Thanks for all your great DD on LBWR Creede! I've taken my initial position over the last two days. I like what I see and I like investing in a business that I can support. GLTA!!!
Congrats to us longs who have held steady! The rebirth is just beginning...imo. GLTA!!!
But based on the current price, this is the most inflow of money LFWK has seen in one day! If my quick glance at the chart is right.
Got both tests. Thanks!
Here either BR549. I've been feeling good ever since making contact with law firm handling the merger. They really are working on it! Sure, any number of things could happen but it gave me more confidence in their previous PRs. I picked up some more today @.02 and I'll probably get some more next week. I'm not counting on this merger to necessarily be done as fast as we want. But I'm more confident than ever right now that patience will pay off in the end. Hang in there! Long and Strong(er)!

It may take more patience than most would like for LFWK to really pay off but imo that patience will pay off in the long term. I hope we all get what we're hoping for this week but I'm tempted to just ignore it for a few weeks and then check back to see how we're doing. Long and strong here. GLTA!
The Vista (VGIC.biz)website is registered to John and Peter (with an e) with a phone number in Canada (Windsor, ON) of 519-972-9554 and of course the administrative e-mail contact is pnv@consultechconstruction.com. Website was first registered in 2002. So how does all this fit together?
Here's the main Vista group website (but it's all under construction...hmmmmm) and a one of their rather interesting divisions. And it just gets stranger!

LoftWerks, Inc. (LFWK) CEO in Windsor to Finalize Sulja Merger: Consultech to Seek Regional Project Venues
NASHVILLE, TN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 03/23/2006 -- LoftWerks, Inc. (OTC: LFWK) today announced that that its CEO, Dennis Ammerman, is in Windsor, Ontario to execute the necessary documents to move ahead with merger plans with Sulja Bros. Building Materials, Ltd. (owned by Consultech Construction Management, Inc.). This will mark the beginning of the complete migration of Consultech's Midwest operations into the LFWK public vehicle.
Consultech's Director General, Petar Vucicevich, has vowed to add to the LFWK list of ongoing projects by seeking building sites in Louisville, Savannah, and other nearby, regional metropolitan venues. The LFWK/Sulja Bros. merger is expected to finalize over the upcoming weekend. LFWK will announce further details as is practical.

I look at it this way: We have one profitable company merging with another profitable company (Still don't understand how CCM fits into this). We know both made money last year. LFWK has a large lineup of new and ongoing projects for the upcoming year and thus the bottom line for 2006 will considerably exceed 2005 imo. Does anyone on this board think LFWK will still be around .03 in the next few weeks, months or this time next year? I would not want to be short on this stock, nor would I want to sell and then look back in a while and see what I missed. I for one am hanging on for the ride. GLTA!!!
Thanks! He won't be happy to hear that.
Believe it or not I know the person that bought those shares @ .011. It was one single order with a limit set at .031. Only part of the order filled at the low price. Can that mistake be corrected? Or did he just make a great buy???
Remember Dennis was in Windsor, Ontario over the weekend. It's possible that we might not see a PR until tomorrow. Just a thought.
The LFWK/Sulja Bros. merger is expected to finalize over the upcoming weekend (this past weekend that is). LFWK will announce further details as is practical.
I agree. For me, I'm willing to let this one ride. Most of my money is in stocks following the CAN SLIM method. My fun money is in LFWK so I'm not worried about the day to day gyrations. I've been adding throughout the past week. I just wish I would have found this stock a few months earlier...grrrrrrr. I hope you all make big money on this one and have fun doing it. GLTA!
Maybe someone could post a L2 at the end of the day. I'm going to miss the last 15m. Let's try this again tomorrow!!! GLTA
My concern is what happens if we break below .035? I wouldn't mind pinking up some more shares there but I'm mildly concerned we could revisit the 2s one more time. But then again, maybe that would be one last great buying opportunity...IMO. GLTA
Are we going to test support at .035???
We seem to have support around .035. If we were to break through that, would be revisit .02? Maybe weak support just about .03? It would just be another buying opportunity...IMO. I'd just assume keep it above that and get ready for the next leg. No selling here and maybe some more buying. GLTA.
Big money coming in now! Did you see those orders in the past 40 minutues...500sh/1900sh/1900sh! At least 170 bucks right there :) But I can't tell if there sells or buys. Maybe they're cashing out their profits after buying at .0015.
Tomorrow's another day! Have a good evening!!

Ameritrade showing bid 39 ask 38
Still buying sub-4. How much longer will we get this opportunity? Ready to rock!
Boring...I'm going out for a run. Please fill my sub-4 bid while I'm gone. GLTA
Don't get too excited about those Sulja counter numbers. A few days ago we had a few I-hub board members swamping the Sulja server :) I'm fairly new to this board but I've gone back and read every message over the past several months. I've learned a lot and am impressed by all the DD you guys have done on LFWK and its associated merger partners. GLTA this week and beyond.
From my understanding it's 200 million (199,048,500) outstanding shares with authorization for 500 million. I extrapolated out their earning statements from 2005 and came out with an EPS of .006976 which tells me .07 was a reasonable price for 2005. I did a very rough guesstimate into 2006 for EPS(minus mergers or dividend) and came up with .0225. That tells me LFWK is way undervalued if the facts as I read them are right. Good luck everybody! I'm in at .02 (with more to come if we don't soar to fast). Here's to the "Loft" party!!!
New Loftee on board now. Bought in at .020 yesterday. Yep, somehow got lucky and bought right at that morning spike down. Don't have the buy-in some of you do but I couldn't resist the possibility of a "Loft" party. Good luck to everybody today and beyond!!!
