Can someone please explain why volume is going up and down like a ping pong ball lately?
The chart is so primed for a HUGE reversal. I wish TS would light the fuse.
Yes, but he could liquidate the assets to pay off the liabilities and still have money in his jeans. Hence, not bankrupt here I don't think. IMO.
Bankruptcy determined by assets vs. liabilities and not market cap vs. liabilities. IMO.
Great post Desperado.
Wow. HDSN has 505,000 at .003 ask. Something is cooking.
Really? With a healthy balance sheet, positive equity and good current ratios. Hmmmmm... would sure love to see proof of those companies similar to SWVC that have went BK. But that's why I LOVE your well supported opinions Puppy.
How about this Puppy?
Zero confirmed revenues last August and $40+ million market cap.
$36-$40 million in confirmed revenues now (with more added shortly) and $3 million market cap.
Seems strange to me. But that's why these boards need such well versed people like yourself with such great researched and supported opinions.
Were you here during the run to .086 too? I don't recall the same opinions then, but I could be wrong. SWVC showing signs of life like it did in August IMO. Still value your well supported and researched opinions.
Yes Power, it's sometimes better to ignore DD on a stock like SWVC and listen daily to some who have no support for their judgement statements on a daily basis. However, on the other hand, you and Crash have outstanding, supported arguments for staying away from this stock, and hence I have chosen to ignore the charts as you say and listen intently to the messages you and Crash have put forth. Thank you for saving my investment dollars.
It is admirable to say the least. I think we can all agree then how undervalued and solid SWVC stock is.
Just love your fully supported, informative posts Crash. Thank you for your tireless contribution every single day.
Thanks all. Looking for HUGE upside from here. BTW, I have all my shares from previous buys. I have sold none.
1M buy was mine.
You bet it will Nello. Good to have you back.
Excellent - thank you.
Lightbeam, did the last below bid buy happen at about 58M shares?
FWIW, I don't see the 20M in my total. I'm showing 57.5M in volume.
Oh no. We'll never be able to absorb all his shares.
Great post Desperado. Your posts are always well worth the read.
I do agree Capt. But SWVC is better than a $3.5M market cap. Much better. So what gives? We can scream dilution, orchestrated decrease, etc. but responsibility remains in the hands of management to stabilize the pps. There have been many that sold... honest, respectible people who worked hard for their money... and took a loss and will miss any future run because of this orchestrated decrease down to a level that will line the pockets of others. I've seen it too many times.
The story here is good. The quarterly was nothing short of what I expected. Tom is building something substantial. He is certainly increasing intrinsic value for the long-term from what I can see.
However, I do have patience but my immediate performance measure for a public company is how they've managed to increase shareholder wealth in the short-term... not necessarily shareholder value or intrinsic value. That means PPS. I don't expect PPS to move up exponentially and quickly but I expect good fundamentals to support a stable PPS. SWVC has failed in this respect.
Thanks Light. I have that DD. I thought perhaps you saw something on L2 that I'm missing.
Lightbeam, what exactly do you see?
Some say that stocks shine after it gets darkest. I can't see my hand in front of me right now.
This stock went up 2700% in one day back in June 2007. With the "right" news it can again. Stay focused, be patient, and keep your eye on the prize people.... and of course, trust your DD.
Very odd. I am showing no trades. Thank you.
Hi folks. Have we traded today?
Goodnight Tadaaa. Enjoy the day tomorrow.
I hate to disagree with you, but I must in this case. Equity is critical to the balance sheet but it is assets less liabilities of course, which in my mind is a business' net worth at a given point in time. Earnings from the income statement, on the other hand, contributes to the net worth over time by way of retained earnings. I agree that both are very important.
I know Tadaaa. It's sad really that the Seaway website matter has gotten to this point. Anyway, on another note, I do agree that the chart now has a nice bandaid on it. The next few days are critical in that it needs to ride the SAR this time and trade higher than the channel and the 50MA. If we do, then it's off to the races... finally... IMO. SWVC is undervalued considerably.
Tomorrow is an important day. 'Q' could propel us vigorously through the PSAR. Then we know the fun is about to start.
And you Crash.... a breath of fresh air on this board. Endlessly contributing fantastic DD to support Seaway. Thanks a lot.
Thanks for your support puppy. You are a "staple" and a rock on this board.
ARCA.... hmmmmm.
Volume precedes price. Let's see what tomorrow brings.
Tom, Hank sold... just what you were waiting for. Time to let'er go.
Hi bahili,
Hoping here as well that it doesn't go to .001 either. The pps is certainly at a trigger point with it being at a significant support line. If it doesn't hold, then who knows... maybe .001 is a possibility. This company is just too solid for that though. We need Tom to pull through with what longs are hoping.
Hank is out Tom; exactly what you have been waiting for. Time to bust the stock open now.
I hear you Cabroncita. I have seen so many stocks get beaten to nothing until they rebound incredibly without notice. The first thing I think to myself is "how the heck did the longs remain patient and invested through the whole drop, to then benefit from the huge upswing"? I quickly realize that most invested probably sell out prior to this point because of how dismal it looked. I just hope that I have invested and remained one of the few patient longs in a company with so much promise that has taken a huge beating, that one day soon catches a jet to respectibility. There are many examples out there that I could quote, but will refrain at the risk of having this post deleted. Wishing you luck.
