That one, I have not been able to figure out for a year or more. And they are still here, haha. Boobs
Yes, yes it is! I believe it may be worth the wait. Exciting times for some.
You guys can believe what you want, but IMO, this to me is a wait-and-see. This thing is going to be like shot out of a cannon, when it goes. IMO. I it may take several more months than I originally anticipated, but none-the-less these are exciting times for some
Ok. I was looking for a little bit more than that but if that's the extent of it then... I thought that rise to $0.20 was substantiated on the perceived health of the company in conjunction with the financials coming out at that time. If there is nothing here, than they did a fabulous job of getting the sp that high with only hype. I have seen pump and dump at work, but they were only able to squeeze a few pennies at most, nothing like we saw here.
I hear ya. Can't argue that. I'd be the first to say that Mark pulled the carpet out from underneath all of us. And only he, Todd and Rene know the exact reason for that. That being said look at the run up to $0.20 just based on the financials actually coming out. That in itself says there must be something to this company doesn't it? If they stated that financials would be coming out in the end of the third quarter or in Q1 the stock price May ratchet back up. Being their credibility is shot, and the reality of anybody believing they would come out is extremely thin. Financials is the only thing that's going to bump this company. Short of that we're sideways were to the Lower Side.
Got cha. I'm wit chu on all that. Time will tell where this company ultimately ends up. It looks horrible, right now, I get it. Perhaps I'm being naive, but IMO, I'm thinking there is more in the tank. Unless all these stinky pinkies have is, to manipulate, lie to shareholders, and deceive, to make a buck. As one has said on this board, they have a unique way of allergy testing, which has been approved for Medicare/Medicaid. So there is something to this company. I am not in agreement with you, at this time, that there washed up or finished. I'm heading in that direction, with another/extended quiet period.
Didn't ionic persuade Arrayit to use RRBB at the time the had a relationship. Not 100% sure Arrayit sought out RRBB, as you are.
I don't have any facts, I just have opinion/speculation here. The fact is that we don't get any real information from the company, and a lot of the "facts" are useless here. I'm thinking the only facts shall be from the court cases.
That is an outrageous claim. If that were the case, then why take that test, if it actually doesn't work. What information could be obtained from taking it.
I'm guessing you may mention why they are so quiet after your tour.
$$$ it's absolutely okay to have a nonchalant attitude towards
I would imagine the legal bills for Arrayit are probably substantial for all the lawsuits over the years. I'm guessing these lawsuits can drag on for several more years. I'm sure we'll get the financials out of Mark and Company when the lawsuits are finalized. Haha
Thank you, as always.
Yes, yes I do. I think filing that form 15 will allow them to start a new. I think they have or will have the money to throw at their problems to reorganize. Mark's been at this for 25 plus years, I'm sure our expected timelines have no impact, on his timeline/ decision making. He's getting up there in years and would probably like to shift gears at some point. Meaning, clean the books up and perhaps, create the illusion of a fiscally secure/responsible company. This chapter in Arrayit history, sucks! I just don't believe this is the last chapter. That's all I'm saying.
Yeah, I hear ya, but that's not happening for a while, IMO. I'm hopeful they're taking this time to reorganize their finances and figuring out how to accommodate the new contracts they have. Perhaps.
I have to agree with you on that. I think we're all on the same page that there financials have been so screwed up over the last five years that they couldn't get an audit completed without having a huge tax burden, perhaps. With Rene filing that form 15 it alleviates them from being responsible for audited financials and then perhaps they will emerge in a couple of years, and then only have to show the last couple years of audited financials, maybe. If that is their intention, then they would be conducting themselves in this manner, IMO. That's the only scenario that makes sense to me.
I'm not 100% convinced that this is the end of Arrayit, like a few on the board. Nor am I 100% convinced that a CE company shall rise to the NASDAQ. I do believe they will emerge, at some point, better/stronger then they were. I have heard several times that the court cases have nothing to do with it, but I'm not 100% sure that is correct. Imagine if all court cases were settled on Arrayit's behalf, where would the company be. Absolutely not saying that will happen, but there may be a chance for a 50/50 split on outstanding cases, perhaps. If that did occur, the share price could rise all the way to .0375. Lol
Yes, I believe it was a marketing company. That company's responsibility was to Simply polishing up the tweets that were emailed from Mark or Rene to them. IMO. I believe those tweets and PR's were true. And I was happy that they hired a company, that made their tweets look professional, as opposed to doing it themselves with all the other daily responsibilities in running Arrayit. I am hopeful that they hired a company to do the website as well.
Well, I'm thinking that could be construed as good news. At least I think it is. I'm under the impression that Mark is taking steps in a positive direction, while keeping an eye on the outstanding cases which are having an impact on sp at this time, IMO. Looking forward to the Tuesday court date. And if the Judge intends to keep the case going forever, or drop the gavel and make a ruling. Thanks. Enjoy your weekend.
Damn the bad luck. I guess, I'm gonna hang out for a few more quarters.
