacture our own line of transmissions. Once complete this will increase the completion time frames on cars by as much as 500%. Estimated Needs: $55,000 for engineering; $350,000 for testing and first 100 transmissions.
* Inventory for Multiple Cars: By having cars / parts in stock and ready to go, customers do not need to wait and can purchase an “in stock� car immediately. Additionally by purchasing parts for 20 vehicles at a time, we reduce our cost per part by a minimum of 10% and as much as 35% depending on the particular parts. We can increase profit margins on cars as much as 25% without increasing the price of the overall project. Estimated Needs: $250,000 Minimum to $1,000,000 +
With the appropriate capitol we have created a dealership program for qualifying companies around the US. This dealership program will put Xtreme Motorsports Sandcars into local dealerships around the US, available for immediate purchase. With POP displays, options displays and more, these dealerships will reflect the highest quality style dealerships in the US.
For the next three to five years, our growth will be consistent and constant. This will provide the platform and foundation for the largest Sandcar manufacturer in the world. We’re confident that by following our growth plan and utilizing our strategic partnerships, the company will be perfect for a large sale in 24 – 36 months to corporate entities that can take it to an unheard of level."
