"8,525 shares @ an average of $0.1656 and im not ready to sell."
Text 'long' to 46800.
"This is not really true about being our voice to Ike, as he already refused to forward some very important questions to Ike that most all of us would like answered."
Inaccurate AND illogical. That he doesn't forward everything on this board, or from anywhere else for that matter, does not prove that it "is not really true about being our voice to Ike."
" I will check back with you by the end of the week.. '
I'll be here all week! Albeit with fewer shares than I began with. DM** is more 'fun' with an equally murky story!
"Nice try, huge volume hitting the exits lol.
Try buying like 250k here, think they will give it to you?'
HUH? What 'try'? I'm just saying that the news about the attorney(s) is not sufficiently 'good' to drive the stock pps up.
"Blackhawks, you used to contact co.
Directly and have you given up now
completely ?'
Yes, I have, for all of the reason you've read in my recent posts.
ACLH operates in a different 'space-time continuum' where the word 'soon' has a far different meaning than it does here on planet earth.
"I dont care how many meeting they need as long as they are meeting to get action items with real intent.'
First of all ACLH is NOT a 'large ship' that should find it diffficult to to make decisions or change course
IF shortly after the suspensions they had decided to pursue getting off the grays then any good news or new business surprises might have impacted a tradeable stock, which would have been to the benefit of both the comapny and its shareholders.
Dual track stategy, address SEC issues AND pursue "escape from the grays" simultaneously. Claiming that they need some kind of 'clearance' from the SEC before trying to get off the grays is ridiculous, as the SEC doesn't provide such rulings and ACLH knows that.
"It depends on how long they acn hold off the contract PRs...."
That's become a convenient excuse for not communicating with shareholders. There have been gray market stocks that have traded with sufficent volume and at mutiple pennies. Just a tip, if in your meeting next week you are told that either no decision has been made on a strategy to get off the greys or that they're going to meet agains to discuss it, you can pretty much write off the credibility of ACLH as it pertains to concerns for its shareholders.
"Thanks for your intellect, ratso."
LOL! Teddy, will you be my 'avatar'!?
"Opposing ideas are fine and I support them.'
Apparently you don't suport counter arguments to your inferences.
Deleting posts is a sign of weakness. But have at it.
"Here ya go try this for some fun:"
Thanks anyway, but I'll await a reply from some 'fresh eyes'.
" I am very use to reading very long, dry and complex documents, you know, lots of tiny words, and deciphering them, determining the intent and whittling them down into something I can work with..."
Are you able to discern/infer anything with regard to the treatment of the common stock from your close readings?
"When someone attacks one or more members personally rather than the content of that Member's message."
However, too often on this board the critique of the quality of the analysis or the reliability of the information in a post is misconstrued as a 'personal attack' or an 'insult'.
You do see the free speech problem here don't you? You seem quick to take personal offense when it is your analysis that is being challenged.
"Some I have spoken to about the situation favors the commons remaining. I trust them, that's why I am here.."
Except they're not here now. Funny how how that works.
"Last time they lost a lot, shorting in th .015.-02 range'
The jubilation expressed over shorters getting burned is inversely related to pps. Stock price goes down or trades sideways, glee over shorters getting burned.
Analagous to "thanks for the cheapies" and "we got rid of the weak hands". Why can't penny investors just take the ups and downs in stride without looking for conspiracies and demons?
Brendan,
I believe this Q&A link.... http://go800corp.com/page/558/q-a-with-ike-sutton-founder-and-ceo-of-go800 .....should be either added to the DD sticky or posted as a stand alone sticky. It is a relatively new additon to our web site.
Best,
Blackhawks
"I also don't see the use in defending them when it's so clear to me that they're not handling things as well as they should be."
Clarity like you've expressed is too often misunderstood or misconstrued as 'insulting' on this board. But it's welcome nonetheless. Good post.
