Where has Scott said this?
As an Accountant, IMO, it does not take a month to issue an audited financial report...The balance sheet is there for all the taking? Either you have the assets or not?
Looking forward to the audit report and up-listing!
I never sold. I have been holding since Feb. Have never sold a share of this stock. I would still like the Audit report to come out shortly.
Very happy about the report. I am a little surprised about the stock being down. You expected it right at the beginning as people automatically sell on news. Hopefully, as others have stated the MMs are doing their thing and the PPS should start heading back up.
I have not had time to read the report yet. I will do so tonight, so if this info is covered in the report...my apologies....One more question I would have for management is that once mining begins, how would the production be affected during the winter months? Would it be scaled back, halted altogether or business as usual?
I, personally, have invested enough to ride out any "breakout" and, at the same time, invested little enough to accept any ride down to sub-penny.
I purchased SRSR back in the third week of Feb after the PR was released about the Hawk report. I have ridden the wave up since then and purchased shares twice along the way. The last batch @.044. On paper, I am looking very good. From experience, I have seen pinks issue the same releases:
-We have engaged auditors
-We plan to uplist
-We have a positive report coming out.
Until I see the actual results, I am of the opinion that as days go by, the credibility of the company decreases. As I just posted, I am writing a letter and will send it to the address listed on the SRSR website.
Hopefully, this explains my position. If not, sorry and I respect your disagreement!
IMO, as a shareholder/part owner (who has voting rights), we are required to ask difficult questions of management.
I will send my inquiries to what is posted on the SRSR website.

Once again posted from SRSR's website. I have no interest in his views on Canada's holiday(s). But you bring up a good point, I will write a letter to the above address and inquire about all of my concerns. I will request a response via United States mail on SRSR company letter-head. I will even include a self-addressed envelope so I don't cost any fellow shareholders money. Hopefully, my questions will be answered before a response is necessary!
"Sarissa Resources Inc. (Symbol SRSR) is an American junior exploration company that identifies and explores mineral properties in North America. Currently, Sarissa has interests in properties with base metal, precious metal, and uranium prospects in Northern Ontario, Canada."
This was taken straight from SRSR's website. Does SRSR trade on a Canadian exchange, no. IMO, just because SRSR owns property in Canada, they should not shut down daily business and activity as you suggest!
As a fellow shareholder as are many on this board,IMO, everyday that goes by without the Hawk report and the audit report not being released, the company loses more credibility.
Read the By-lines....sounds good? My goal is 5$
Mick, I agree with your last 15 posts! GO SRSR!
SRSR has the latest tech! Great news! I, personally, am very happy! What is the latest news!
Great news! How much more of it?
I don't need to. I have a valuable investment in SRSR! I love supporting SRSR's long term PPS and I am eagerly awaiting the release of the Hawk report along with other investors!
I fail to understand how my post was negative? My post was in fact positive. I am of the opinion that SRSR can take advantage of the positive close and couple that with a positive PR over the weekend. If SRSR originally intended to release the report on Tuesday, they can always change their mind as circumstances change.....a big jump with mere minutes left in the trading day. Package the two positives together.
No, not a trick question. Let's all assume that SRSR plans to release the report on Tuesday......IMO, I think that us shareholders would get more bang if it is released now instead of Tuesday.
If SRSR intends to release the report next Tuesday, why not release it right now? IMO, if you release it now, the anticipation and word-of-email over the weekend might cause a bigger jump. Additional investors have two days to do their own DD over the weekend. If you combine the EOD jump with the PR, potential investors will be foaming at the mouth come Monday morning.
I am looking forward to a PR from SRSR updating us shareholders on the following:
1. The Hawkins report.
2. The audit report.
3. The Up-listing
I, with all due respect, disagree.
I agree.
By my count (please correct me if I am wrong...and I hope that I am), SRSR is at least six weeks past due on the Hawkins report (counting days from the original 4 to 5 week estimate). SRSR has not issued any official press release explaining the delay. SRSR issued a PR about engaging an auditor. They have not followed up. I would like an update.
No question about that! This investment for me is like going to Vegas! You budget your gambling! It has no impact on my well being! That being said, it does not hurt for me to ask questions and hope that this is my windfall to retirement!
Yes, you are correct. Stagnant is the wrong term. Accummalation would be more accurate. My point is that I expected the Hawk report to come out by now, and I am disappointed that they keep delaying it. They posted that is was done and just needed some fine tuning. My hope is that the fine tuning is good news, but asking if the possibility of the the reverse course is not out out the question?
That action has been premised on the Hawk Report, the Audit Report and the possible up-listing. Would love to see these three come to fruition and see this stock take the next step. Until, at least, one of the three takes place, we are stagnant?
Back on the topic of SRSR, I appreciate all the DD on this board. I am looking forward to seeing the Hawk report, the audit report and the subsequent up-listing. Until then, I will still ask questions. I would love to see action instead of words.
Good luck to my fellow longs.
Thanks Howard...and the rest. I just learned a lesson about the rules! Did not know that my posts were against the rules. Looking forward to open discussions regarding SRSR. I know now not to use certain terms/words!
Once again, (I am not making accusations, but anyone can set up a phone number), I would like to see a CPA firm issue audited financial statements. I would like to see an exchange formally list SRSR as a member.
Just curious, how much does it cost to issue a PR? If the audit is done, why not issue a PR and say the up-listing is forthcoming? Once again, I have many shares invested in this stock and I am not bashing. On the other hand, I should be free to ask questions.
Stating fact, SRSR has not publicly followed up on its original post of having the hawk report within its timeframe. There have been many posts stating that the weather was the cause. My question is this, the company made the statement in the winter months, did they not know the conditions CAN? If the conditions are the cause, why did they not offer this info? Another press release talks about an audit. I am an accountant, the audit should be done by now. As far as the up-listing...been there done that. I am NOT a basher. I have concerns and legit questions.
DI,
Did you take part in the CC? If so, I hope you post your reaction to it? Did you ask any questions? Any comments on the the outlook of the stock. As a long poster on this board, I am looking forward to your take. Hope to hear from you.
Shorts, looking forward to your summary. Hopefully, PHGI will issue a transcript of the CC for all shareholders to read. Please take as much time as you need to summarize.
Did you get your code? LOL!
Anyone sitting in on the conference call tomorrow?
If we can hold steady throughout the day and have another smaller eod run to finish at .07+ would be encouraging with the absence of news.
I agree that we have the right people in charge. As far as the JV is concerned, let's assume that SRSR has 5b in confirmed assets (according to the Hawkins report...which I am counting on). We get a JV to join us. It will take months to get equipment into place and start mining. That brings us back to the winter. I would expect the earliest mining operation next spring. That is when we will take off. That is why longs need to stay strong.
I am not going to touch them until the New Year. No need to pay taxes on capital gains at the end of the year. I am long. We (longs) are either going to be very wealthy or out a couple of $1,000. Worth the risk. I am looking at $2 in two years as there are start-up costs. In addition, machinery needs to put into position to start the actual mining. IMO, that is why we need a JV to help us out in the initial phase.
Not that is funny. Someone is getting a head start on the weekend!