What is next, in your estimation? How long, timeframe, before Arrayit drys up and blows away. Or do you think this circumstance shall continue fluctuating until Mark retires
I guess I was under the assumption that Rene filing a form 15 was a matter of public record. Are there any similarities to Arrayit going dark at this time, compared with the last time when it had fallen to the trips. It did seem like all was heading right, up until the April Fool's Day debacle, It seemed they were on track for a turn around and the trend line seemed to be an indication of that. I guess there's no way to make any sense out of where we currently are, or even perhaps, where we're headed at this juncture. I guess we just have to sit here and take it?
How long before we know if the form 15 has gone through.
On all accounts, it does look like you may be correct. But I sure hope not. Mark has been providing the naysayers with all the ammunition they needed for some reason. The longs, have been being screwed, the whole time, I have been here. I won't realize any reality
here till Q2 next year I guess. Suck!
Oh, is that what pinky companies do? IDK. I was taking the PR's, email responses, and the tweets at face value. I believe they are/were accurate, that is the only reason I'm still here. If I'm right, and they were all true, then were good here. But if your right, and they were false, Mark and company, might go to jail, and were all screwed. Just hard for me to believe Mark would jeopardize the company, and turn his life forfeit. Ya know what I'm saying. Gotta stick with the patience thing for a while longer, perhaps
I guess that Mark and company can go on indefinitely without ever filing financials again. Guessing we can only hope they are planning to fulfill their duties and ensure that their "top priorities" are being met. As they stated with every email response for the past year.
That's probably why they cannot release financials because their books are so screwed up, who knows where the money went. I would think with the Billings that they're receiving, whatever part of that is retained, should equal 10 million by the end of the year? They haven't been playing by the rules for 5 years it seems. Hard to believe Mr. David Powers at San Francisco SEC, is allowing that to continue. But after Rene filed the form 15, I'm sure they have an eye on aryc. But well probably never know to what extent, perhaps
Thanks Mike. I do believe the turn around is happening, and I'm very glad to be here. It should be interesting to get an update on the civil case that is going on today. I have forgotten if the case was Pinner, or allergy. But ultimately it's about getting through these cases, and hopefully not incurring anymore.
That is the question. Hopefully Sloan shall provide insight on the matter at the conclusion of his tour this fall, and sheding some light on the "matter" and do the board some good.
$#!T MikeCr. But they stopped,(PR's, Tweets, and Responding to emails), l'm thinking there out of business. Please someone, anyone local, do a drive by. Lol.
I'm gonna investigate that $#!t! That's Crazy. Wondered how they got that extensive capital investment, with no proof of process. Mark isn't sounding too bad right now. Lol
Thanks my brother, I was just pumping to get it to close green. Lol.
Not 100% sure that when they stopped the PR's and Tweets, everything else stopped as well, but I could be wrong. Betting that the players that are here now, shall be here in Q2, probably. Haha. I know I will. But if no information by then, definitely moving to the Dark side. Lol.
I'm sure we're POS nipping at the heels of Mark's success. Haha. I have made $$$ on this stock. I know many have not, but I'm in a great position here to hang and wait it out. You are correct about Mark doing absolutely nothing to help out sp. Haha. There must be a reason, Right? I have NO idea what it could actually be, but speculation may point at Mark screwing the people who he is battling in court, and the shareholders are simply collateral damage. Lol. Whatever the reason is it is a conscious decision. Mark may be many things, but dumb is not one of them. IDK, how long the duration will last, hope not forever.
Arrayit is pumping out products big time, hopefully. Mark definitely doesn't care about market fluctuations. He is keeping his eye on the prize, perhaps. He may be looking out for his shareholders best interests, eventually. This is probably just the beginning, and maybe not the end. A million probably doesn't come easy, you got to sweat it out, for years, it seems. Did I miss anything? Oh, Thanks for looking out for us. Much appreciated.
Mark still doesn't care for his shareholders, IMO. He is making hella money at this point, and fulfilling his expectations with his company, probably. I happy to think, he may be taking advice. NASDAQ is a pipedream, for a CE company. I'm new at pennies, 3yrs, and I know that. It's gonna take a long time to be singing Praise for Mark and company.(perhaps a lifetime) Haha.
Any estimations on what you would expect the billings to be at point? I'm thinking perhaps, $50m in billings by years end. Not sure how that equates to dough for the company. When the financials eventually come out, only GOD knows, hope their looking healthy. Work that plan Mark!
I slowly turning towards that reality. I choose to hold out hope,(all we ever had, nothing more), to see how this plays out over the next few quarters. I'm free, got my intial investment out, only 2.2m left in. I never met the man, so I can't say definitively if he's a scumbag, I know he's a prick, treating us like this though. Same potential here, as when I started, perhaps bit more. Not getting the feeling he's a,"pull through guy", but you have to be in it to win it! Sucks! Lol
That would be terrific if Mark was actually taking advice. But over the last 25+ years it doesn't seem as if he takes advice, hence the company hovering around .02. Probably ego thing
Expectations, expectations were ripped out from underneath us on the April Fool's Day Debacle. We all fell over, and Mark's commitment was, " I'm not concerned with market fluctuations". Haha. Outrageous. I am pretty sure their doing well with their contracts and billings at this point, so perhaps we may get some news within the next several quarters. But who knows how they intend to proceed. One crazy penny.
