Are you and Mike related?
Just wondering?
GLTA today
Goodnight Drat.
Check out what NITE did with MSEP:

This time I am really going to bed - lol
Mac the Knife-
I was reading posts from RB, you may notice I don't post there anymore, and I read this one that you wrote:
"Scale Car, Colorado
I can't post on IHUB as I used up all my posts for the day. Rest assured I am sending the email to Dave tomorrow to get to the bottome of all this dilution. I would appreciate it if you would stop with your insults and cussing on both boards and show a little respect to people with different opinions. And yes Colorado you are right, these are my opinions. You have had many posts with your opinions and I never jumped on you for them. So please lighten up on me. If you don't agree with what I say, tell me why and maybe I will learn something from you but please don't be snide about it. Fair enough?"
I have not cussed or insulted you, my point of stating that you were posting your opinion was to show that it should not be taken as fact. That is what many people seem to be doing. I don't want people thinking my opinion is fact either.
It is unfortunate when people start attacking each other personally over something so trivial, if my comment was taken as such, I am sorry. That was not my intent.
Good night to anyone still up with me.
Cass - You are correct, people are basing investing decisions here on rumors and theories.
With the next bit of news that is announced, there will be that much more interest in the company and we will all see that they are right on track to hit their goals stated in the original PR. "...revenues of $1 million to $5 million"
Now - everyone do your part and buy something from Ddigs or scalecars, what ever your preference.
Rich,
I think he was just trying to make his point that we were down 17% today, which I agree is frustrating, but like you, I think it is temporary.
Everyone is certainly entitled to their opinion. The theory of dilution, is just that, a theory.
It is still my opinion that Dave, Mark and Rhonda are doing everything correct, if they were ever to prove otherwise, you will know it.
Rhonda's form 3 filing today...
Fact - it was filed.
What is it:
S-3: This filing is the most simplified registration form and it may only be used by companies which have reported under the '34 Act for a minimum of three years and meet the timely filing requirements set forth under Form S-2. The filing company must also meet the stringent qualitative tests prescribed by the form.
S-2: This filing is an optional registration form that may be used by companies which have reported under the '34 Act for a minimum of three years and have timely filed all required reports during the 12 calendar months and any portion of the month immediately preceding the filing of the registration statement.
What does this show and prove? That Rhonda was issued 200K shares of restricted common stock and that the company is in compliance with all filing regulation.
No opinions - just the facts
Here is a link for anyone that would like to weed through the legalese of the SEC and read about the rules for filing beneficial owner forms:
http://www.sec.gov/rules/final/34-46421.htm
???? Once again this is all someone's opinion.
I am interested in facts, anyone have any?
Here's a good link to explain all forms that SEC requires:
http://www.gsionline.com/support/formtypes.html
Anyone who reads this post please notice that it is all In his opinion. Nothing has been proven to be fact one way or the other.
Everyone has their own opinion regarding the recent shake up in the PPS. My opinion is that weak hands are being taken out. As soon as that is finished happening, we will move forward again. The reason, because Mark told me, "It is business as usual" there.
That means they are continuing to work hard and bust balls to make this company into what they said they were going to.
No response to try and discredit my opinion is necessary. I believe what I believe, because I have spoken with the company. You believe what you believe for whatever your reasons may be.
Price erosion?
Granted it was up to .089 at one point, but as it has been stated in the past this is a startup company, barely 5 months old.
The price 5 months ago was .003. I still contend that they are doing everything correct and time will prove to be your friend.
Anyone that is down in funds will be upset, and may want to get out, I for one am looking at the bigger picture here.
As a startup they are doing extremely well. If revenues by the end of the year are as they plan, then in a year they can start to focus on getting into NACAR events and sponsorships. While riding the coattails of names like Luyendyk and Andretti. that is huge IMO
Too many people are looking to make a quick buck. Good stew takes a long time to brew. A good company will take time to grow.