"Quoting me "UNBELIEVABLE is the more appropriate word to describe your take on that phone call." is a personal attack. I appreciate your point of view is different."
Let's just say my points are more realistic based upon the ACLH events that have, or more to the point, have not transpired over the past 3 months. You are lending credence to points made by Ares that should have raised the same concerns that I've posed.
I wasn't joking about ACLH 'time'. Nor the fact that the meeting to decide on a track to get back on the pinks should have happened during the suspension or very shortly thereafter.
"Word to the wise: I believe the oil well testing going to have a positive effect on my attitude, how aout yours?"
Why would anyone be considered wise if they shared a belief with you in something that has no substance, no time frame and most importantly, no trading status to take advantage of if 'oil well testing' news were imminent.
"Years of Military Intel Analysis and Data Analysis as well as my money is backing up my belief."
It's hard to believe that the analyical abilities required in a career such as you claim could be so MIA in the face of the temporizing exhibited by ACLH and communicated by Ares.
You're allowing your beliefs and your desire to recoup your investment get the better of all those years of reliance on hard evidence and data.
"nobody knows about Go800.'
At LEAST 60 more people know about Go800 in Chicago than knew about it 9 days ago.
"Early next week the principles will be addressing a Grey Market exit strategy. It will likely be driven by timeliness and overall cost. ( I will personally be attempting to aquire additional shares before the results are made known to the public."
There is no 'timely path' to getting off the grey market. it might have been more timely if they had the meeting 2 months ago.
"So Ares expects to be able to beter guesstimate a time line. The company is making possitive moves to get off the Grey Market.'
If you consider a scheduled meeting a 'positive move' you don't understand how ACLH 'time' is calculated.
"It has come to their attention that no matter how good the news the stock goes nowhere and is affecting the money. ( told you earlier this would be the factor, and it is happening just that way. )'
"How good the news"?! "It has come to their attention"? Anyone could see from day one after the suspension was lifted what was happening to pps. They absolutley knew that no bid and ask would kill pps.
"Word to the wise: I believe the oil well testing going to have a positive effect on my attitude, how aout yours?'
Word to the wise?! You've stated a belief about the results of testing which by their own admission can't help pps because of their grey market status. UNBELIEVABLE is the more appropriate word to describe your take on that phone call.
"Today over $193,618 worth of stock bought up, yesterday $165,000+/-, so $385,000 worth of stock bought up in last two days is a Big Indicator that these levels will be long gone soon, someone outside IHUB is buying this up and they probably have a very good reason to be thoughing huge amounts of money into here!'
Somebody had to sell to all of those buyers. Zero sum game today.
People wanted more clarity on the commons. Clarity on that not forthcoming in today's proceedings.
That's all that's going on. The rest is 'noise'.
"I know some of 3 but I want a fresh conversation with Ares. Some oif these things may be too detailed for example the exact terms of the contract will likely not be public. But the question can be asked.'
Please keep in mind that you will recieve no time frames from Ares for any of the items on your roadmap for the simple reason he hasn't been provided with any. Do NOT get involved in a beer drinking game that involves the use of the word 'soon' by him, or your subsequent post will be unnnnreeedaaabbbbbbllllle!
"So you're saying new investors (and old ones for that matter) would NOT be helped with this info...kinda hard to believe that when it seems like info as requested by Unique appears to have been asked many times on this Board...the only people not benefiting from this type of info are those that want to keep others in the dark."
I said nothing of the kind. I don't have the info you want. The alterantives I listed are the only realistic ones, IMO. Now who exactly is either keeping people in the dark, much less benefiting from that alleged act?
" I think ideaguy did in fact call it correctly when stating you are not doing yourself or the company any good by what you are doing."
The two of ou should get a room. Really funny watching you panic and lose whatever nerve you may have once had RE this stock.
I asked you once before to take this off the board and email me.
