some more great stuff I found when looking up about the Deep Down Inc. BS latcher
"B.S Latcher by Deep Down Inc., Umbilical stiffener latching mechanisms have always caused installation problems as well as expensive diver operations for expansion developments. DDI management conceived the very first ROV installable latching mechanism we have heard of. Divers installed a Bell mouth with locking dogs on the bottom of the I-tube. During the umbilical installation, the bend stiffner could be latched in with a ROV and the umbilical could be pulled up the remaining distance and hung off. During the BP Aspen installation, a competitive version of Bell mouth failed allowing DDI to develop a new type of latcher which was spring loaded. This allowed the latcher to fit onto an existing flange, completely eliminating the need for divers both prior to and during the installation. The BS Latcher can be designed to fit onto any existing flange on the bottom of an existing I-tube."

the successful installation of umbilical bend stiffeners on the Independence HUB has established a new standard in the BS Latcher design for ultra high bending moment applications in 8,000 foot and deeper water depths

here is a little about the Deep Down Inc. BS Latcher:
Umbilical bend stiffener latching mechanisms have always caused installation problems as well as expensive diver operations for expansion developments. Due to problems with the existing I-tube marine growth on the BP Aspen project, DDI developed the BS Latcher.
The BS Latcher is a custom- made termination unit that bolts onto the umbilical. During installation, it is locked onto the existing flange on the bottom of the I-tube by the ROV, immediately resuming the pull-in operations. The BS Latcher eliminates the need for expensive diver remediation operations due to marine growth, and can be designed to fit onto any existing flange on the bottom of an I-tube.
This is great we have another product that is custom-made to fit the needs of the industry. The product is being sold and is recognized by the industry now.great stuff.

