I was just looking at it.

if www.pitstopstudio.com doesn't work
Mark says they already have sales from the new web site pitstopstudio.com. If anyone is wondering if this new revenue stream will make money, I guess that is the answer. For items to sell on the first day of a launched website, without even marketing it yet...
Obviously Arie Luyendyk Sr. has a vested interest in the company and will do what he can to help. It's appearant that he has provided a lot of artwork for sale on pitstopstudio.com.
Word is that he has tons more.
And there are artists asking to have their work displayed on the website as well. Artists willing to pay MSEP to have their work displayed! IMO if there is another PR this week, FORM 4, the share price will finally rebound back to the mid to high .03's.
Upward movement is inevitable, I will be adding more tomorrow!
They've already sold some artwork!
The website doesn't show it, but Mark said that someone was physically in the shop and saw some of the artwork. Fell in love with it and purchased $150 worth. This stuff is already moving without even trying.
Here's the link for the news release:

Affordable prices and you can commission artists through the company.
Brilliant move. Plus the art will not be limited to the IRL circuit.
And there you go

News is on the way - just be patient
Awhile back I saw the actual video and interviews that they had for the segment as well.

Viking: From a post by Ragin on Dec 18 2004 at 12:55PM:
"That is correct and out of respect for the longs I will leave it alone after this post:"
And then he goes on to espouse his opinion about dilution. Again.
Ragin - thanks for the respect.
Viking, Mike et. al.,
Ragin's posts from back in November on RB do state that he emailed Dave, and still no direct quotes from Dave.
And back then Ragin was saying that a reverse split was eminent. Because that's what all penny stocks do after name changes.
In other words, Ragin truly believes this is just another penny stock scam. Why? Because he hasn't talked to Dave or Mark. Am I right Ragin? You obviously have been burned in the past and expect to be again. Or do you even have a current position?
Hey all!
This is the first time I've been on the computer all day.
Hadn't watched the market or anything.
I guess it is true that a watched pot doesn't boil. I will stop watching all the time if this is the effect!
I'm out of here for the weekend - Boyscout camping trip.
Have a nice weekend!
Found a different picture from last weeks race:

This is what Bryan Herta said while they were standing on the podium, ‘We must remember this, as it may never happen again."
They've added a new Marco picture to the AG web site:

Good morning everyone!
News today?
I guess Friday's aren't a good day for that.
GLTA!
Express - classic ebay link you put up there! ROTFLMAO
I can understand that people are upset that the SP is down, but now they are getting childish and beligerent, RIDICULOUS!
The SP is just about at my average PPS now. Does it worry me? Not in the least.
I can not say for a FACT that we will go up next week, or even in 2 weeks, but if we arent above .05 by the end of April I will be flabbergasted.
I'll be looking for at least 2 PR's and/or from 4's per week for the next few weeks!
OT - Disney is the best!
I was just looking at that photo today.
OT: Gedi, I was going to do a marathon at the end of this month but I had a coupole of weeks that I wasn't able to train, so I'm not going to be able to. Oh well.
I will have to settle for my daily runs and a 5K that my daughter wants to do with me at the end of school.
I think we will see it sooner too. I was just giving the SEC regulation for filing.
Viking the first 10Q is due 45 days after the end of the first quarter, that sets it at May 15
OT: Gedi, I ran 9 miles today, I am so sore now. I wish I was at home. Unfortuantely I have to work until midnight.
The only thing that overcomes hard luck is hard work.
- Harry Golden
I think Vince Lombardi used that one too.
Good thing we have some hard workers at the head of this company!
Viking,
I know you adderessed Mike but when I was on the phone 2 days ago with Dave he said that scalecars.com would be a small part of the revenue. The newest stream to be revealed soon will be similar to scalecars, way better than driversdigs. Imagine something that appeals to more people, not just die hard IRL fans.
Also if they are to get some "product licensing" agreements they are working on the figure of $1M - $5M would have to be adjusted - UP!
Mike
I agree. I don't even know why I bother reading the RB board anymore. I guess I am always hoping to see a firestorm of activity, and people fired up about MSEP.
I guess not everyone can see what is really happening here. That will be their loss in the long run. Everyone has their own opinions as to how a new company will do in the scheme of things. And because of my conversations with Dave and Mark, I can not help but know in my gut that this is going to fly some day. Look at what happened to SPEA, now CKXE. Those are the kind of visions that Dave has for this company, and being honest and investor friendly is a rarity these days, especially in the OTC world.
IMO the afternoon will be a torrent of activity, the pipeline has been plugged but will soon break loose.
Sorry Mike
I was not trying to offend you, please accept my apologies.
I agree, I was surprised that he changed his opinion on MSEP. Must have loaded up! I wish I had money to get more, I'm tapped out 500K shares. C'est la vie.
Hmmm,
Maybe the term has been misused or Mike has different information than I. Not sure. Yesterday David mentioned "product licensing" which was something they are planning, as mentioned in the original MSEP PR.
Maybe that is the acquisition that he is talking about.
I'm not sure if that is the term that I would use for that though.
We will all know soon, that is the main point, and IMO anyone who didn't hold or load up at these prices will regret it.
Ragin,
I am wondering what you mean by acquisition?
Are you referring to the new stream of revenue?
If so, I can assure you they are not using any funds to acquire or buy anything. They are not going to spend money if it doesn't have to be.
MIke,
He's posting on RB, still spreading rumors of dilution.
Ragin,
The TA is not the issue, he continues to float the rumor that the 10K shows dilution, it doesn't, and there hasn't been. Now he's got others parrotting his claims of dilution. People need to do their DD properly and once an issue has been resolved - drop it and move on. IMO
Sorry for the confusion.
ecp and crowdedhouse,
Everything written in that post my doing. I am responding to posts that are on RB from both those people. The message directed to shark is written in sharkese, for his benefit.
And the other post to aspcorp was answering his question on RB about the new stream of revenue. I talked to David yesterday.
The part about days being numbered is solely so people know that I will no longer be posting here either, within the next few days.
Still long and strong on MSEP!
GLTA