Here it is again: dhippe@msn.com
"As one other astute poster mentioned, if I was to give him a vanity word to register, then I would've proven my point that the concept is valid and works, so why would I want to humiliate Blackhawks?"
The only one you've succeeded in humilating thus far is yourself. I offered to help you in that endeavor, not that you seem to need it, by setting you up with your very own vanity keyword. All that it would have proved is that your particular vanity is more easily satisfied the more concealed is the expression of it.
Or were you really going to ask your two friends to replace their speed dial listing for you with your vanity keyword?
"Please stop debating/arguing things that you don't believe in or can't provide proof for or corroboration of."
WOW, just a big honk in the face 'WOW! Listening to you talk about proof and corroboration IS like listening to a talking fish lecturing on how to ride a bicycle.
"And the rest is history... "
History for $500 Alex.
Ghost moves on to the next round.
"Of course, the alternative is that investors can sit here and guess what's happening.."
There are at least 3 other alternatives.
1. Sell and be done with guessing.
2. Email your questions to Ike.
3. Wait for and read the PR's and any financial info that
is released to the public.
"...if I think that new investors on this board would be helped by perspective or by accurate information I will post perspective and accurate info."
In no way am I not honoring the above statement of mine. 'If' should've been enough, but since I didn't have you at 'if'.
Why would any of you think that I have the kind of info that was requested? Sounds like insider financial info to me. Like I've said, you're all entitled to your 'beliefs'. Just don't mistake them as representations for anyone's reality but your own, or as substitutes for facts and evidence. THAT's why there is so much talking past each other on these boards. IMO
"why don't you address to him an even more pressing question that you seem to have avoided:"
If it's so'pressing' to you, then send an email to him. I'm not intereseted in serving as an intermediary for you to him.
"I'm just stating what was told to me and that I believe is in fact a reality. Now if you think you can disprove such, I'd be more than happy to give you the credit for it and "stand corrected" on the account. Until then, your claim about it not happening is just as much "rumor" than my claim that it was stated."
It's not my responsibility to disabuse you of your 'beliefs'.
You don't require hard evidence to support those beliefs, so there's nothing more that I can say or that I want to say regarding any of your beliefs.
"anyone have anything to add?"
Take a shot! Status of common shares?
C'mon Touc. Let's read some more "it's thin to .18"!
"i trust the go800 ambassadors on this forum."
Your trust is not misplaced. The truth is as I posted. Your belief in the opportunites you described is shared by me and they were the impetus for my reserving the keyword, on my own initiative this past June, as well as my subsequent, sustained efforts.
End of 'story'.
" it seemed to me that the poster was frustrated with the fact he followed up on a lead that an ambassador never did "
"How am I badly misinformed?"
Very badly misinformed and duped. "Never did" is inaccurate and you bought it. Not to mention your little name dropping game provoked the whole unfortunate misunderstanding. You're the last one to be talking about the professionalism of anybody on this board. And your disingenuousness and faux outrage over the deleted post is laughable.
"I'm sure many other shareholders would agree with is that you tend to be bitter and argumentative towards shareholders and it's not becoming of you."
I'm not sure whether you sanctimony or your unsupportable certitude is your biggest weakness, but they're both on display here.
I'll be happy to let other posters draw their own conclusions about your remarks as well as mine. As for 'appreciation'? I reserve that for fellow adults.
"it seemed to me that the poster was frustrated with the fact he followed up on a lead that an ambassador never did and actually got some results."
Frustrated for sure and, like yourself, badly misinformed as to what the level of follow up with the company in question has been and with whom. The concepts of CEO delegation and departmental authority and operational responsibility apparently didn't occur to either you or the other poster, or there was another agenda.
I understand how much shareholders want to make positive things happen for Go800 and the share price. End running the operational people and the decision makers in a company being actively worked is never a good idea.
Doone's statement is both accurate and appropriate:
"Another case of misinformation.
Lesson learned for Ambassadors to perhaps share less information on this board concerning the companies we are working on."
