If everyone just holds their shares until news is out, the sp should run higher. Its typical manipulation and the short-term flippers not wanting to wait. Buy up all the 0005s and 0004s and hold them until news is out. Hell, iFinix is notorious for releasing PRs after lunch.
If the PR comes out and results in another 90 million volume session, the share price should easily go above .001 Some think much higher. Go INIX
INIX holding its own prior to the next PR. It appears most are willing to hold and see what the details are. Anything, IMO, that benefits iFinix as a company will be well received [by most].
I'm sure it takes a few months to work out the details of an acquisition so if iFinix has more than one acquisition planned, which it appears it does, it might mean a series of PRs over the next three to six months. Which, IMO, would continue upward INIX sp climb as each acquisition is announced [if/when completed].
Excellent post. INIX can benefit from the acquistion from more than one angle.
Perhaps, he simply means that the board is crowded now whereas in previous weeks there has been scarcely anyone posting. I think its a good thing. A renewed interest in INIX.
Based on today's gain and volume, what does your group see happening on Tuesday? Do they believe pps will hit 001? A 45% gain will do it.
Not only are they restricted, but as a result of the acquisition, the new company is affiliated with iFinix and therefore under SEC regulations are not allowed to sell without notification. There also strict rules on how many shares can be sold and how often.
Anything's possible bronen. In 2009, INIX went from .0006 to over .01 and to .045 in Jan 2010.
Just depends on whether iFinix can continue to increase revenue and decrease debt.
Six MMs on .0007
Go INIX
I agree. If INIX closes today at .007 then, perhaps, tomorrow the sp could hit .0008 prior to the next PR. Unless, of course its released tomorrow.
Need to take out all the .0006s and get a close of .0007 I would think the next PR should take the INIX sp over .001
Let's go .0007s!! Go INIX.
It looks like the MMs are holding back the INIX orders. Hope they let it run soon.
Very astute observation. LOL. GO INIX.
If INIX does start to move up, I'm hoping all the folks who picked up all those millions of shares will let them ride for a bit and see what happens.
Decent buying volume over the next few days could easily move INIX to that .0014 resistance level. Can't imagine sp will stay here long. The CC created too much curiousity and potential speculation.
If iFinix can get some marketing focused toward increasing investor awareness of Futures and Forex. If that happens, the 24% increase could well go to 50% increase in revenue. All good things moving forward.
Whatever the company has in the works, as long as it is a positive contributor financially, it should be great for the company and ultimately the share price.
Go INIX.
Welcome back to the INIX board SpoochyMcGoo. GLTY
I see all the buzz has INIX at #5 on the Hot Boards. Sweet!
Wow! A lot of chatter on the INIX board today. Hopefully, it will translate to strong action tomorrow and in the coming weeks. It would be nice to see triple zeroes gone for good.
My pick is INIX. Momo building on speculation the company is working on an M&A deal.
INIX boardmarks have increased by 14 in the past week. That's a good thing.
He mentioned the DTCC issue during the call. I think he would have announced that news immediately if the stock was back. It sure would be nice though. Go INIX!
The DTCC issue was the result of the forward split not anything the company did wrong. Although, in hindsight the fs was a mistake. I think the confidence will be restored once the company starts proactively communicating with shareholders again and taking aggressive action to increase revenue and decrease debt.
Its not much, and its still early, but at least the company filed financials on time and did hold the conference call. Going forward, if the company can show significant improvement in the Q1 fins next month, that too could restore confidence.
Go INIX!
No reason the DTCC would not approve INIX getting in again since it was just the forward split that caused it. Hopefully, it will happen this month.
Damn! I am so glad I got of this one at .44 last year. The FLD that Monk was so sure would make all of us rich did not work out too well. Who could have imagined CDIV would drop from .70 to .007 in less than a year. A 10,000% decline!
I work for a company with annual revenues of $250 million and we would love to see 20% annual revenue growth. If iFinix Futures, and ultimately the other divisions, can continue to increase annual revenue by 20%+ every year that would be great.
As for iFinix acquisitions, they acquired ProActive Futures which currently provides the bulk of revenue for the company (Positive move for the company). Last year they acquired Beckman Holdings which allowed them to add iFinix Forex to the mix (Potentially a positive move). So, with that said, what if iFinix acquires a company with positive revenue and assets. Would that not be a great thing?
Sure, the RealTime roll out failed. However, I believe had Ben waited to approach the Data Center until after the Christmas holidays, maybe they would have been more proactive in getting the code written. Ben was pressing them to work during the holidays. It resulted in a piece-meal limited rollout which did not impress. Those losses are behind the company now. So, let's wait and see what the Q1 financials look like.
Ben needs access to operating capital. If he achieves that, there is strong upside to this company. I totally agree with others on this board that .00s are easily achievable in the very near future. Positive news will virtually assure that will happen.
Pinksheets are for risk takers and dreamers. Perhaps, Ben will give the INIX investors another opportunity to start dreaming big again. Rooting for "dollars by May" is in the past however I will be rooting for a penny by June.
Go INIX!!
Not sure, but after the past few day's action, a large part of the float is probably owned by members of this board. Any positive news could really make INIX scream if they decide to hold their shares for a while and not take a quick flip. IMO
Recorded iFinix conference call of 03/31 with CEO Ben Munroe:
Playback #: (712) 432-1011
Playback Access Code: 413186445#
Boardmarks increasing by the day. Good volume and new eyes on INIX. Perhaps, things are starting to look up. I'm especially looking forward to Q1 fins to see how the 24% revenue increase affects profitability.
I like the fact that he mentioned the company could reduce the AS.
I think someone could volunteer to do that. If someone puts together a nice key points in a post, I will sticky it.
Welcome to the INIX board. From here, there is most definitely a lot of potential.
This was a very positive conference call. I will be looking forward to the next one at the end of May. It will be good to have INIX Q1 results by then.
I was told by the lawyer at Transcend that new SEC regulations are making life miserable for small companies.
I have been threw several reverse splits and never had the stock booted from the DTCC.
I've been long with INIX for four years now. I'm not giving up. I strongly believe if the company can get some "wins" and release some good news the pps will move up sharply. 2010 was an anomoly in my opinion.
No problem. INIX is #9 in the breakout boards. Maybe some new eyes and investors will enter now. Get this sp moving back up where it belongs.
If iFinix, (INIX), can continue to increase revenue 20-30% annually, it will be a very good thing. Especially now that the RealTime fiasco is behind them. Maybe Q1 will be profitable now.
