rrm.. there's a stark difference between the two companies.
ETIM by all accounts is done issueing new shares.
ETIM has unique high profit margin products in a $15 billion/year industry, that in just a few months there has been incredible demand for.
ETIM, to date, has proven management to be very honest. No serious red flags have gone up with this company that usually plague pinkies.
I'm not pumping that stock, just telling you the difference. I make many on ETIM board irate because I tell them I prefer the stock to remain at the .003 levels so I can accumulate as many shares as possible as funds become available to me (and make it cheaper for a stock buy-back). This pisses them off, but those flippers can't see the future past a couple weeks.
This subscribed stock has become a critical issue for PLNI. It's coming down to life and death of the company. We'll see if Turek answers questions at the shareholders meeting. He's held "conference calls" in the past where he did nothing but read prepared statements and didn't field any hard questions from investors.
Just too many red flags here.
rrm_bcnu.. let's say the company begins turning profits.. Why on earth would someone be holding this stock now with a very likely chance of there being subscribed stock converted to 64.8 billion shares in the near future?
rrm.. the company has no profits and ever increasing shares outstanding.
Been running the company for years and can't turn a profit. Can only add debt and issue new shares. Either the product is bad or management is incompetant. You make the choice.
kahuna.. i think the 5 biggest moves of this stock in the next 4 months will happen around: March 31st (End of Quarter results).. April 30th (End of Month update: Get to see first real impacts of MLB urns).. May 31st (End of Month update). June 30th (End of 2nd Quarter results).
Somewhere in there I expect an uplisting, that also will help drive it. Should be up near or past .015 by the time all this is done. The announcements of revenue and (soon to be profit) will begin revving this thing up..
Which is why I am in no hurry to see it rocket it up overnight. It's going there anyway, I might as well have more shares when it does.. :).
shaunlynch.. I don't see it opening too much above .003 tomorrow unless there's some PR pre-market.. In that case, there will probably be a gap-up.. just wait for the gap to fill before you buy.
shaunlynch..
By the end of the month I think we'll be fluctuating around .005.
Six months.. Fluctuating around .015.
Just my personal opinion. Alot of people want this thing to zoom off immediately.. I prefer the company staying under the radar while I accumulate shares. Everyone has their own preference.. I'm usually attacked for mine.
AngusEgan.. So you confirm that you have no answer?
Didn't tout a return to .0008.. I said I would be very happy if the stock was trading at .0008. I've been completely consistant in my comments.
I am just in disagreement with the posters who want this to go up, up, up as fast as it possibly can.. That's all.
I prefer it to stay where it is for a while so I can accumulate more shares at these levels while funds become available to me. That's all I've been saying. I am as strong a long as anybody on this board.
I expect $6m-$8m revenues this year.. $25m-$30m next year. $50m+ in 2009. All very high profit margin caskets and urns.
I believe the underlying fundamentals are so strong that concern with minor day to day price fluctuations is meaningless unless you're interested in flipping short-term profits.
I am just in no hurry to see this stock goto .005, .007, and .01.. That's all. And many people on here are offended because I want to accumulate more shares. There should be more that share my position, but whatever. I can't make the decision for you on whether you want to be a flipper or investor.
My goal is to make as much money on this stock as I can by the year 2010. Accumulating as many shares as possible is how I am going to reach that goal. The stock shooting up to .01 overnight immediately will not help me make as much as I possibly can. That's all. I'll make money and be happy if it did shoot up to .01, but I'm confident it'll go there eventually anyway, so I prefer it happen later rather than sooner.
Oops.. My bad.. .005. Typo, I'm sorry about that.
I believe we'll be fluctuating around .005 by the end of the month.
bioscopefilms.. Way too early for 5 cents.. .0005 seems likely before the end of the month though.. Audited Financials plus potential uplisiting to OTC BB should be the major fuel pushing this stock forward over the next month or two.
5 cents sometime next year. This is a great long-term investment if you have the patience. If you prefer flipping this stock (like many on this board are doing), you can sit in for a little bit for a 150-200% pop but you'll risk missing a big part of the ride if you're not careful.