I saw this on another board:
http://www.metricsmarket.com/results.asp?T1=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.scalecars.com&image1.x=0&image1...
There have been 14,900 visitors in the last 30 days.
I will check again in another 30 days to see what kind of an increase we get.
Nice picture of Bryan from yesterday:

And here he is leading the race:

One last one, here's Mario giving Marco some tips before he tested at the Indy Motor Speedway earlier this month:
http://www.motorsport.com/photos/ips/2005/gen/ips-2005-gen-bu-0108.jpg
Don't forget who Marco is related to.
Think about the fact that they formed a relationship with Marco Andretti.
One of the biggest racing names in history. Marco is still in high school. Do you think they went to his school and said, "Can we get Marco Andretti out of shop class and talk to him?"
I don't think so.
A sponsorship like that had to go through his father Michael, co-owner of Andretti Green Team, son of Mario. The Andretti's are not going to tarnish their good name by getting involved with a fly-by-night organization without a plan. IMHO
The future is bright.
Here's a nice story about Marco from the St. Petersburg Times:
Honda Grand Prix in St. Petersburg
Next Andretti finds fast way around
Marco Andretti's talent is evident quickly as, in his Infiniti Pro Series debut, he tops qualifying for today's race.
By MEYLA HOOKER
Published April 3, 2005
ST. PETERSBURG - Don't let Marco Andretti's baby face fool you.
The third-generation driver who looks 10, but acts 30, just turned 18 last month.
The son of IndyCar team owner and former driver Michael Andretti and grandson of Indianapolis 500 winner Mario Andretti, Marco makes his Infiniti Pro Series debut this weekend at the Grand Prix of St. Petersburg.
And on top of that he earned the pole for today's race at 93.472 mph in Saturday's qualifying. At 18 years and 20 days he's the youngest pole-sitter in the series' four-year history. A.J. Foyt IV was the youngest at 18 years, 44 days.
This is also Andretti's first year in cars.
Having driven go-carts since age 10, Andretti is accustomed to the attention his last name attracts. He has answered just as many questions about continuing the legacy as he has about actual racing.
"There's obviously the added pressure," Andretti said. "I'm not going to be able to escape it, so I just try to block it out. If you put that much pressure on yourself you may as well give it up."
Andretti captured his first professional championship last year by winning seven times in the Formula TR 1600 Pro Series. He also won the Skip Barber Formula Dodge Southern Series championship and the Skip Barber National Series.
The 5-foot-6, 135-pound native of Nazareth, Pa., wasn't always sure racing was his calling.
Andretti was thrilled when Michael and Mario fully supported his decision to take some time off to consider his future.
"That's when I knew," the younger Andretti said. "They both said it was completely up to me. They gave me space and never pressured me into racing. They let me fall in love with it on my own."
Racing is the only thing on Andretti's mind these days.
He will race in the Star Mazda Series, the Barber Dodge Pro Series and hopes to run in several Grand Am endurance events.
Regardless of the event, Michael and Mario are always on pit road keeping a close eye on their prodigy. But unlike Mario's handling of his son's career early on, Michael has chosen the hands-off approach; he says he doesn't coach Marco though Michael co-owns his Andretti Green Racing team.
"Marco has a huge pressure disadvantage," Michael said. "Not only (is he) the son of somebody who is pretty good at the sport, but the grandson of a living legend. When I go to a race, you don't even know I am there."
The younger Andretti already has the respect of fellow drivers.
"He comes from a good background," said Jeff Simmons, driver of the No. 24 car in the Infiniti Pro Series. "He's obviously got talent and they're doing the right things over on that team. It doesn't surprise me. I welcome it."
Andretti - a fan of hip-hop, Japanese food, MTV's Punk'd, Chris Tucker and Ashley Judd - says he likes being a normal teenager away from the track.
He just happens to be a teenager with a famous last name.
"I was driving in my truck a few weeks ago listening to oldies," Andretti said. "When I got into my dad's car later he was listening to rap. I couldn't help but smile. I guess I'm getting older. That's not such a bad thing."
