Fivestar - a poster asked if there was any news from the tutorials and you responded with a court document from Toy. Why is it trivial to ask if there was any information from SOLM's expert witness?
You also made a point of the Toy of expert witness's compensation. I merely asked why it was relevant to SOLM and you didn't answer my question.
FWIW I'm a buyer again in the .002's if you's like to sell me some shares. :)
Fivestar if you have access to the court documents, shouldn't there be something from SOLM's testimony? Imo opinion Toy's compensation of its expert is fairly irrelevant to SOLM's defense. I assume you are pointing out the litigation costs. Perhaps you can find out what SOLM is paying their "expert" if you keep digging for comparison.
You are being disingenuous again fivestar if you agree 100% with cargo haulers last post. He is making a lot of assumptions, mostly negative as usual. No poster on IHUB knows what SOLM's price will be if or when they actually do the reverse split or what will happen with the restructuring of their debt. Today and the next few weeks should be interesting. The current negative environment surrounding SOLM could start to improve dramatically in the short term if just a few key decisions align in their favor. I am impressed with the current legal team.
ATAIMO
Joseph Diamante and team with SS&L look impressive.

It's interesting that they are newly hired team for SS&L just in time for a big litigation case against Toyota.
This is impressive for FWB&B. 203 for visibility out of 199,240 firms.

Thanks for the update Fivestar. FYI here's a list of Stroock & Stroock's intellectual property clients.

and a list of FWB&B clients.

It would be nice to know how successful SOLM representation has been in this area. If any attorneys are lurking that know something about the caliber of SOLM's legal team, please speak up.
If you didn't sell a single share on the trip to .015 from .002, what is it I am supposed to learn for you exactly?
You are still talking from both sides of your mouth fivestar. Pinkies are just less transparent ie nonreporting but that doesn't mean they are more deceptive. You'll find as much, if not more, deception in reporting .ob stocks aka pump and dumps.
Saying nothing until you have something true to report is not being deceptive.
Having said this, I still hope that SOLME will report and remove the 'e'. If not, your characterization is still inaccurate. The worst thing about .pk's is that the MM's can be even more deceptive, not the companies.
That is just your conjecture at this point Cargo. SOLM will recieve an E designation and have an additional 30 days to file their report. If they do so, they will remain in compliance with the otcbb.
"When an OTCBB company fails to file its reports on time, the NASD will add a fifth letter "E" to its four-letter stock symbol. The company then has 30 days to file with the SEC or 60 days to file with its banking or insurance regulator. If it's still delinquent after the grace period, the company will be removed from the OTCBB."
SOLM is negotiating with its creditors on restructuring its balance sheet. They will not file a 10K until the restructuring is complete.