This isn't a "hit and run" stock but many are playing it that way and will make good money doing that.. But if you put a good amount of money in and forget about it, you'll be wealthier beyond your wildest imaginations 3+ years from now.
bearclaw51.. What do you think about the subscribed stock to PCI and Lexreal?
Don't you think this should be a topic of discussion on PLNI? Or don't you want anyone to know about this?
namoman.. It's going to be trading at $1.00 when the company begins turning profit and begins to buyback shares and gets the O/S down.
I want the price of the stock to remain at these levels when the buyback begins so the company can begin throwing $15,000 bombs to knock out 5 million shares here and there.. I don't want it to be trading at .01 so that same $15k will only remove 1.5 million shares from the O/S.
These guys do not appreciate how this is going to work out in the long-term. They are looking for the short-term one-month 150-200% pop so they can duck out of the stock.
I believe revenue will exceed $6 million this year, with just a few product lines available. When the caskets come online, revenues will soar and in 2008 we might be looking at $25m+ revenue of high profit margin products and it's just the beginning.
This stock will be trading above $1.00 before the end of the decade, I truly believe. I'm willing to wait.. Many on here are not willing to wait and take great offense to my stance of buying and accumulate as cheaply as possible for as long as possible. They are looking for the get-rich-quick lottery ticket.
You guys can settle for whatever number of shares you have.. That's fine if that's your strategy.
I want as many shares as possible. Is this wrong or something?
Rambling? You're offended because I preach patience? So what are you planning to flip it at? .0035? .0038 maybe?
Profit will be there down the road. The more shares I can get the better, and I can't get more shares if the price shoots up today or tomorrow. It can sit here as long as it wants to, I have no problem with it.
Patience will allow everyone to add more shares at cheap prices.
Zoofire.. $2000 at .0008 = 2.5 million shares.. $2000 at .003, 666,666 shares.
You must be either a flipper or unemployed with all of your finances tapped out if you wouldn't like to see this at .0008 right now.
The stock is going to be trading at $1.00 about three years from now regardless of what it does in the next month (whether it drops to .0001 or shoots up to .005, it's going to be trading at over $1.00 a few years from now.) I prefer to accumulate as many shares as possible in the meantime.
ETIMlurker.. Absolutely, I know 0.0008 isn't coming back.. But wouldn't you prefer if it still was .0008 ?
I certaintly would if I were you.
The long-term fundamentals of this company are what they are. They aren't changing. This company is going to be a monster. If you are planning on adding shares weekly as funds become available, why get excited over quick run-up?
MrSparks, you are one of few.. Congratulations on getting in around 0.001. I don't believe we'll ever see those levels again.
However.. If you had an opportunity to buy at 0.001 today, wouldn't you put as much money as you have into this company?
Under that scenario The long-term fundamentals of the company haven't changed and you have substantially more shares in your portfolio. Wouldn't that better than a quick 265% jump, forcing you to buy shares at a higher price level?
There is no reason to try to pump this thing higher.
Zoofire, I prefer we sit at these level for two important reasons, #1 So I can accumulate more shares while funds become available to me and #2 So the company can buy back shares at a lower price (when the buy back begins).
If you were a true investor you wouldn't give a damn what this thing did today or tomorrow. I'm looking at 10,000%-20,000% returns 2-3 years from now. Not a quick 100% flip in 2-3 weeks.
The more shares I have at .0027-.003 the more money I will make 2-3 years from now.
Still not sure why we are all concerned with these technicals. The only purpose I see is for if you were interested in flipping. Appears there are quite a bit here that are looking to do that.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, and I know many of you are offended by this, but I would prefer if we sat at these .0027-.0031 levels for as long as possible. There should be absolutely no hurry to send this higher, unless you're only interested in flipping of course.
DTL, Unfortunantly there are no cash and no profits on hand to help buy back these shares.
I'm implying that he's incompetent. The stock was 0.02 a couple years ago, now it's toilet paper.
You like incompetent CEO's?
gerlac68.. which do you prefer.. converting the subscribed stock to 64.8 billion shares or defaulting on the subscribed stock?
