The luckiest traders bought millions of shares three years ago and still own them.
Looks like typical holiday trade patterns. Low volume everywhere, some markets are red.
The Africa Bank CEO loves our product! Here is his quote: "This is going to be a great success for the bank, good idea, good thinking, great product".
The company accessed the public markets to raise capital to fund growth. That's how the game is played.
No shareholders have filed a suit against the company.
All facts, no lies.
My favorite lawsuit is the patent infringement case against Zipmark. The boring one related to a debt is in a settlement phase. The former employee claim is going nowhere. The kid can't manage his own time and get facts straight. The Complaint is not up to legal standards.
Massive revenue will wipe out debt.
Our CEO is a Point Of Sale expert.
Watch between the 19 and 20 minute mark in the video below to hear the CEO address the R/S question.
No R/S has been announced. To the contrary, the CEO's last words on this topic were a year ago at the 2014 AGM.
Listen to his words between the 19 and 20 minute marks in the video below
The value of the 60 Minutes segment is the number of eyes on the core topic--disruptive technology that helps unbanked people use their smartphones to move money.
Our company is operating in stealth mode today. When they are ready for prime time, there will be plenty of name sightings.
Long and Strong :)
What you refer to as a 12G is the Form 10-12g (aka Form 10).
Anyone can see what is filed on Edgar including the recent 8K regarding finance arrangements made to cover growth plans.
End of discussion.

Here is a link to SEC Forms. The Form 10 is registration of shares. The 10Q is for quarterly reports, as in the one we will see this week. Look for 10Q on Edgar above the most recent 8K filing.

10-D Asset-Backed Issuer Distribution Report
10-K Annual report pursuant to Section 13 or 15(d) (PDF)
10-M Irrevocable Appointment of Agent for Service of Process, Pleadings and Other Papers by Non-Resident General Partner of Broker or Dealer (PDF)
10-Q General form for quarterly reports
The 10Q is the quarterly report. The Form 10 is for registration of shares and has been available on EDGAR for months.
I disagree with all stated theories and claims.
End of discussion.
I was hoping for specific instances in which a contract 1) Was deemed to be broken by either party, and 2) How that instance has resulted in a cost to the company.
As you are unable to provide written confirmation of both occurrences from either party, this current conspiracy theory goes into my virtual wastebasket.
End of discussion.
Can you be more specific?
Claim conspiracy theories can be validated in upcoming filings.
I am curious about your frame of reference. What do you use to measure CEO value, effectiveness, ideal skill set, etc.?
We will learn exactly what the Africa Bank project is all about within two weeks!
It won't take much of a price hike to rake in far more money than I could have made shorting or flipping.
The CEO announces new deals when a contract is signed (the sale), as well as when the product is implemented (the launch).
There is always a time delay from sale to implementation with technology projects. They are scheduled according to resource availability (resource allocation).
License and transaction fees are generated according to contract terms.
Contracts are posted on Edgar as Exhibits.
It is important to understand the nature of this development stage business and allow it the time it needs to continue moving forward.
The Form 10 explains the company history and current development stage status under the JOBS Act.
The Form 10 explains how the patent is being managed.
That's the core DD on this topic.
Are you suggesting the author, Gary Bartlett, is a pumper?
You will be proven wrong SOON.
I agree with King's assessment of the opportunity before us. It is wise to accumulate and go long for the highest return on investment.
Credibility tests are a side show.
Download the app and buy a T-shirt from the eMobile Pay store. The process is smooth, simple, impressive and fast.

If I share a receipt, I would have to black out all personal data. You could then claim it was doctored. Why waste time printing, altering, scanning, uploading when you can help yourself by engaging in the process? Not blacking out my personal info equals a privacy violation.
Can you provide a reason why you won't test drive the app?
The 45-day rule runs from the date of acceptance when a Form 10 is filed. The company can file anytime before or on November 27.
The title (not moniker) of CEO rightfully belongs to Ed Starrs.
There would be no company without Ed's invention, fortitude, competitive spirit, strategic alliances, risk taking, sacrifice, and business acumen.
I disagree 100% with everything you write.
I also appreciate your perspective as a very early investor. I think the fact that you didn't sell out at .08 brings more credibility to your messages.
I don't understand why a dollar is even a talking point. With the ongoing opportunities to accumulate six and seven figure positions for cheap prices, one could sell much less than a buck and be very content. It all depends on individual lifestyle choices.
What does the day Japan attacked America have to do with the day an African bank announces new products and services?
I agree. Channel trading and watching does get boring :)
You asked for three examples. I delivered.
End of discussion.
Below is a link to the data center used by the company for development/test/production. It is connected to the corporate offices in Folsom through a secure VPN.

Below is a relevant excerpt from their Partners web page:
1) Leadership and development of eMobile Pay application.
2) Acquisition of Seergate.
3) Landing a contract with an Africa business that will ensure enough revenue to pay off debt and fund future growth plans.
I deleted Sionic long before Ed's update. It just takes up valuable space without offering anything of value.
Listen to the CEO answer the Reverse Split question.
