The propane shortage continues.

Comes to 650.57 including fees. 7.8 x my original investment. Whether that is technically 680% up I don't know. 680% + the original number.... Whatever it is, it makes me happy. It is really interesting when I see it up 1/2 of my original investment in one day. It is amazing. I would surely hate to see it go away. Like in the GWB crash when I saw 25% of 35 years of savings go away in one day....

1/2 of it was interesting to see buying 10,000 shares for a hundred+ bucks....
Take $150 out of the SS check and buy 10,000 shares......
I could still do that with HYSR, but I doubt them a bit more......
The other part is that i knew that if what they said, it could change the world.

The solar industry is getting so close to the point where it doesn't need incentives or subsidies. The solar industry is now driven by the techies, which drive the cost down. While the fossil fuel industry will be driven by cost like mining/drilling, processing and transportation. And cleanup costs after spills.
A solar energy spill is called a beautiful day.

-The company also sells shares into the 'runup' to seemingly locked in news, and zing, you lose.

And then again, sometimes it works. That is why I'm here. Keep on trying. Keep on fighting.

My life is filled with "almosts" So close to real money that I can touch it, and it goes away. From my "professional" life to investments to the lottery.
I was invested in EZM. A zinc-copper miner. Was WAY under valued. We knew it was a buyout. After a year playing with it, it was "bought out" then basically got NOTHING extra for it.
Was invested in FCX. Making 1% per day. I retired putting my 401K into it. Stared with $106K in 6 weeks I had $130K in it. The the George W Bush event happened. Not only lost all the money, I lost my house, and my car. But happily living on nothing until this hit. Basically had about $650 left and it is invested here. Now have $5,110 today in 6 months. Will this be event #99. I don't know.
I pretty much know about green energy. And this really looks like a REAL GREAT opportunity.
But it's not a sure thing. Fortunately I'm doing this on basically spare change. So losses here don't bother me anymore...... In the old days I would have panicked with Fridays pullback. This time I just laughed.
My great Lottery close ones...
Was chatting often with a clerk. I would buy lottery tickets from her. She sold a $2.5 mil ticket to SOMEBODY ELSE. Great. Come back from work, go the store, and they are handing the winner the big check. I congratulated him, shook his hand. The next week I was invested in the Illinois lottery. Worth $5.5 mil. I matched 5 out of 6 numbers. Yes I'm happy I got the $1500 for the ticket, but I was solo close to the BIG money.
In 2006 the Powerball Jackpot was $200 million. I bought 11 tickets for it. On the last day, a rainy saturday, I thought of one store that I didn't buy from. 1/2 hr before closing I bought 1 ticket. I matched 5 out of 6 numbers yes I'm thankful for the $10,000. But the jackpot would have been sooo much better. So somebody in Iowa got $200 mil instead of splitting it with me.
In all I have missed by 1 number 13 times. Making $100 instead of 1 mil. $50 instead of $342K etc etc
So here we go again, we will be positive, because there is REAL opportunity here.....

Yes, commercialization is nice.....
At least give specs for a panel....
Give advertising for it.........
Give a date for release.....
Then release the panel....

The Tesla Model X is not coming out until the end of the year. Yet we know all about it...

My wife decided that she wanted in the stock. So she bought 4,000 shares. lat price was .116 and nobody was taking it. So I put in .117 and somebody took it. Now the market shows .117. How many times do you get to move the market!

We only gave about 8 inches of snow on the ground. Answering publicly because I have the cheapie free account......

Here in Wisconsin today, we have bright sun and a propane shortage. Those relying on propane are running into trouble... Sunshine can produce energy....

-may be even $2 when things go right with commercialization.

10 panels x 250 watts x 1.95 3d factor x 4 hours=19,500 Watts per day
19,500 Watts per day /320 miles per mile=60 miles per day
60 miles per day x 365=22,242 miles per year
Tesla expects to double sales from 24,000 to 48,000 cars per year.

Many many people will want to brag about driving their Teslas for free and will put on panels on their roofs.....
I know that it is one of my dreams. And I need SLTD to fund it...
