True enough. Really didn't think of Twitter as a 'real' advertising medium but I guess exposure is exposure. Did he promote ASFX on Twitter? All I saw was the EFUL promote. Which given the adult website that EFUL is pushing kind of made since.
I didn't say that YOU posted their private business. What I said... put another way... is that if they want to share their personal lives to the public then that is THEIR business or their right to do so. I agree that it doesn't look good for them professionally but Twitter is not a professional medium and I'm not going to judge someone in that way. I know quite a few very successful straight up businessmen that are "party animals". Does that make them any less of a success? No.
That is brand new Good find! Happy to see they are adding new products to their line. I wouldn't mind having one of those for myself! LOL
That is interesting and does reflect a bit about their personal lives. Being from the South myself, in the heart of the Bible Belt, I understand where you are coming from but I don't, however, see how it is relevant to ASFX or any of their business dealings. Business people have personal lives and like to have a good time too. As unprofessional as posting their personal business on the internet is, it is after all their business.
OK. That makes sense. Thanks.
A little confused about the A/S and O/S stuff.
Does the 2.5B A/S really mean anything if they are not all in play? If the SP picks up at some point, couldn't they just simply reduce the A/S without a R/S?
Does the O/S number include shares held by the company. Is it ever the case that a company will just buy back shares without a R/S. Anyone know what the current O/S number is?
TYIA
Y'all are confusing the crap out of me.
The actual statement was...
"The Company (via its Kidz-Med subsidiary) retains the right to market Thermofocus thermometers to select retailers in the United States. Management believes that this settlement will enable ASFX to continue to expand with a secure source of product and in renewed cooperation with Tecnimed."
Agreed that there isn't much information there but it's not necessarily a negative statement. This could very simply mean that they retain what market that they have always had. The last sentence sounds very positive to me.
Now that they have this lawsuit "monkey" off of their back, maybe now they can focus on growth.
Based on ASR Q1-Q3 2008 unaudited statement, sales were $575,836. If they had no additional growth in Q4 and just add again Q3 sales to the total, that would put 2008 sales @ $793,683.
That 8 million number is how far up the ranking chart it has moved, not the % increase in traffic. It's up 400% in traffic.
Those numbers are quite amazing really... and actually at time of this posting they are even better. It's now climbed over 12 million in rank and is up by 700%.
I so wish I could buy some of this! Gonna have to go dig through the couch and see if any change turns up. :-/
I'm a little confused about the reverse split speculations. Is a reverse split necessary and how does benefit the company? 500M A/S doesn't seem like that many to me. If they do RS does that mean that their A/S is reduced by the same factor?

So much to learn.
Manti,
Thanks for that...might explain a lot. Do you know the the original message date of that?
I don't know much about shorting stocks but wouldn't contributing to the downfall of a SP to cover a short be illegal?
When you consider the revenue postings for Q3 08 with practically no advertising and the fact that this company is still in its infancy, that is really not much debt IMO. I doubt there are many companies that run without debt. In fact, the company I work for is currently running with $30M debt and based on our size and revenue it is considered practically none. Granted we are vastly larger than ASR but still I think it's all relative.
Point being, if ASR gets a little momentum going through whatever means and sales revenues continue to pick up as it did from 07 to 08, the debt they are carrying now will become insignificant as will these low SPs.
Awesome! Thank you.
Thanks Manti but I'm not looking for instructions on how to post charts. I'm looking for information on how to read and understand them! LOL
Can someone point me to the software that makes these charts? And..umm...a "...For Dummies" book.
I'm REALLY not sure what to make of THAT chart.
I'm not sure what to make of that chart.
That's interesting that he would send you that since that is what most here assumed and posted. Does that mean he reads this board? If so, then he is well aware of the need of a PR to keep us investors happy.
On a separate note... does anyone have any idea what percent of the company we (on this board) represent?
C'mon guys. Doggone's posts are negative biased and it is frustrating to continually see negativity towards something for which we all have high hopes. I do think that those posts are needed though (within reason) to help offset the "rose colored glasses" effect and to offer a reality check. It motivates all of us to back check each others DD. Please, let's not make this personal or a flame board.
Regardless of all the negativity, I continue to have high hopes for this company. The reason I like it today is the same reason I liked it to start with and I don't see that changing any time soon. I will continue to buy shares when I can and plan on having them for a while.
My appreciation to everyone here with the help and information.

SirJoke seems quite informed. Any way one of you guys could contact him and see if he might have any new information?
Again... can someone please explain what just happened. TYIA
Wasn't it $2 after the split. And from $2 to $70... isn't that a 3500% increase?
Looks like there was ~800k orders filled right before mine.
Yep. Full order filled @ 0.0007.
Correct. Cant place a market order for pinks. I did just remove the "all or none" requirement so maybe I'll pick up a few. Noticed that volume has gone up @ 0.0007 already so I might have missed out.
Figures. Weird though... I haven't had this problem before.
Yes. 1.5M - All or None
E*Trade
Just noticed that. Still waiting on mine.
What does that imply?
Yes. It's just sitting there waiting to fill. I guess nobody selling?
Well, I just put a bid in at the ask. Not really sure why I can't buy at the current price but I admit... I'm a noob.
So is it smart for us to not buy at this price or does it not matter?
Sorry for the noobish questions.
For my education... Could someone briefly explain what it means by no volume today at 0.0006? Does it mean that nobody is selling at that price? TYIA
RE: Ele and Lazar are one person...
I found this. May be old news, may be fabricated. I thought it was interesting though.

No need to apologize... I didn't take it personal. I was just curious to see an optimistic possibility to offset all the doom and gloom... no matter how remote. However, I do realize the reality of our current position.
Admittedly, I haven't done my DD on ASFX, so what you are posting is informative to me and I appreciate it. I just wish that your posts were more positive. But I guess if the information that you find is positive then they will be.
Actually, I was asking for opinions based on the positive hypothetical questions I asked. Wasn't really looking to be shot down. Thanks for the response though.
Agreed. $10/share does seem a bit much at this point in time but I wouldn't say "never"... how about very improbable.
Just for fun and pure speculation though, what if...?
- Products gets picked up my Wal-Mart and other major distributors?
- ASR starts releasing positive PR and positive financials?
- ASR uplists and draws attention of major investors?
- ASR acquires more holdings with similarly innovative products?
Where do you (everyone) see this stock going?
