That's not how a courtroom works... Just because you have buds next to a tweed label, it doesn't automatically make it tweed product. That's my point. That's reality, that's law. Any lawyer with half a brain would argue that your pics raise a "reasonable doubt" of authenticity.
Yet you did not address the rebuttal I placed on you in regards to some unknown pictures on a website being inadmissible as evidence. Awesome...sound
First of all, the product is great.
Second, let's give you a lesson in law. No, your pics on a website would likely not be admissible as evidence.
You would need to prove those photos were of Tweeds product by having an officer of the court attend Tweed and snap certified true photos of the product. The problem with your pictures is that how can one prove those pictures are from the product contained within the container shown in the photo? Any lawyer or person familiar with the court process would know this.
Third, the visual aspect of the product is completely irrelevant. The debatable aspects of the product will be about its medical compounds. It doesn't have to look pretty to have the same, if not better, effect of the same product you grow at home.
You are clearly unaware of the evidentiary process.
Makes me feel even more comfortable being invested in a company that has secured two licenses and two facilities.
Please provide some evidence to suggest that very few doctors are signing patients.
Really? They were selling out of everything. Now they have a good supply. Who says nobody is buying expensive strains? Please provide proof.
Not too late! You'll still do better on an entry today then most of us longs.
I would strongly disagree that it would take 5yrs. If the liberals were to get a majority under Justin Trudeau, it is one of his party platforms.
As always, thanks for the DD carp
Supply definitely. That's increasing daily.
That article is from May. Lots of progress since then.
Well, Tweed does have a couple CBD strains. Argyle and Nova. Argyle is 4THC and 5CBD... Really great strain.
Nothing but positive things from me as well.
CC's are 24/7 365????
Well, in the article he flat out denies that one has anything to do with the other.
I don't fully believe that. IMO it's partly due to the connection AND for the reason stated, that he does startups.
Would make sense.
Well, seems to be holding around $2.5 for now. I'd say anything under $3 is good, but today's prices are a steal. Institutional investors bought 5million shares at a DISCOUNT of $3.20.
Again, this is called investing.
1-3 per day sounds more like it.
"In 2013, the last full year under the old system, licensed patients were consuming 17.7 grams of pot per day even though it's believed they only needed between one and three grams daily. "
There are clinics opening up all over. Cannibinoid (spelling) Clinic in Toronto. That's all they do.
I know more and more ppl each day speaking to their doctors. 3/4 so far had no issue. Gave a license for anxiety. The patient list definitely growing. No doubt.
If I had to take a guess, I would say in the 1000-2000 range. I know a lot of people are using them and I know of numerous that have submitted applications.
I can't back up the guess with anything.
LP applications up, but approvals low.
http://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/medical-marijuana-licence-applications-up-but-approvals-slow-1.2752955
I thought this was interesting:
"Some 13 licensed producers are actively providing medical marijuana to patients, while another nine Health Canada-approved producers are about to market their products.
Just two new licences were issued in the last three months, raising questions among applicants about why the department's approval process is so slow.
As of August, some 9,448 clients had registered under the new system to order medical marijuana from the newly licensed commercial producers."
Yup. And invasive
If you read earlier posts, you will know I waited NO time. As a vet I was fast tracked.
As for my current status, I am under no obligation to disclose this to you, and so I won't.
MMJ is not a life or death medicine. You can go a day or two without it. Further, there will likely be no more supply issues now that they have a steady flow and several rooms.
Further, you are not the ambassador for the entire Canadian MMJ market. Just because you see it one way, the rest don't have to agree. I am in favour of the MMPR and have no issues as of yet. Quality, shipping, customer service have been far better then some seedy compassion club in the ghetto.
Don't tell me what I want. I'm actually more comfortable with the current system. Did you stop and think that maybe I don't want to be seen purchasing this medicine?
Post of the day.
Have you started posting on other boards yet?
Surfer, it's called investing. You are trying to gamble.
Keep up the good work Carp. Thanks for your efforts.
That was my understanding.
When I launch my Scotia iTrade, it lists TWD, and says TWJMF on grey market.
Feeling good. Good conference call. Feel very positive moving forward.
Q2 is not shabby.
These guys did tons of construction and expansion projects. Not sure why there's ANY surprise of a loss. You can't do that much work and takeovers and expect to make a profit on 2 months of sales. If I'm not mistaken, the loss was expected.
Number of registered patients: Something to consider here guys and gals. The turnover rate will be high IMO. A lot of people are getting Rx for "Anxiety, PTSD" and I would imagine that, like any other drug, doctors may want to avoid prolonged use. The maximum allowable renewal is 1yr at this time. Yes it would be nice to get a sense of how many patients, but I don't know if the number itself should be relied on to heavily. All IMO.
Where the heck did all these trolls come from! How can you compare this company with an OTC penny move?????
Carp, it would be nice to see some of the posts that are in direct violation of the board rules, removed. Chanting about chocolate bars, birds and sole content of "come buy fitx".
Long and strong.
Prices are shown when I log in.
I'll try and post them on here if I can. Otherwise, PM me your email and I will send them to you. I can't PM as I've got a free account.
VAPORIZER PRICES:
Exclusive prices for Tweed clients.
Arizer Extreme Q: $135 CAD + Hst
Arizer Solo: $135 CAD + Hst
Volcano Medic: $545 CAD + Hst
I've been meaning to grab a Solo, it's a great price. Free shipping, like everything else they sell :)
Great company, had a few minor hiccups and are operating smooth now. Great customer service, great product.
The reality is, no one knows what will happen tomorrow. If we did, we'd all be billionaires and not posting on Investor Hub.
Any smart investor will tell you to diversify. Don't put all your eggs in one basket. If you have doubts, sell off some fit and put some here or another sector altogether.
You'd be hard pressed to find any investor who hasn't lost a bit of money, and that's where diversifying comes in. Make up for losses in another stock.
I have heard the same. They count as being "LP's", while not licensed to sell commercially (and quite possibly, not even interested in doing so). imo
This is a Tweed board.
That said, it's not the first time he's said that and not the first time he has mislead investors. The guy has been consistently unreliable. If your gut is telling you it's shady, it probably is.
I see this as a positive actually. It shows the ethical and responsible nature in which the LP's operate. They found an error and took the responsible steps to correct it. The fact that they have a process to find mould and bacteria makes me even more confident in the MMPR. I'd find it hard to believe that there's a CC that would recall product, let alone have a sophisticated process to identify an issue.
Thank you for sharing this! Seems like you are finally coming around and can see the benefits of this system. Good to have you on board.
Hmmmm, Paid Basher.... sounds like someone whose articles we've all read and frequently writes for Stockhouse... cough cough
It sounds like in due course this will be the case. Once all the bureaucratic crap is sorted out (HC reviews of packaging, ingredients, quality control etc).