...refusing to post on RB anymore I will address this to you here...

JMO
aspcorp-
I talked with David yesterday, their will be a new line of revenue within the 30 days that he spoke of. They are not going to give up insider information though, as they or any insider shouldn't. And they are not going to pre-release info. When they are ready to roll it out, it will be announced.
My days here are numbered.
GLTA
I just got back from a 5 mile run and this has moved about as fast as molasses in the winter time.
Something is happening at driversdigs - I can't get to the web site, and I know my computer is working, cause I got here, and every other web site.
Maybe there will be some more stuff added once it is back. It is Wednesday
Good morning all!
Looks a little slow for now, afternoons are always better, heh?
The main news page at indycar.com has a cool picture of the whole Andretti Green Team.

There is also a question posed to indy car drivers, Bryan was one of the respondents:

Wednesday Apr 06, 2005
Question posed to IndyCar Series drivers: If I wasn’t a race car competitor, I probably would be.
A.J. Foyt IV: “I’d be a coach of a high school basketball team. Hopefully I’d be the athletic director so I wouldn’t have to teach anything.”
Helio Castroneves: “I’d be a chauffeur. That way I’d still be driving a car for a living.”
Bryan Herta: “I’d love to be able to be a musician or in a band, but I don’t know if I have the talent level to or the ability to sustain that career goal.”
Sam Hornish Jr.: “I’d probably make a living by owning an automotive customizing shop. I really enjoy taking something that is stock and making it cooler.”
Kosuke Matsuura: “Maybe a soccer player, a professional golfer or a regular businessman. My parents wanted me to learn golf, but I didn’t like it back then. It is funny that it’s my favorite sport now and I sometimes think how things would have been like if I had become a professional golfer.”
Buddy Rice: “I would have pursued a career in baseball. I played shortstop and second base in high school.”
Vitor Meira: “I’d be an athlete in some other sport. I can’t stand to be in an office all day.”
Danica Patrick: “I have never thought about it. I like doing the television stuff with Spike TV, so maybe in that field.”
Alex Barron: “I would like to look more into inventions, so I would probably be an inventor.”
Scott Sharp: “I would be working on Wall Street in some type of fast-paced transaction-oriented business.”
Roger Yasukawa: “A pilot.”
Rich,
I agree with you about his state of mind, but try not to lower yourself to the same level of the guys who spout innacuracies or flat out lies. I wouldn't want to see you get kicked out of here for something like that either.
Mike - the pictures are there now.
Very cool. Are those ones that you took?
Ragin, what are you talking about? Are you serious?
I just got off the phone with Dave and he has never sold a single share. We would know if he did.
Also - There is a very good chance that Arie will ride in the Indy 500!
I'm not seeing the pictures either.
Here is a link to MSEP's chart on the German exchange:
http://chart.boerseberlin.is-teledata.com/big.chart?ID_NOTATION=9460250&TIME_SPAN=3M&DISPLAY
The Form 10-Q is a report filed quarterly by most reporting companies. It includes unaudited financial statements and provides a continuing view of the company's financial position during the year. The report must be filed for each of the first three fiscal quarters of the company's fiscal year and is due within 45 days of the close of the quarter.
So they have until May 15th to file that correct?
Form 3 yesterday, Form 4 today.
Anyone care to guess what we'll see tomorrow?
If not tomorrow then at least Thursday, IMO we are do for some good news.
'Wow!' not reserved for the action on the St. Pete course
By Dave Lewandowski