Yes - a wait and see - while I buy more shares. LOL
I'm going to liquidate a couple of other holdings tomorrow - hopefully on an upswing of bottom feeders, then get more here.
I am still in disbelief that the PPS is this low.
Have a good night and a pleasant tomorrow!
Well - I look at it this way.
This is a brand new company (5 months old) and what they have accomplished in that time, IMO, is nothing short of incredible. They are working 70 hours/week, signing new drivers, with well known names, creating new websites. Driversdigs is small for now, but it will grow.
I think some people may just be expecting too much too soon, just MO.
viking - I'm not sure if Mike is around, but this is what I have learned from talking with Mark.
"The revenues that are created from the scalecars.com web site are going to be a small part of the total revenues for Motorsports Emporium."
I have no reason to doubt that what he said is not true. Stay tuned and IMO we will see another revenue stream added within the next couple weeks.
viking - I just returned rom a 3 day vacation and read through all the posts.
What do you mean by "PP" - I didn't see that anywhere.
I think so too.
It was frustrating to come home today, I left on Thursday, to see the share price back in the .02's.
I understand that there are a lot of people frustrated about the 10K, but to me it is pretty much what I expected. I am still long on MSEP and will buy up more shares at these ridiculously low prices.
I will have my million shares soon enough!!
Complete story on Andretti win:
http://www.indycar.com/pro/news/story.php?story_id=4301
If anyone wants to read, or it if hasn't been posted.
Look at who won, Marco Andretti.
Look at the finishers in the St Pete race. 1 - 4 all Andretti Green Team members.
Think that is a coincidence? IMO - not!
Andretti Green in 1-4 right now:
Kannan
Wheldon
Franchitti
Herta
Looks like Herta will settle for 4th place, AG team taking the race!!
Done - Surpassed matsura and in 5th - strong now
Andretti Green is awesome!
Damn - Herta has a loose car - hold tight!!
Herta now in 5th - Gotta love his driving!
Damn! dropped back to 6th now.
That will change
He's got to over take Matsura
Herta now to 6th place - Watch his next move
I have been gone since Thursday around noon.
What have I missed? LOL
Green flag out - Herta to 7
Now he is in 8th
Watch the running order change once again when the caution is out.
Herta moves up to 10th with Sheckter out of the race!
This street racing is where he is most comfortable too, He will finish in at least the top 5, IMO
1 message before I take off for the weekend.
The attorneys must start to Edgar the 10K by 1:00pm in order for filing to be on time today.
If not, they must file NT, and they get to charge MSEP another $300 as well as 10K filing fee...
Food for thought.
Thanks for the link. I'll check it out on Monday, I'm taking a weekend vacation to VA Beach with my wife.
About the turn signal thing - i don't know about that. i always use the correct one, when I moved here (Maryland) I noticed people don't even use them at all - LOL
LOL - Thanks for the advice.
It is my feeling that over the next month, the interest in Motorsports Emporium will grow exponentially.
I didn't see any posts regarding the tests that went on yesterday at Sebring so here's the "story":
Among the IndyCar Series teams testing at Sebring on March 29: Andretti Green Racing (Tony Kanaan, Dan Wheldon, Dario Franchitti and Bryan Herta), Rahal Letterman Racing (Danica Patrick and Buddy Rice), Delphi Fernandez Racing (Scott Sharp), Super Aguri Fernandez Racing (Kosuke Matsuura), Dreyer & Reinbold Racing (Roger Yasukawa and Jeff Bucknum), Panther Racing (Tomas Scheckter and Tomas Enge) and Target Chip Ganassi Racing (Ryan Briscoe).
Four days after participating in an Open Test on the road course at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, three Menards Infiniti Pro Series teams tested privately March 28 on the road course at Sebring. Sam Schmidt Motorsports drivers Jaime Camara, Chris Festa and Travis Gregg tested along with Marco Andretti of Andretti Green Racing and Marty Roth of Roth Racing.