great stuff JoeSmith and Sulphur Mt. thanks for the DD and screenshots tonight great stuff.
AH trade for 2000 shares at 1.92
nice hits on the ask right now.
volume coming in now.
nice work joesmith, great eye for things, and i like the fact that the ROV technology is used in the installation, and who was it that Deep Down Inc. was looking to acquire that has an exclusive deal with Seaeye as the only distributor of its ROV technologies in the Gulf of Mexico? :)
yes so would i, usually they are required to post them immediately, odd, looks to be very tight supply here.
nice steady hits at the ask now, the attention this morning of that group in the shop was great, seems like they are their for a very important reason.
we may see a PR soon.
nice equipment coming in on camera 2
it certainly is, and just as the proteus SLB PR was a surprise, who knows what management is working on behind the scenes.
great move here today, something is up, this is a very strong movement on relatively low volume, gotta love it,great move.
that is certainly a significant part of the PR, and the $23.5 million :)
just look at all the solid points of the last PR on October 29,2007:
purchase agreement to acquire Troutman Oil Company, Inc., and US Fuel International, Inc.,
The addition of Troutman's distribution infrastructure, retail network, and the US Fuel(R) brand to our current terminalling operation moves us closer to establishing CMMI as a fully integrated fuel supplier, distributor, and retailer, and positions us to capture profits throughout the downstream chain
'We are presently continuing to develop and expand this business model through both organic growth and by acquisitions of greater terminal capacity and increased geographical reach of branded retail fuel outlets within the consumer and commercial fuel distribution chains,' Byrd continued.
'With storage at our Intercontinental Fuel terminal in Houston fully occupied, we look forward to continued corporate growth through this acquisition,'
'We have also taken a giant step in securing other avenues for revenues and profit by expanding the infrastructure, management, and licenses to resell fuel, and maximizes utilization of our terminal operations.'
'Once completed, this acquisition is expected add over $23,500,000 to the Company's revenue,' Byrd concluded
and the progress has been steady, and seems that they are focused on solid growth, which is great.
welcome aboard firerat, good to see you join us here.
looking great here.
hello dd and i think that management has shown us their style of underpromising and overdelivering, and we all know what the company has done.
hello everyone and great to see this consolidation its good for the chart, RSI now has much room for the next move up.
certainly great to see that they are providing solid information, as the initial step is certainly a critical one, especially when accumulating a shareholder base, and from the looks of the trading action and the Acc/ Dis indicator, the accumulation here is evident.
Managements dedication to the company seems apparent, and they are willing to spend the time and money in a sector that is going to be very focused and attracting much attention in the next couple of years. I feel that this first acquisition and PR are extremely solid, and full of information to the investor.
very telling on managements part, great stuff so far.
hey welcome to the board chargir, this might help you with that question: (taken from the last PR)
"By the end of 2007, Spicy Pickle® anticipates opening approximately 8-10 more units, bringing its network to approximately 40 restaurants in 13 states. Over 50 additional franchise development agreements have also been signed."
that is a great looking weekly chart brikk, and the best part is not only are the fundamentals starting to take shape, but the chart is also beginning to take shape the last couple of weeks and still has much room to stretch, check out the RSI not even in the power zone yet.
Great stuff happening here and seems like manangement is focused on growth in the company and also shareholder value, by establishing credibilty and long-term investors.
i must politely disagree on this point, yes the market wants to see good earnings, but putting it in the way you are saying ("blow your doors off" earnings) i think is saying a bit much. this isn't a movie, this is a company and when you say something in that way, you may be building false impressions, among those IHubbers that dont realize steady growth and cannot create realistic expectations on their own. I would say that 145% increase last quarter and 100% increase just from the core business, without Electrowave USA, is pretty substantial, but to expect more is a little much dont you think?
I mean wouldnt it be better to anticipate great earnings to a realistic point and if they are better then what you realistically calculated, that would be great.
Remember this is not a fluff company, with fluff growth or fluff PRs, actually the only fluff i have seen is when viewing the cameras, inside the crates when they are shipping out some product.
So please lets try to avoid those expectation of "blow your doors off" and create a more sound expectation and then if need be, we can be pleasantly surprised.
but sure does look like the earnings will be great, if you have been watching the cameras for any amount of time. :)
This is great news, i had to be away from the computer this morning right when the PR came, out, came back and wow, what a great PR sitting their for me to read.
Management seems like it has a plan and is executing it very well at this point.
Great NEWS out and what a solid PR this was. I also liked this part:
"With storage at our Intercontinental Fuel terminal in Houston fully occupied, we look forward to continued corporate growth through this acquisition," commented G. C. 'Sonny' Wooley, Consolidated Medical Management's board chairman. "
now that means:
"The terminal has 160,000 barrels of capacity and is serviced by a three bay loading rack situated on 10 acres."
http://www.ifl-usa.com/
fuel=collateral and revenue.
i like it, great stuff.
i think you mean a double from here:
we are having very healthy trading here at these levels, and are developing a stronger base of shareholders focused on the longer term, and this will only create what we have already seen.
hey nocturnal welcome aboard here.refreshments are at the bar.
i agree this is very thin to 0.20.
all aboard, full steam ahead.
i think that the market liked the 8-k, what do you think, :) wait until the PR.
i keep seeing the 0.20 come up on the ask. good sign we are thin until then.
hitting the ask is the only way to get shares here before this starts moving.
0.177 uting
seems like the MM's are scrambling for shares and we caught them off guard.
i think the silence speaks volumes, management is preparing this company from greater things and it shows in the last year. I believe that retail makes up the minority in the shareholder base right now and the shares are in much stronger hands.
Still retail will be the one to propel us forward when their is NEWS out and then institutional and stronger hands will hold us their and support the price for the next move up.
great stuff and great trading all week, gave us the opportunity to see how tightly held this actually is, when we moved up the $2.35 on relatively low volume, no where near the 500,000 to 750,000 volume mark. When that comes this will be a great move, and building a base at this level is very healthy. We have so much to wait for and management has certainly stuck to their style of underpromise and overdeliver.
thank you doogdilinger, this could be the beginning of the update from where this company is trying to go from here, and their growth potential, interesting stuff certainly and going to be an interesting week.
chart looking good here:
lets get started here:
great to see the 8-k out, this looks like the first acquistion of what seems to be a plan for growth. I like the fact that they are focused on their plan, and proper filing, before releasing a fluff PR. great stuff so far.

seems like the usual midday lull, looking for a strong close though, many are waiting on the sidelines, trying to save a couple of pennies, and may pay more for what they could've gotten for less, as so many have.
great trading action here today, shares are getting soaked up and will only lead to higher highs soon.
actually no, bradl45 that chart was produced by me using the monthly share volume reports:
http://www.otcbb.com/asp/tradeact_mv.asp?Issue=dpdw&searchby=issue&sortby=volume&Month=9-1-2007&downloadname=mv200709.exe
i plug in the numbers and create the chart myself, just as i do with the fundamentals chart i provide, and i update it every month and post it to the board. All numbers are verifiable through that link, and the reason i create the graph is to give a visual on a month to month basis of Market Maker activity, a lot of work, but worth it.
