Hey bucks ..... I can' speak for anyone else but rest assured that you're not going to shake any of my shares loose for you to pick up cheap. BTW ... I'm more than happy with what's transpired with Spooz and 141 as I've tripled my investment to date.
There's always people willing to buy the latest and greatest. Take a look at things like I-Phones and other high tech electronic products.
Clipped.... I "was" for a while and them bailed to aquired funds for another venture. I may be kicking myself in the butt later but right now the other venture looks good too.
Birdito ...I'm always waiting to hear what other, more knowledgable, people had to say about Spooz or investing. Being a novice at this the more I learn the faster I get promoted from novice to ..... hummmm what's the next step up ... novice first class?? Thanks to you, wing and others for sharing what you know with the rest of us.
Maybe the Bears and Giants will meet in the playoffs this year!!????
Birdito and wing ... Thanks for your views. I hope you didn't take my post wrong. I was just trying to say that on one hand Spooz has soo much to offer that I hope Paul picks a good Reader's Digest condensed version to pass along and on the other hand.. Spooz has so much to offer!!
I also didn't realize that Spooz had a booth. I guess I should have known that there wouldn't be just a 20 minute presentation. It'll be interesting to hear the results of both the presentation and the attendance at the booth.
Spooz... long and strong!!
I keep wondering how Paul and CO. will be able to explain ALL the features, functions and potential of Spooz & 141 Capital in 20 -25 minutes. I guess some companies should have that problem huh?
wing .. One of the good points about Spooz is that it keeps falling into stronger and stronger hands so flippers and MM will have less and less control!
You're worse off than I am cyclone101. I got in at .0008 and added some more at.0004. However I plan to hold for the long term and either go down with the ship, which IMHO I don't see happening or revel in the gradual upswing in the PPS. I feel there's too much government attention given to alternive energy for LLEG to just fold. Politians are to the point where they can't just talk the talk!!!!
All of course my opinion.
Maybe the "One Ring to Control them All"? That would be all encompassing sort of like the Star Trek orb.
Basser1 ..... I've read the books and own The Lord of the Rings movies. I watch them a few times a year. My adult daughters are BIG Harry Potter fans. I think there may be a huge following for Harry Potter maybe more so than for LOTR.
Harry Potter would probably be a difficult license to aquire as would LOTR. JK Rowling may be a hard sell and JRR Tolken passed away in 1973.
Sure would be big sellers though!!!
Bee ... Thanks again .... I guess that'll go down as another mystery left unsolved.
BTW... How are you holding up now that your Duster isn't around?
Jenny .... Did I miss the answer to my question to you? I asked what was the question that you asked Paul.
Thanks .... It wasn't like it was a very large number of shares. You don't happen to know why they do that do you? I guess I'll just have to keep that in mind.
Maybe they're just bullheaded!!!
Jenny, If you don't mind me asking, what was the question?
Bee.. Were you try to buy with an all or nothing? I tried that the other day and my order sat for hours as others were filled. I took the AON off and my order was filled in less than a minute. I don't understand why but it has happened before on other stock purchases.
Snow ..... Please read and heed. Thank you.

I'll vouch for soupcan. He's no trouble maker and puts together good posts when he get's to know the stock he's in.
Jenny ...... Since you say you're pro Spooz, although your post usually don't indicate that, I'd be interested in all the positive things you have to say about your investment.
As I said yesterday.... It looks like some high school kid's shop project!!! LOL
Ya got my vote MC!!! Hopefully, when it does happen, it would be more than just an announcement on Spooz's and 141 Capital's participation in the EXPO next week!
I'm a patient man and am not planning to bail out on this investment.
Holy crap .... That looks like something a high school kid would make in shop!!!!!
I'm thinking another e-mail to Spooz may answer your question(s). Please post your response. "I" certainly will be anxiously awaiting their response!!!
Hey MNM ...... Hope you're feeling better!!! Maybe some Spooz news will help you on your road to recovery!!??
My opinion is that you are more fortunate than some as you have not yet been banned.
I snapped up a few extra this morning. Should have a few more dollars in my account hopefully tomorrow!
Logic says it should increase slightly... However when dealing with pinks, logic goes out the window.
JMHO........
Thanks again allie.. and ditto my comment from the 141 Capital site.
Keep up the great DD!!!
Thanks Allie.
Now I wonder what sort of fault certain posters here will find with this?
I understand what you're talking about cyclone...
I sometimes have a great disdane for a judicial system that let's crap like this drag out.
I still feel that.. To the victor goes the spoils... Might is right ... and I will crush all that dare to oppose me!!!!
But hey, that's just me!
Maybe ...
But isn't that a kinda backhanded victory?
Yeah,OK, after dragging this out and making you spend a lot of money on legal fees, I guess it'll be OK to build the plant here. But just don't sue us to recupe any of those fees!!!!
I'm a vengeful type person and would want to crush any and all that oppose me!!!! Oh, sorry, I got carried away there!!!
I am vengeful but sometimes discretion is the better part of valor!!!
Very nice and well thought out post boca_bobby.
I whole heartedly AGREE!!!!
Actually bucks...
