Rich,
I saw that story too, you beat me to the post!
There is some very cool and interesting stuff on the indycar.com website, I would suggest that anyone who is interested in the industry or in news regarding our investment visit the site.
OT:
Viking, the Disney is a fun one - very level and lots of things to do afterwords. Went with the whole family and made a nice vacation of it.
I have been very lucky in that I have never torn any muscles, I had a bad ankle sprain once though, while training for a biathlon. Pretty good for running 30 miles a week for the last 10 years.
OT: Gedi -- I had a good run today - a literal run not a stock run - LOL
4 mile run then 1/2 mile walk for cool down.
Curious as to how much you run and if you've ever done a marathon?
Mike - I'm still holding long.
I think there are very few of us who have actually spoken with the company and still have the belief and the assurance that this is going somewhere.
Obviously nothing we do or say will ever convince naysayers otherwise, but it's always worth a shot.
I for one am going out for a run, and expect the PPS to come back up and close green today, if I am right we will see some good volume today.
What do you think makes a company professional?
A bunch of worthless fluff PR's to try and falsly inflate the price of its stock?
Get real. This drop on price has nothing to do with the company itself. They have done everything that they said they are going to do. Just because we are expecting it to be higher doesn't mean it should be. Maybe at this point it is a .02 stock based on what they've done and said, maybe it's still a .009, valuation is a tricky thing, and I don't claim to be someone that knows how to do it.
Realistically though, I know this will be worth more someday. I have spoken with Mark and David numerous times. They are doing all they claimed they will do and more.
It's our fault (investors) that the price is dropping, not theirs.
A large trade? Buying or selling. Must be a sell judging from our drop in SP.
WTF? I wake up to 30% down.
This is crazy.
Why is anybody selling? It makes no sense whatsoever.
I believe I am out of here for the evening.
Good night all, here's to a beautiful tomorrow. ;o)
Right, it doesn't make sense.
The share price is falling for no other reason than the MM's are playing with this. I do admit that interest has waned a bit, but anyone that is still in it, is here for the long haul based on the performance of the company.
I for one will remain in until they do something that warrants getting out, and realistically, I don't see that happening.
Once the 10K is out and they introduce their next stream of revenue this will find it's way back to the level it hit before, plus some. All IMHO.
I didn't really think it worked, just asking as I am pretty new to penny stocks.
I had chinese food for dinner tonight. This was my fortune cookie:
"You are going to have a very comfortable old age."
I could attribute this to clean, healthy and happy living, or to MSEP making me very wealthy, maybe a bit of both. LOL
I have never had to file one of those, because I always do my own taxes. But I know exactly what you are saying. They are at the mercy of someone else right now. They want to get it filed on time. But if the auditors/lawyers are dragging their feet there is nothing they can do.
Anyone who has doem their DD on this know what the future holds and can see the enormous buying potential right now.
I added 160K today and will add more as I can with these low prices. Anything under .05 is a bargain.
ADDITION:
Scalecar - I am jealous that you live in the area and are able to visit the store and "see" first hand what is going on.
Wow! What a day.
The way this stock trades is simply amazing.
I know at this rate we will see .10 by the end of the week.
Probably .25 by summer and .50 by the end of the year.
I am practicing.
I believe in this company and am in for the long haul.
Days like this are a bit frustrating though.
? about locking shares up.
If everyone locks up their shares by putting sell orders GTC at a high amout, like $1.00, the MM's can't use those shares to short and play with, but wouldn't they still find a way to play their games with the shares available?
Is that what is happening?
Mike et. al. See post 1239 eom
10K information
Nothing has changed, the Attorneys and auditors are still working on completing their side of the deal. It will be filed when MSEP gets it back.
I just want to add that IMO we are going to see it in the required time by the SEC. There must be some kind of law that auditors and lawyers can't keep it past the filing date, right? Anyone know?
I have a request in. I'll let you know when i hear back.