Thanks for the sticky Fivestar. You surprised me.
Cargo - There may be multiple ways for SOLM to repay or restructure their remaining debt. Credit markets are unfreezing. SOLM may have access to government funds or even contracts for their electric wheel technology. Or certainly they may sell additional stock after the reverse split.
The reverse split is still a couple of months off (unless we hear something different) and the company could decide not to pursue it, though I don't see that as likely. Yes they could go bankrupt or they could survive and eventually thrive. I will wait to hear from the COMPANY, not an unknown poster on the IHub board for my decisions.
If you continue to repeat yourself, I will put you on ignore because nothing you say is new and it's being repeated for emphasis and influence imho.
You enjoy repeating yourself don't you? Thanks for the drama. SOLM is green today and the financial report should be out soon along with some updates. I think I'll wait to hear from the company.
Does Ihub have an ignore feature?
Thanks fivestar. Has anyone contacted the transfer agent recently to get an updated number of the OS?
Fivestar - What was the approximate amount of debt remaining to be paid to the debenture holders at the end of the last report? TIA
I think the original offer for Technipower was too low. Approximately what SOLM paid for the company in 2006. It continues to get contracts and has recently introduced a new product line. So I have to ask myself why would SOLM sell Technipower unless the sale price would give them quite a bit of breathing room? Seems like Techipower should be worth at least 50% more than the offer. And there is the issue of a corporate name change to Technipower looming.
I'd like to see some significant contract news.
From the 9/08 quarterly filing:
"The increase in our revenues is attributable principally to improved results of our Power Electronics Division, including the introduction by Technipower of its Cobalt15 line of power solutions to enhance its legacy product lines, and the addition to this Division of Deltron’s revenues. We believe that revenue of the Power Electronics Division will continue to equal or exceed those of previous quarters."
Yes it was. I'm glad you've stopped whining constantly.
Let me guess. You're going to post the buy to sells since we're up today. Will Ben's settlement post return soon?
I think the reverse is highlighted in the Ibox. But keep repeating it as if you feel most of the posters here are too dumb to read.
LOL! That DD is fairly well understood by most here. I don't see any new boardmarks yet.
Cargo - are you and Five doing a "bad cop - good cop" routine?
LOL! Kitty have to agree with you. Good observation that it's now missing.
I think we know the debt holders are selling. I guess maybe they might like higher prices than .002. How high is the question?
I thought Cargo Hauler was making a call yesterday for the the .000X's. Did he forget about the meeting today?
Fivestar - maybe I missed it but where is the post that said you sold any shares?
TIA
Fivestar - In your own profile "Can't win if ya don't play". Are you calling bankruptcy for SOLM? Straight up dude.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/profile.asp?user=65265
Fivestar - I have never said you were smoking anything. You seem to want to discredit others after you have been discredited for pumping at much higher prices and leading others to a big loss.
What's the current marketcap if all A/S are sold here? 1M. What was the last contract value? 500K.
Ben - You've been fairly quiet. Any particular reason?
Fivestar - Amazing that SOLM would have a problem during the 4Q and WORST CREDIT CRISIS in a CENTURY! And yet revenues during the WORST CREDIT CRISIS, will still be UP 22% for the year to approx 10M.
SOLM's marketcap (if all 200M of the rest of the A/S shares were sold at these levels) would still only be 1.5M.
My SOLM glass looks more than half full given the future challenges and SOLM's position in alternative energy segments.
Fivestar - $7K is still more than twice $3K. At these levels the dollar amounts are small which was my point several posts ago. Maybe the debt seller will start dumping hard again and make you and Cargo both happy.
Strong volume for "just a chart player" at over twice the 10 day average volume. Hope they bring a few more. Only a few days left until some news.
Orders are in. :)
Fivestar - when do you expect the next round of dilution? There are still 200M shares that can be sold.
I'm thinking of doubling up my shares at .001?
Fivestar - I stand corrected. Obviously you know that no one ever sold C AIG BAC or pulled money out of their mutual funds before the 2008 bear market.
What do those companies have to do with SOLM though?
Fivestar - In the recent bear market many stocks have proven to be bad investments. The ones you mentioned have been around for years though and many people probably did retire more wealthy by investing in them over the years.
I wish all investors in SOLM the best and look forward to some news (hopefully positive) soon.
Fivestar - If they don't scrap their plans, I assume you will be selling at a loss then.
Fivestar - let's revisit your NEVER NEVER NEVER post in a year. Current price is .0034 or .34 after the reverse split. Do I have your word?
Fivestar - unless you sold under .0063 I doubt I bought any of your shares.
You don't need to explain anything to me. I would like an answer to my earlier question. Are you holding on to your remaining shares and hoping for a miracle here or just trying to buy a larger stake at lower prices?
Fivestar - There were 500M A/S with DILUTION happening when you were pumping SOLM from .007 to .02. An additional 80M - 100M shares were sold into the recent runs. Share O/S went from around 200M to 300M. Now you're worried about dilution? That's a bit funny. A reverse split is not dilutive in itself. Only dilution is.
I don't see how you can't see the difference between a 4M marketcap and a 1M marketcap.