Speaking for myself, I have no reason to be disbelieve the Spooz PRs and to think that all the e-mail responses from Paul and Daryl are untrue.
You are correct that the stock needs some more positive PRs and financial data to propel the PPS upwards. Yet I believe that Paul and company have a well thought out plan to make this happen.
A few things have happened along the way to change the projected course of the company like 141 Capital startup, large amounts of investment from other companies, believing that releasing to professional institutes was the better way to start, ect. I feel the original course is still being plotted but there has been a few scenic stop offs along the way so far.
Well folks....
Time for this old guy to head to bed. I've been up since 4am.
I'll be back tomorrow for more stimulating Spooz and 141 discussion. Keep the uninformed and misinformed at bay tonight. Maybe after a good night's rest those people will realize that they are not so special as to be supplied with insider information. When the time comes for the news, it comes.
Of course I have a feeling that some visitors here will find fault with any PR that comes out. Hummmm, I wonder why????
Good night friends.
Jenny .....
What make you think that you (please don't include me in your statements when you say we) should be privy to information before it's ready to be released?
ie " We just don't know anything."
Maybe a call to Spooz is in order for you to seek out the information you so desperately think you're entitled to.
BTW... When you get your response I'm sure "I" would appreciate reading it!
Feel better knowing that Duster
feels no pain and is waiting for you in whatever afterlife there may be. As far as the part about getting over missing your "friend" ... It never and should never end!
milo3... I can't PM....Thanks but ...
That was gbathat's post that I only reposted. He did all the work and deserves the credit.
Gbathat's Spzi vs 141 Capital investment logic.
For those who have not read all the Spooz post today I offer Gbathat's analysis on whether to purchase more Spooz shares or to wait for the 141 Capital offering.
buying more spzi vs buying 141
thanks for the reminder gmenfan! I meant to put some numbers together for this
Okay, let's pretend I have 10 grand to invest in spzi or 141 right now (how I wish that were true!). Hmmm, how to decide...
First, I need to make a whole bunch of assumptions.
1. Spzi owns 33% of the 141 o/s (a slightly conservative assumption based on Allie's estimate from her dd).
2. 141 projects that it will make 10 mil in net profit in its first year
3. Any increase in value of 141 shares can be translated as revenue for spzi because they own 120 million shares
Scenario 1: I buy 1,000,000 shares of spzi with my 10 grand (at the current bargain price of a penny per share)
In the not so distant future, 141 goes public with an estimated o/s of 360 million shares- thus, based on assumption 2, the earnings per share would be .027, and with P/E of 10, would give a $0.27 per share (that would be sweet!!). This is a high share price, and it will be set initially by the private investors' valuation of the company (edited: and the negotiating between them and 141- either way, the market should shortly reflect the value of the company after it goes public).
n this situation, spooz would get revs from 7% of SWARM net profits (~ $1 mil, since 141 would net 10 mil, though I don't know what the profit margin will be for 141), plus $0.27 times 120,000,000 shares = $32,000,000.
$33 mil revs for spzi, divided by 1.5 bil o/s, multiplied by a profit margin of 0.8 and a P/E of 10 (both estimates), yields a pps increase for spzi of $0.176... that would be sweet.
So my 10 g's invested in spzi would give me $166,000- just based on 141 associated revenues.
Now the key question is- can the increasing 141 share value be considered sustainable revenue, thus truly impacting the valuation of spzi shares. I say yes, because I believe 141's revenues will continue to grow by the very nature of the business. As their capital to trade increases, their revenues will increase.
Okay, SCENARIO #2-
I hold my 10 g's until 141 shares are available for public purchase. What will the 141 share price be at that point? I think it will already reflect the 141 revenue projections and associated valuation of the company by private investors who get the first crack at the shares. Based on assumption #2, this could be $0.27 cents, but let's say the private investors get a heck of a deal and are willing to sell shares for 1/10th of that price, thus enabling me to buy 400,000 shares.
If the 141 pps shoots up to $0.27 right away, then I make $97,200. However, I think this scenario is very unlikely. 141 is not going to sell for such a low price to private investors, and even if they did, the private investors would likely not sell for such a low price based on their own valuations of the company.
So for me, the answer is to buy spzi. Especially since this comparison only considered spzi's 141-associated revenues.
-------------------------
Now someone responded to one of my previous posts that playing spzi in the short term makes sense since the 141 share price will add considerably to spzi value in the short term. However, I think 141 will continue to grow at a high rate for a long time, and if the share structure stays in tact, which it should since they'll probably be profiting out of the gate, it will enhance spzi value tremendously.
all my opinions on a very complicated topic, and any logical criticism is encouraged for the benefit of the board.
i am not a financial expert, or anything close, so do not base your investment decisions on my opinions and assumptions.
good luck to all.
gbathat
pete ... and everyone that has pets.
Always be sure to be there with them at the end ( if possible ). You'll feel better later on that you were.
Bee ....
Sorry for your loss and trust that Duster enjoyed a full and happy life.
I hear you my friend and sincerely hope that you are correct. No more 58 hour weeks; I'll just be sitting at my cottage on the lake watching the boats go by and the waves roll in!!!!