Just bought another 60K at this level - money all gone.
Last week Mark said to me that he couldn't believe the SP was this low.
If this isn't the best buying opportunity, I don't know what else is?
I will not miss the opportunity. I just figured that if the MM's are going to pay games with this. I will play along. I will buy the 100K at .04, .05 or .06 because I know that this will be worth a lot more some day.
It would be nice to see the 10K today. I am wondering what the possibility of that is. I know that we will see it in the required time period so it will be by Thursday for sure.
What I am more excited for is the following guidance.
OT - Mike UVCL is running now. Finally broke .03
Now I am confused - They partially filled my AON order?!?!?!?
How is that possible? Anyone know?
Good morning all!
I just put in an AON order for 100K at .03 - I really don't expect it to be filled, but my fingers are crossed.
OT: Mike - What do you think of a UVCL run today?
Have a Happy Easter weekend all!
The next generation of indy winners!
There was an open test today at Indianapolis Speedway.
Here's the story:
Marco Andretti spins at Speedway
Associated Press
March 24, 2005
Marco Andretti, the 18-year-old son of IndyCar owner Michael Andretti, escaped injury after spinning on the first turn of his first practice lap today at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
"I'm just testing the limits," said Marco, grandson of former Indianapolis 500 champion Mario Andretti. "I'm not going to make excuses, but mainly we had a big understeer in the car and I was trying to actually get wheelspin to trick the thing around. I'm not used to this horsepower."
The youngest Andretti is a rookie in the Infiniti Pro series, the IRL's developmental program. The Infiniti cars are smaller and less powerful versions of those driven in the IRL's IndyCar series.
Driving a Dallara-Infiniti for Andretti Green Racing, the team co-owned by his father, Marco was first on the track and spun on the speedway's 2.6-mile road course during an open test.
He did not hit the wall, and came back later to finish 33 laps and post a top speed of 107.549 mph. That was the third-fastest time among 15 drivers.
"To be honest, it's the best car I've driven so far, obviously, but I think it's the most fun," Andretti said. "This morning was a little slick with the track temperature being so cold, but it came in a lot better."
Andretti will make his Infiniti debut April 3 in St. Petersburg, Fla., in the third of the series' 14 events this year.
Jeff Simmons, 16th as a rookie in the Indianapolis 500 last year, drove 65 laps and had the top speed at 109.064. Among the others on the track was rookie Al Unser, son of two-time 500 winner Al Unser Jr. and grandson of four-time winner Al Unser.
Like Andretti, it was the 19-year-old Unser's first time on the track where his family raced to fame.
"My impressions were basically the same as Marco's. It's lots of fun out there. It's just real slick," said Unser, whose top speed was 106.589. "That new asphalt right now is still really slick. Nobody's been on it. When I went out there and did my first lap, I was way sideways, too."
Other Infiniti series drivers testing included points leader Jon Herb, who has one victory this year; Arie Luyendyk Jr., son of two-time Indy winner Arie Luyendyk, and Marty Roth, 24th last year as an Indy 500 rookie.
No prob,
I am just happy to be back on-line.
Our internet access here at work was gone for some time.
I heard that the sale at scalecar.com is going very well, traffic has increased greatly!
Mike - that actually was my point in publishing those prices.
It is very expensive and they aren't going to take on any expenses that their income can't cover.
I have no doubt though, that as the company grows and the revenue starts rolling in, NASCAR is in the future.
I wouldn't be surprised to see them add a lesser know driver within a year and a half.
I just got internet access back.
So I wasn't able to trade today - ughh!
Mike - I think you are right, 10K next week along with guidance.
Anyone selling at these prices is going to regret it.
The future of MSEP is bright. IMO

Note to self: Buy 200k shares when you wake up.
So I just woke up.
No $ in the account.
Called the credit union.
My wire transfer doesn't go through until 2:00PM.
These bargain prices better hold until then.
Suggestion to everyone else - buy more shares!
Wait just one minute!