Hell of a company and CEO you got here.. LOL.
bartermania.. it doesn't have to occur.. but if they don't PLNI risks defaulting on it, that's why the corporate attorney is telling them to do this. Is that what you're looking forward to?
Capital Stock Subscribed
Shares acquired under an installment plan; also termed subscribed stock. In this way by making a down payment, a potential stockholder reserves shares that may be issued only when full payment has been received. The entry at the time of subscription is to debit cash and/or subscriptions receivable and credit capital stock subscribed and premium on capital stock, if any. Capital stock subscribed is shown under capital stock in the stockholders' equity section of the balance sheet. If a subscriber defaults on the subscription, the company must account for it in accordance with the laws of the states of incorporation.

"In January 2007, the Company was presented an offer from PCI and LexReal, the holders of $7,129,299 in subscribed common stock, to convert those subscribed shares at $.00011 per share. The corporate attorney for this purpose issued an opinion letter supporting the transaction."
PLNI owes $7,129,299 in shares to PCI and LexReal.
At .00011 it comes out to a little over 64.8 billion shares.. That's where the stock price is about to be very very shortly if this deal is accepted by Turek (which the corporate attorney suggests he do so), if he doesn't he may be defaulting on the subscribed shares (Rut Roh) so please.. keep adding to your position here.. LOL
No, Don't remove it, it's fine. They'll laugh at you when you forward it to them.
64.8b new shares about to be issued to the market according to the 10Q. It's all there..
Have fun . .
rrm_bcnu.. there are 64.8 billion shares ABOUT TO BE ADDED TO THE MARKET if Turek accepts the opinion of his attorneys and converts those subscribed shares of PCI and LexReal.
Did you even read Turek's 9-month late 10Q?
Superbee.. The stock will take off on its on merits when financials are released every quarter. Spending $250 to say "Hey, look investors, we're in the New York Times, buy our stock" just stinks IMO. I'd rather the company remove 80,000 shares from the market with that money.
Superbee.. If they believe it'll boost sales, okay.. If it's just to boost stock price, not okay.
Just my opinion.
JPSmooth, I guess if it helps sales.. I don't care for it though if it's just to find new investors honestly.
64.8 billion shares outstanding.. that kind of dilutes your guys' positions doesn't it?
Honestly guys, this seems like an unnecessary PR to me.
barter.. LOL LOL.. You *REALLY* don't know how this thing works do you.
rrm_bcnu.. long-term shareholders who feel they need to average down from when they bought this stock on the hype last February at 0.005-0.01.. there may be some new investors in who don't know any better, but I'm sure most of the buying is from guys like you who just need to get their average down.
Pumping ETIM on the ETIM board? LOL LOL.. You better just wake up to reality son... 1.. if I was going to pump a stock, I'd do it on a forum where everybody wasn't already invested in the company, 2.. you should read my posts a little better over there.
I'm about the only one on that forum trying to calm that herd down from their massive hysteria over .0001 moves that they scream about and make them realize that this is a long-term investment.
When the stock price has done nothing but go down, and shares outstanding continue to increase, A/D or any other indicator is absolutely WORTHLESS.
rrm_bcnu.. I'm not a pumper. I was responded to someone's post regarding the flipping of ETIM and that I don't think it's a smart idea with this company.
Still waiting for long thoughts on the 72 billion shares that will be outstanding. Nobody wants to answer anything. They just respond with nonsense such as "what do u have to say about the acculumation, blah."
Accumulation? There's no accumulation. The only volume is from the few naive ones who keep buying shares to average down. The stock price had been plummeting throughout 2006 and is now flatlined.
Answer the question.. How do you feel about shares being increased by 64.8 billion?
Nope, not my blog.. found it on a google blog search while searching ETIM a a week or so ago, just been checking it every now and then.
New post on the pennywarrior.. http://pennywarrior.blogspot.com seems informative for new investors. a quick historical timeline of where ETIM has been. Looks like just a quick recap of the press releases to date.
barter.. There are over 7 billion shares.. soon to be 72 billion.. The stock isn't going anywhere, I promise you.