Monday Apr 04, 2005
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – “Wow!” was the phrase of the day.
A sampling:
A.) When, hours before the green flag of the Honda Grand Prix of St. Petersburg, a festival atmosphere spilled from the race course onto the downtown streets as sun-splashed fans enjoyed the culmination of this weekend bash by the bay. People were checking out the floating mansions in the South Yacht Basin and each other, lining up for free sample cans of Pringles with reigning IndyCar Series champion Tony Kanaan’s picture on the side, and throwing back Red Bulls as a chaser.
St. Petersburg resident Wheldon prevails in exciting race»
Coming April 5: A look at the Andretti Green Racing juggernaut.
B.) When the enthusiastic and large main grandstand crowd rose to its feet as the field rolled past the start-finish line and pole-sitter Bryan Herta sped into the Firestone Corner – the first right turn in the 10-year history of the IndyCar Series.
C.) When Kanaan muscled his way through the field, roaring back from a pit stop violation, to challenge for the lead late in the race.
D.) When Dan Wheldon passed his Andretti Green Racing teammate and Target Chip Ganassi Racing’s Ryan Briscoe for the lead on Lap 91, and held on for his second victory of the season and fifth of his IndyCar Series career.
There were numerous other “wow!” moments before and during the event, and certainly more as fans listened to the post-race concert by Grammy award-winning Good Charlotte and on their trip to various watering holes and other destinations.
“This is very impressive,” said Emily Klein, 22, of Tampa, Fla., who was attending her first IndyCar Series event. “The roar of the cars, a beautiful day near the water and it’s wonderful for the area.”
Rick Baker, St. Petersburg’s ubiquitous mayor and the genesis of the event that enticed thousands (people and dollars) to the downtown area over four days for a little bit of street speed, was hoarse but characteristically buoyant after the 100-lap race. He’s already looking forward to next year.
“I see this growing into one of the premier motorsports events on the calendar,” he unabashedly proclaimed.
IndyCar Series drivers would certainly support the mayor’s statement after this debut. The 1.8-mile, 14-turn street course was technically and mentally challenging and physically draining – qualities these thoroughbreds thrive on in their lust for competition and victory. And the fans enthusiastically embraced IndyCar Series participants – at the facility and around town.
"The people," Kanaan said, "when we were walking to the pit area for the drivers intro were screaming, saying your name, telling you, 'Go.' Since Friday, since Thursday really, it's been amazing."
Said team co-owner Michael Andretti, who watched Wheldon lead a 1-4 Andretti Green Racing sweep: "Professionally, it couldn't have been any better. The show was as good as I've ever seen. There was passing, there was excitement, there was everything."
It also was a historic day for the IndyCar Series, which after 105 races over 10 seasons (85,724 laps) was competing on a non-oval facility for the first time. Infineon Raceway and Watkins Glen International – well-known road-course venues -- will host the expanding series.
But the Honda Grand Prix of St. Petersburg will have the distinction of being the first in a season of firsts
They act as if Brehm has unlimited funds to buy as many shares as he wants.
Wouldn't that be nice.