I have 7 posts remaining. So I'm going to try and use them up.
If you go to the Andretti green web site:
http://andretti.cmagic.com/
You get a message that the web site is down for maintenance.
But, I was able to back in to the web site from a different URL and found that they have changed it quite a bit, and have now included all of the Andretti stuff under one "umbrella" site.
It is very cool:
http://andretti.cmagic.com/content/blogsection/6/28/
Look at all the different businesses that the Andretti's are involved with. I think the fact that MSEP is sponsoring two of the Andretti Green drivers is out of hand. If they could work out some kind of cross-promotional deal with Andretti Green...
Mark - Dave - Look at all the Bryan Herta products they have on the AG web site!
http://andretti.cmagic.com/component/option,com_phpshop/page,shop.browse/category_id,54df8233f1efcbd....
I'm a stinker, causing such a hullabaloo. LOL
I was looking through EDGAR at all the filings MSEP has made since December.
Anyone know who this is?
MOTORSPORTS EMPORIUM, INC. Rpt Per : INTERCONTINENTAL ASSETS CORP
5 3/11/05 File
Nevermind -I now see that the address listed for Intercontinental is the same as Brehm's, he has personal shares as well as shares though this company.
Mac, Mike, Coy, thanks for the info.
My "trading" style has been to buy and hold.
In the past few months since buying MSEP, I have sold stocks for the first time ever.
I sold SIRI at 9.00, ADSX at 7.00, ALVR at 13.50 - Luckily I got out of them all before they dropped to there current low prices. But it was just that - LUCK. That is the money I used to buy in here.
I know that trading takes a certain amount of time and skill, the skill - I think I can master, time is another thing - LOL
Okay, okay. You are right, I change my position.
I agree that traders help the stock.
They shouldn't have to leave.
I guess my main concern was what Mark said about traders calling to complain. Why would they do that? I can see calling as a concerned investor, but calling as a trader to complain to the company that they are not doing something to pump the price up is, in my opinion, just wrong.
And I made the statement without first thinking it out. Can I retract that?
Sorry to anyone that I may have offended.
I first invested at .005 and have added every chance I get since then.
I am actually considering using a portion of my holdings to do that as well.
The only problem is that I've never traded like that before and I'm not sure where to begin. Finding highs/lows/bases and all that is very new to me.
I've been incredibly lucky in the past year (turned $3000 into $11,000) with some of my picks and that's where I got most of the funds for my MSEP investment.
Anyone with trading tips - I'm wide open.
I was not aiming that comment at anyone imparticular.
Sorry if you took it personally.
The main reason for the comment is that "traders" were calling MSEP and complaining about the drop in SP.
Mark does not have time to field those calls. He told me he is happy to talk to "investors" about the company and the future. So in effect I feel traders should just do their thing, not complain, and then move on. Just my opinion.
Hello all, I arrived at work and went through the message boards. It seems as though RB folks are speculating about the 10K.
I just have to reiterate that the 10K is not going to show much profit. The focus of the 10K is going to be the cleaned up balance sheets from the formerly divested TenStix. The profits did not really start rolling in until after the end of the last quarter.
After the 10K is released there will be a guidance PR explaining the terms of the money situation set forth in the 10K.
Keep in mind, this is a brand new company as of the end of last year, just a few months ago. Traders are going to be making money off of this as the share price rises - so we will see drawbacks and corrections, as well as the MM games.
If you are a trader, please make your money and then leave. If you are an investor, sit back and enjoy the ride. Their will be ups and downs but in the long run we will be richly rewarded. IMO
If/when they stop shorting this or cover all their shorts, will it be removed from the sho list? Anyone know?
http://www.nasdaqtrader.com/aspx/regsho.aspx
Ahhhh! Green - that's what I like to see when I wake up.
Good volume today. And my Ameritrade account was upgraded for free!
LevelII without any cost!
