I thought they mentioned the current status regularly as Patent Pending. The legal definition of:
"Patent pending is the term used to describe a patent application that has been filed with the patent office, but has not issued as a patent. Patent pending indicates that the inventor is pursuing protection, but the scope of protection, or WHETHER a patent will even issue, is still undetermined.

This tells the investor everything until its issued or not issued.
We will get word one way or the other when its issued or not issued.
For now its patent pending.

One of things I noticed on the Fidelity purchase was the legend (b) after the company name. When you scroll down to look up the legend meaning it says(b) Security or a portion of the security is on loan at period end.

When you look into the meaning of this in investopedia it says Securities lending is important to short selling, in which an investor borrows securities to immediately sell them.

So it seems Fidelity loaned the shares they purchased so someone could short the stock. This seems counter productive unless your confident in the long term. Anyone else have a interpretation of the legend(b)?

During last years annual shareholders meeting in front of 200 plus shareholders I asked Joe during the Q&A segment about the possibility of
the patent not being granted.( I was a aware of the status at the time of
the "final rejection" but realized it was just part of the patent process). I wanted to know if the 007 product would proceed in a generic form without having the patent protection. Joe answered to the effect that the company was proceeding until all the patent options had been exhausted in the hopes the patent would be granted and there was no plans for a generic 007 product. It was clear to me a a shareholder and should have been clear to other shareholders that the 007 product was in limbo and could go either way.

I was at corporate store #228 in Point Loma where only topical cbd will
be sold. The ones in Sprouts Eastlake and Sprouts 3rd Street are said to be
non corporate and do already carry the PlusCBD ingestible products.

Yes I also DD'd the local Sprouts today who confirmed that topical's

I believe you are right and the fda does allow cbd in cosmetics. The FDA updated their Q&A yesterday in regards to CBD in cosmetics. Lets get the "New Harvest" cosmetics launched.

A. A cosmetic is defined in 201(i) as "(1) articles intended to be rubbed, poured, sprinkled, or sprayed on, introduced into, or otherwise applied to the human body or any part thereof for cleansing, beautifying, promoting attractiveness, or altering the appearance, and (2) articles intended for use as a component of any such articles; except that such term shall not include soap."

Under the FD&C Act, cosmetic products and ingredients are not subject to premarket approval by FDA, except for most color additives. Certain cosmetic ingredients are prohibited or restricted by regulation, but currently that is not the case for any cannabis or cannabis-derived ingredients.

He says he will be contacting CVS and Walgreens. If they need to pull the products due to pressure
then congress will hopefully step in to expedite legislation reform in favor of cbd.

I was also concerned to hear recently that several national pharmacy chains and other major retailers have begun to sell or will soon begin to sell cannabidiol (CBD) products in several states.

It would seem that the patent for 007 will be approved or they will proceed with a generic drug? Why else hire a project manager for drug development?
