Interesting...
It looks like this is the holy grail...let's see if HYSR can be ahead of the game...
http://m.phys.org/news/2015-04-hydrogen-cheaply-electrolysis.html
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Good one....
I don´t see the day i can get rid of my 1M shares....i´m happy breaking even...
what happens tomorrow?
Wow....what a horrible list...
I think he is missing PRPM, VPOR, MINE, and a couple horrible ones there...
I don't think SLTD can compare with those stocks....
More toxic speculation can be unleashed anytime....investors BE AWARE!!!!!
First let´s see HYSR in $0.05...or even more!
...then we need the ok from blekko...he is the host!
If you nail this one....I will go to the Twin Cities to hold the first unofficial HYSR shareholders meeting (and strategy meeting...).
Cid will come along too...and PJM!
PJM,
This is my only concern (which I already brought up to blekko couple of times...).
How is it possible that HyperSolar is developing all of this core technology....with the small amount the spend in R&D?
Somebody else brought up the point that CEO makes way more money than the money they spend in R&D per year...
That is something that concerns me. I know it was brought up as a red flag also for SLTD in Seeking Alpha. By no means I'm saying SLTD or HYSR are scams or anything like that....it's just that I would love to understand why their biggest expense is not R&D.
I hope this makes sense.
Found below on the top of my Portfolio News on Etrade...nothing new but I thought is worth sharing (I believe it's just more exposure to new investors...).

Good analysis PJM!!!!!
Patience is still needed with this stock...I'm actually enjoying the ride since I discovered the stock several months back.
This is what I find funny/intriguing always with HyperSolar (and other OTC stocks)..."small amount of external voltage", "very high hydrogen production rate", "quite efficient", and "require just a bit more voltage".
So we pretty much don't know how close we are...seems close...but never quite there yet.
I just can't wait for the day I see a PR that reads the following:
"HyperSolar achieves the 1.5v needed to split water into renewable hydrogen fuel"
Good luck to all!
Sprech,
Any possibilities of having earnings released between Thursday and Friday??? Or we are sure they will be released around May 15th...
What are your thoughts on that?
I believe that would be a big bomb right there...we are carrying some momentum in the last four days...maybe it's the buy the rumor sell the news thing.
Pack your stuff....we are going to Russia Cid!!!!!
Plenty of Vodka there....you don't need a lot of things!
Pretty cool!
Ciiiiiiid.....to da moon!!!!!
Real voltage update should come near Summer....in a good note...finally some update from IOWA team (they do exist...).
I bet is a PR from Russia...with love...
Just kidding.
We should be getting something tonight. If another fluff...this this is going under $0.02. I hope it's not...
Relax yourself a little bit. You like it...good for you.
I agree 120%. I like SUNworks website a lot...
SLTD website looks exactly like HYSR, CABN and BSRC. Seems like managed and created by the same person or company. Very simple and not very modern websites...
yeah...pretty depressing...
Where are we in the patent review process?
Any news or idea how is that going? Also...any idea on when results will be released (if that is the case)?
More toxic speculation.
We need more facts.
Happy Friday Sgt.
Thank you! Awesome..
That´s what i read....where is that coverage? I can´t find it...
Is SLTD going to be able to hold gains tomorrow?
I haven´t read all the comments from today....but PR didn´t have any new info so I´m not sure it will hold. I hope it keeps going up....
Isn´t this what HYSR already does with the baggie system???
The proof of concept from HyperSolar already shows Hydrogen and Oxygen being separated...bubbles and stuff...
woooow...another company from the UCSB factory?????? BioSolar???
Are you kidding me!!!!! I´m not getting on this one....HAHAHHA too many breakthrough technology companies from UCSB....no wonder people thing all of this is a scam (i don´t believe it is....but i don´t blame them).
welcome to SLTWW world blekko!
BTW, i´m under 2M shares in HYSR....holding strong until we get to the moon!
Oooh got it. I read that too fast...
HYSR is due for some news...real ones...
Good job on those SLTD warrants...i strongly believe those will pay off in the long run. You can make money trading them...or executing them down the road...
You guys think we are going all the way to 1.5v? From 1.25v? Knowing this company a little bit...i think they are going to milk the news as much as possible...
I think they will be releasing news little by little. Voltage update for sure before summer...it's needed!
Are you still holding 8M shares?
For reals?
It´s 2015 out there blekko...
Those two voltage updates were from 2013...
PR night tonight????
Who knows.....maybe there is a surprise.
Well said. I doubt it too...
If somebody has a clear proof of this being a scam or fraud...please share the info. Just speculating or thinking is not enough (at least for me).
Is he still working/collaborating with HYSR?
That is the piece (among others) that I don´t like....nothing is clear about who is who in the company. Who is in...who is out.
No problem.
It was for sure an interesting end of Feb and whole March for SLTD....
Good luck to you in the other company you posted....I researched that one some time ago but I didn´t get in.
Let me help you whith some of your questions. Please double check the info since I may make a mistake here and there.
BTW you can check Sprech annotated chart...with most of the key dates...
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=112216413
With these dates you can go to StockCharts.com and really see the highs and lows for those days....and the gap between some of the days.
To your questions:
- FROM MOOONSHINE´s 36333 POST. The SLTD ticker closed Tuesday (2/24/2015) at about .18, and after the 26:1 split opened Wednesday (2/25/2015) trading as "SLTDD" (to indicate the split had occurred) at 6.50, reaching a high of 7.50 before consolidating and closing at 6.25, a remarkable one day gain on volume of 46 thousand shares. Post split, the total issued and outstanding common shares will be slashed from about 381 million shares to about 14.7 million.
- Reverse split was announced on 1/14/15. Reverse split completed on 2/25/2015.
- First day trading in NASDAQ was 3/4/2015. It was announced on 3/3/2015 together with a bunch of news: closing acquisition of MD Energy, Public Offering with Cowen, Q4, FY and 2015 estimations/guidance...
That day, 3/4/2015, the stock when from $5.70 (closing 3/3/2014) to $3.75 (3/4/2015 at opening) and $3.10 on 3/4/2015 closing.
Just as an advice...
Please keep in mind a lot of people have shares locked (people couldn´t trade for almost couple of weeks...some people at least). Also, SLTD had a clear purpose to reverse split = NASDAQ. There was a public offering at $4.15 in the very same day as going to NASDAQ....and the rest is history.
My point is....you need to know what the other company is doing....why...who....when....purpose....etc.
I hope this helps.
If any errors...please correct.
PS: all what happened is here...on this pretty chart...
hahahaha indeed sleeper....