I see the pattern, new items added to salecars every 7 days. On Wednesdays.
I bet they are probably going to try and establish that pattern for driversdigs as well. Or weeks after races. Which are when?

Arie has a new pair of gloves listed on driversdigs. The ones that he wore this last weekend in Phoenix.
And just in case you wondered, they are $85, signed.
Those MOMO gloves retail for $83 - so they are definately not trying to rip anyone off.

mush - I think your recent purchase was perfect timing.
You stated that your gut told you to wait, but most of the time, as men, our gut feelings are wrong. Ask my wife - LOL
(Sorry for just assuming you are a man - your tone implies that)
I do think that this will hover in the mid .03's for the next few days. IMO next week will be a different story. I don't know when the 10K will come out, but Dave told me that the auditors have it now and as soon as they are done, he will file.
Dave has 9.6M restricted shares of MSEP.
All filings can be found at:
http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?company=Motorsports+Emporium&CIK=&filenum=&State...
Ragin- The shares that Dave owns are restricted, he can not unload them and cause the PPS to drop.
Mush - If you've done any DD on this I'm sure you can see this is not a "pump" stock. IMO - we will not see .02 again. And I am not trying to pump this up. By definition someone who pumps, eventually dumps.
Eric,
I am long on MSEP and have been feeling much the same as you.
I do know that I really have nothing to worry about though. I have spoken with Dave and Mark and know that they are working diligently at running this "NEW" business venture.
They are not going to stop working and give up because the share price has declined recently. They are working harder than ever to create a money making business. I think that as soon as the 10K comes out or the next PR, we will all be pleasantly surprised by what the company is doing.
The best thing to do at this point, IMO, is to buy more shares at these discounted prices.
Not pumping - that is my honest opinion about where this is going.
I recieved an email message that my funds will post tomorrow.
Along with a new email from Mark.
ScaleCars.com 9 Day Sale!!!
Until March 31, 2005, the first 100 orders at Scalecars.com will receive $10 OFF!
I know we got this before, but I am still impressed with the follow up/through of MSEP.
I was trying to get funds wired to buy 100K more before the close, but Ameritrade informed me that funds recieved after 1:30 will be credited the next day - dang. I'll get in tomorrow for sure.
My suggestion - Everyone do the same. :o)
Answers to questions from fans in the paddock at the first two IndyCar Series races:
How are pit locations (pit boxes) assigned?
They are assigned each race according to entrant points. The leader would have first choice and the remainder of the field would fall in line.
If an entrant has more than one car in the field, it can choose to average its points. As an example, Andretti Green Racing could take its average of drivers Dario Franchitti, Bryan Herta, Tony Kanaan and Dan Wheldon, or the drivers could fall in line individually.
Teams prefer to have their pit boxes near the exit of pit road. Fast getaways and all that, you understand.
I noticed that IndyCar (Series) cars are a lot more technologically advanced that NASCAR. Pit stop people don’t carry a tire jack. How does your work?
When an IndyCar stops in its pit stall, the pneumatic air jacks – front and rear – are deployed to lift the car for changing of tires. They’re like small pistons. When the pit stop person – known as the airjack man -- inserts the airjack nozzle into the receptacle located near the roll hoop, the 325 PSI of air makes the jacks spring up.
Of course, it’s important to let the air out of the jacks before leaving the pits.
- Dave Lewandowski
I don't get it.
What does the Bolinger Band tell you and how does it do that?
I'm fairly new to TA, any help is appreciated. TIA
I have been having problems at RB too. Reading posts that I see are there, but then they disappear. I don't get it.
I was looking at Torbay Holdings TRBY.OB
They are developing computer input devices for people with arthritis, last month they secured access to $1.65M to finance its expanding operations.
It closed at .085 - no change today.
Slowest posting day ever.
OT: 2 of my recent buys are up nicely today. UVCL and GWGO. Still hoping to see UVCL get above .03 :)
