Can you explain what retail is?
What do you mean? Can you elaborate a bit more? especially on the 39 million thing?
This is from March 22 PR
Of the approximately 394 million shares to be cancelled, approximately 300 million have been confirmed by the transfer agent as cancelled and retired. An additional 200 million electronic free-trading shares, are in the process of being re-certificated to bring the current float to 115 million as announced on March 12, 2007. The company is awaiting receipt of approximately 100 million additional shares for cancellation.
It says that shares have been confirmed as canceled.....????
It just showed up on my Scottrade Time and Sales.
I show bid and ask 5x7 is that right?
Another day in the slums...
Haha yea then we will transform the company to an Investment Firm.
Well too be honest lots of demoralized investors here waiting for some sort of action by Alan the CEO.
Thats why its sooo quiet.....
The 504 raising 450,000 dollars for the needed expansion costs.
They merged with a company and technically went public in March of 2006.
I am assuming that or before that is around the time he signed up for powerfunding.com.
It just gives me the idea that he had all of this planned a couple years in advance.
Just posting as much info as I can find.
:) not saying it is good or bad

- Alan McCaa, Extreme Motorsports
"California Firm Sees Business Grow With Law Enforcement Interest in 'SandCars'"
Bakersfield Californian (06/06/07); Philp, Drew
Bakersfield, Calif.-based Extreme Motorsports manufactures "SandCars," and on June 7 signed an agreement worth $39 million with Made in USA Industries to produce 400 SandCars geared for law enforcement. Extreme Motorsports owner Alan McCaa explains that anti-terrorist and border patrol groups are interested in his cars to take some of the burden off their on-road police cruisers. The vehicles can be outfitted with such features as Pelican Mobile laptops, infrared cameras, and armor plating. SandCars resemble the dune buggies of the 1970s. The vehicles can host Corvette engines with as many as eight cylinders, and at 450 horsepower can travel at 110 miles-per-hour or faster. The cars are expensive, costing between $15,000 and $100,000-plus. Although McCaa sells SandCars to private customers, he stresses that "government and law enforcement will end up being the bread and butter of our company." He thinks the two entities are becoming more aware of SandCars as a fast way to enter and exit remote locations.
INXR is lower pps than ETMO... what you talkin bout?
Its gonna be a nightmare if the O/S increases next week or whenever it next gets reported.
It is a shame to say this but at this point Alan and ETMO are going to need to prove themselves to it's shareholders as we are now back again in the .0006 and .0007 range.....
I understand that they are working on it, but an actual action of handle needs to occur or this will dig itself too deep in the mud.
I support ETMO completely. But whatever the reason for dropped pps......it still has dropped over 99% since the beginning of the year and Alan needs to take responsibility for that.
Just opinion of course.
haha yet we are down.
It states,
In reference to Total Authorized Shares:
"This number can be changed only by a vote of all the shareholders. Management will typically keep the number of authorized shares higher than those actually issued. This allows the company to sell more shares if it needs to raise additional funds. "
Is this true or is it only true for the big boards?
That doesn't make sense though,
2 billion outstanding but they are not classified into a stock category........only 1.4 are classified......what gives....??
thats the part that doesnt make sense
haha we are just talking about the share count. Wondering why the numbers dont add up
Alan CEO interview excerpt, He doesn't mention the 50K we have been talking about.
“Well you know the thing that I am always concerned about is we have a lot of loyal shareholders. And my goal….we have a multi year growth plan…you know…those that are trying to buy stock, flip it and make a quick buck, that’s not who our real focus are. Our focus is on are loyal shareholders to build their value over a period of time. We’ve had the 504 in place for quite some time, we’ve raised about $450,000 on it. We really haven’t raised all the money we were…had the opportunity to because some of the shares we had in that 504 we’ve used to pay for services so we can keep our cash close and continue our program….you know our growth program. But with that we really looked at it in the last few months and decided, you know what? We are going to close that out.For the sake of our shareholders and then we are gonna start a buy back program of our stock. Our current price because of Naked Short Selling simply doesn’t reflect the true value of the company especially with the recent contracts. So we are going to start purchasing back stock on the open market. We have set a limit right now of 2% of quarterly profits. And we are going to continue buying that back and then we are going to cancel it and we are going to reduce our overall outstanding shares. To really bring back value to the company and value to our shareholders because we really do appreciate…we have a lot of really loyal shareholders.”

As you can see it doesn't say 50K anywhere.
So where are they??
Where are the 500 million shares?
It doesnt add up to the total Auth shares of 2 billion
well screw it I will listen to it now!
post in 15 minutes or so.
:)
awwww gotcha. that answered my question of fake out perfectly.
:) now if that scenario played out then my oh my I will send Alan flowers!! (well maybe not flowers but...something).
Can someone just define them....... like the differences basically?
What do you think fake out will include?
Can someone define the below types?,
Restricted: 10,685,069
Free-trade Certificated: 498,631,207
Free-trade Electronic or "Street Name": 913,109,515
Total Issued and Outstanding: 1,422,425,791
Preferred Stock
Total Issued and Outstanding: 5,000,000
I can't seem to get standard definitions for the above as I am sharpening my skills and don't have a 100% understanding......basically have a 70% understanding of the above terms.
Any help would be great!
Oh I gotcha. Yea Daiello I think you are right actually. I think it was just a simple mistake of thinking that whoever he gave the shares to would hold long.....but seems they didn't.
well......one of us probably owns them now!! haha!
I think I just came to some sort of resolve on this.......
Are you sure he said 600K?
I skimmed through all the PRs at that time and can't find anything stating that.
haha yea I think the definition of "closed 504" is where we have the mix up.
It just seems unlikely that 504 wasn't used after April as in May and June we have seen around 2 billion trades......
But too be honest I don't think we will know the answer to that....maybe if a PR comes going over it but I doubt it.
Right but it can not be safely said that 504 was stopped until in the interview and PR recently.
Where did you hear that 504 selling ended in April????
xsurfbaum posted a link to the 504 rule, which when executed is dilution.
:)
It sucks for them because they already announced the closing of 504!
I still have no idea why that stock has made a run.
Also it means constant selling.....causing a near impossible run up of the stock no matter the news.
As you can see from the share price of ETMO.....just a few months ago the price was in the pennies.
Day in and day out selling from the 504 and any shorting is what caused it to decrease so much........
Remember how Allan stated that they raised $450,000 from 504?
Well that was increasing the amount of shares and then selling them. So it is good if the company actually uses it to expand but in the process it hurts existing shareholders.....make sense?
As do I.
This is definitley a stock that needs to be played long. Alan has stated this.
You are right, R/S would murder this!
Yes, agreed!
I have lots of confidence that ETMO is not stupid.
I am on the verge of breaking the 20 million mark so have a lot of confidence in them.
Only consideration I have is that dilution might be required to be reinstated end of July to future expand the company.
If that was to be the case then many investors will just not want to stick around after that.
Besides that I am confident on everything else.
:) Should be a hell of a ride.....whatever happens.
